Great customer service. I'm allergic to shrimp and they messed up my first campechana and added shrimp and got it right away . I was very surprised and amazed with the customer service with janelle. The place was half empty and there was no one waiting yet the hostess said it would be 45 minutesfor a table. I asked her if she was sure and she confirmed. I knew something was not right. She called us 15 minutes later and said our table was ready. Yes it was a good thing but Im sure the owner would not appreciate the hostess being clueless and potentially scaring customers away. We were a party of three. We ordered Fish tacos for my son, a Tostada Rebelde for my Gf and a Super Campechana for me. My son's tacos came out 15 minutes later and the rest of the food 35 minutes after that. By the time my food came my son was way done so he ordered 3 more tacos. We waited 35 minutes foe the tacos and they never came. The waitress said they were working on a large to go order. Thats all fine and dandy but we were there before the "large order". I told them to cancel the tacos. The waitress was nice and did a great job. The food was decent at the very best but the over all experience was not good. I can find better food for a better price and much faster service. read more

While browsing Facebook, I saw a posting for this restaurant, and I really liked what I saw and read about it. We decided to make the drive from the San Fernando Valley to the Pico Rivera location (35 miles). It was definitely worth the drive. The service was amazing. The host and the server were welcoming and professional. Our server made sure to explain the menu and made great recommendations. The homemade salsas were super tasty with the perfect amount of spiciness. We ordered 3 dishes and an appetizer. The appetizer was a meal in itself. It was a combination of steak, chicken, and bacon wrapped shrimp. It also came with tomato, avocado, cheese, and a couple of other items. We also ordered a mariscos tostada. The tostada was stacked with mariscos, and with a couple of extra tostadas, we turned our 1 tostada into 3. We also ordered a mixed seafood rice plate that was enough to serve 2 and a lobster sushi roll that was amazing. read more

Do not ever go to this restaurant and get any kind of tacos!!! Today which is Friday during lent my parents stopped to get 4 tacos it cost them $17.60. When they got home the fish tacos had 2 cut up pieces of fish the size of your pinky and 1 shrimp taco which had four shrimp with the tail still on them, the taco shells were not cook they weren't fresh and they were just thrown in the tray. When we called to speak with them we asked for a manager they said she only spoke Spanish we said we spoke Spanish and she wouldn't come to the phone. They're price gouging during Covid and Lent season and should be ashamed of themselves to serve food like this. I have been coming here for about 3 years. My beautiful wife introduced me to this place! The service is always great, the food is awesome, and the music is good. I drive 30 mins to come eat here because the Aguachiles are to die for!!! I truly recommend anyone who likes good food and good vibes to come eat here. I tried this place when it first opened i live right by it and am a big ceviche fan so when i saw a new local mariscos spot i was really excited. Unfortunately my 1st experience was terrible, as others have stated, I ordered 2 tostadas to go and when i got home it looked like an appetizer, i said I'd never go again and was really disappointed being i live so close and am a pretty loyal costumer. At the time i couldn't even find them on yelp so i didn't leave a one star review. Today i read some positive reviews and decided to give them a SECOND CHANCE. Whatever they did wrong in the past they definitely corrected. I ordered the same 2 tostadas to go and when i got home i was delightfully satisfied!! I frequent this place because I work nearby...The Mariscos are decent and there's not too many other Marisco spots in the area so if you're craving them you will probably wind up here. However, their service is pretty horrible. On more than one occasion I've had to get up and go ask for the check because it just seems like we never get service. However, what REALLY made me come on here and leave this 2 star review is the prices, they have recently upped their prices so significantly that it is ridiculous. $9 for a tostada??? How is a tostada almost if not the same price as a coctel? Also, please do yourself the favor and do NOT order sushi. They charge $14.99 for a "Special Salmon" roll (see pictures) this must've been a very special salmon because it is sliced so very thin that it's almost invisible... I honestly thought this was a joke. I paid $26 for a tostada and a roll of rice and crabmeat that is going in the trash because the "salmon" is slimy and warm, the rice stale, and the cucumbers inside are old and bitter. Came to this place on my way to Disneyland and I am really glad that I decided to randomly stop here and check this place out. Our server Janelle was very nice and helped us as soon as we got in. Service is not great , order to cart out is mediocre I've been waiting for 15 + minutes and they still didn't have my order ready, but clearly they have time to give full orders for people dining in, who came in AFTER I had placed my order. Me and my husband love seafood! We drive by this place practicality every day. So we decided to stop buy. Well all I can say was at least the micheladas were good! I got aguachiles. They were so tiny compare to other places I have gone. Usually the onion is drenched with the shrimp and cucumbers and here they just threw the onions on top of the plate the flavor was okay. My husband got a tostada of camarón and pulpo. And had no flavor other than onions it had so much onion it was a tostada of onion with a hint of seafood. He added so much stuff to the tostada to make it have some flavor but didn't work. I also got some oysters shots they were nice and spicy but for 3 dollars each with out having a deal like 3 for ten or something. Probably would only go back for the Michis not the food. read more

I was hesitant to try this place as I was looking for sushi and my husband wanted mariscos, but was quite surprised. The place is clean and our waitress was very friendly and attentive, not to mention, she also gave us food recommendations. I had the Rainbow roll and shrimp taco which were super delicious! My husband is very picky when it comes to food as he grew up with both a mom and Dad that owned restaurants for years so I was very shocked when he said that the aguachile tosatda he had ordered was the best he'd ever had.
