Another man wearing a Burger King shirt entered and the other men said come on. He replied let me change my shirt. Then there was a crash heard and the men asked a white man if he was ok. He appeared stunned and had to pause. The man who changed shirts did went to the kitchen. I continued to wait another seven minutes when my name was finally called. No napkins and I asked for sauce. The man apologized. I saw at least three in the kitchen and two at drive thru. When I got home there was so much cantina sauce and it was just all messy. Tasted good though. Love Taco Bell food but the presentation at this location was tragically awful. Y'all need an update and reset.
