I'm so glad I took his advice. Christian was incredibly knowledgeable about the dish and answered all of my questions. I was a little hesitant at first because the sides didn't immediately appeal to me, but everything worked together perfectly. The salmon was cooked to perfection, the skin was wonderfully crispy, and the fennel and tomatoes complemented the fish beautifully. If you are wine drinkers, WG has the first bottle complementary corkage for your own bottle of wine and $50 per each bottle you bring after the first one. Service is amazing from valet attendants, the hostesses and especially our server Asa who made great recommendations, kept our wine glasses filled until the bottle was empty and support staff kept our water glasses topped off. Even after eating our oysters, they brought us steaming hot towels with lemons to wipe our hands clean to get ready for our dinner entrees. After dinner entrees, we received our shared birthday cake/cookie dessert with ice cream. Very similar to BJ's Pizookie, except it came with three types of flavors. I picked up some spot prawns at $45/lb, 4 pieces ran me about $25 but those were so fresh I would get them again. I also picked up scallops. I did expect them to be fresh but they were completely frozen so I am not sure when they harvested them and the scallops themselves were a tad on the smaller side, at about $33 for a 17oz bag that seemed a bit steep.
