Waited forever for burnt burgers along with a crowd of hungry people. Poorly managed, no sense of urgency or care from the staff.

Understanding how some individuals can be at this time of night; Matt for a blessing. I am always grateful when I am able to cross paths with respectful humans. The food is the reason we go, but the interactions make a huge difference.

I mean...why is this location open? I visited 04/23/26 at 7:15p and didn't get out until 7:50. The building was sad, run down and filthy inside. No paper towels in the restrooms. No napkins, straws or condiments on the side section. The men focused solely on drive thru. The family finally received their food after the man who was part of the couple ahead of me asked them how long had they waited. They did not respond. A food delivery pick up man had also entered and waited. The couple finally received their food after 30 minutes. No napkins no sauces. Another man wearing a Burger King shirt entered and the other men said come on. He replied let me change my shirt. Then there was a crash heard and the men asked a white man if he was ok. He appeared stunned and had to pause. The man who changed shirts did went to the kitchen. I continued to wait another seven minutes when my name was finally called. No napkins and I asked for sauce. The man apologized. I saw at least three in the kitchen and two at drive thru. When I got home there was so much cantina sauce and it was just all messy. Tasted good though. Love Taco Bell food but the presentation at this location was tragically awful. Y'all need an update and reset.

This was not it…read more My wife and I have been to El Torero a few times in the past, but this last visit was a total disaster. I decided to try the pork tamale, and wow--huge mistake. It was a mushy, flavorless mess that looked and tasted like cornmeal porridge with scraps of meat and fat thrown in. Completely inedible. What's worse is that a server actually brought this to the table like it was acceptable. That alone made me question the kitchen and the standards here. Still hungry (and still hopeful), I ordered a chicken enchilada. That turned out to be a bland flour tortilla with boiled chicken smothered in a dull, lifeless sauce. The frijoles? Watery, flavorless bean soup. Honestly just depressing. I hate writing reviews like this, but the experience was so disappointing I felt compelled to speak up. We all know what it's like to look forward to a meal, only to leave disgusted and still hungry. We won't be back. Not to this location or any other El Torero.

The crowd is nice too, great for families, big groups, date night or just dining alone. The prices are great for the exceptional quality of food and generous portion size. They only have wooden booths for seating but they're comfortable. They offer free chips and salsa which is warm and nice. Their hot sauce is amazing. I'd highly recommend having enchiladas here l. Plenty of options for vegetarians and meat options for non vegetarians. They also have dedicated kids menu. They have ample of parking space with disability parking in front of the store and no stairs. I highly recommend them for a meal with the family. They can be seen from regular traffic and are located in the Plaza. The staff is friendly and polite. Kudos to staff and management
