I loved every bit of it whether I ate it plain, as is, or with a dab of ice cream, with the hot and cold contrast. They were so good. The only thing I'll add is I wish they had more ways to wash your hands. There's 1 restroom for staff and customers so there can be a wait. One of the workers dropped a deuce and it took extra long to wait. Other than that it's a happening place and I'd gladly go back over and over again.

As expected, the service was great and the churros were absolutely delicious. They were fresh, flavorful, and you could really taste the authentic Mexican ingredients in every bite. The atmosphere was quiet when we visited, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our order. If you're in Santa Ana and craving some amazing churros, definitely stop by and support their new location. Their Anaheim truck is great too, but it's nice to see them expanding. Apparently, friendship sometimes means driving through Orange County in search of fried dough. Honestly, humanity has made worse decisions.

Taco Gutierrez you have my whole heart!…read more After having moved to Santa Ana last year this has become my go-to spot for tacos close by. It's hard to find a good Taco Tuesday but they do a great job helping the community and keeping the prices $1.50 for basic meats like pollo, asada, and al pastor. I personally love my lengua and this truck has some of the best I've tried! It is a bit pricier but definitely worth it given the taste/quality. A couple things about the condiments--green sauce is spicier than you think, red one is more of a salsa and not that hot. Radishes are unfortunately not very crunchy/juicy at this location so I don't get it as often as I would at other taco spots. If you're ever in a rush, they do phone orders AND DoorDash. I've done all the methods and quality stays up there each time! However, if you do wanna enjoy your tacos right after they're prepared, you can always sit at their tables next to the truck. They have quite a bit of dining space and I've never seen it too crowded to the point of having difficulty finding a spot to sit. In terms of finding the truck, you just need to turn into S Hathaway St. Very close to the train tracks. I park in any free space they have there, since the businesses are usually closed after 5pm (which is when the truck opens).

The birria tacos are a filling size while the regular asada/al pastor are a bit smaller. I do wish they didn't use Guerrero tortillas since the taste on those is okay, but overall this truck is worth checking out. Plenty of parking around the truck. The employees are really nice as well.

I was driving home from work and really craving hibachi, so I did a quick search and found this…read morefood truck. I was honestly surprised by the 2.9-star rating because the photos made the food look delicious, but I decided to give it a try anyway. Overall, I thought it was great. The meat was really good, very flavorful without being over-seasoned or overly salty. I love hibachi-style food, but a lot of places tend to go heavy on the soy sauce and other seasonings, which can make everything taste extremely salty. That wasn't the case here at all. The flavors were well balanced, and nothing tasted salty or overpowering. The vegetables were cooked perfectly, they were soft but not mushy and I liked that they used large pieces of broccoli instead of tiny chopped bits. The only thing I didn't love was the $6 upcharge for fried rice. All of the bowls and plates come with white rice by default, and while the base price of the bowls was fair enough that I still went ahead and ordered the fried rice, the price difference feels a little steep. It seems like they could charge a couple dollars more for the bowls and a couple dollars less for the fried rice instead, because a $6 increase just to put the rice on the grill and add some sauce feels a bit out of line. Other than that, though, the Service was fast and friendly, the food itself was really solid and definitely satisfied my hibachi craving. I'd definitely go back!

Did I mention that it comes with six sides of sauce also very good total for everything g i give it a 10/10 recommended!! Paid $57 and a couple cents we did get a a mancania soda. Also the plate is more Than enough for two people. Me and my husband didn't get to finish it.
