I haven't even eaten here yet but I already give it five stars. i'd honestly give it 10 stars if that was possible. We were driving from New York through to Montreal and needed a place to get food. Randomly found this pizza place with wings and actually happen to have everything gluten-free. Everyone working here is insanely nice and accommodating. I'm writing the review as I sit here waiting for my food. Will update shortly!

Trying to order on the phone can be a hassle here at marks. The pizza is okay at best... not the best in town. Staff is friendly.

We had a large white veggie pizza. Lots of ingredients, but canned mushrooms and raw onions. Not a lot of flavor, but cheap and fast.

We are regulars. Our favorite is Hog Wild. Had other versions at pizza places and they don't stand up to Mark's Pizza.

Great wine list, great pizza, delicious entrees, great service and huge portions /good value for price point. The in house made "house" salad dressing is the bomb. It's a balsamic something. The cannolis are better than most anywhere and large. I've been on a cannoli kick over the last year or 2 and this was better than any, including from Italian bakeries that I've had recently. The wine list is expansive and at $11 a glass, with a great pour, is reasonable, as is the bottle prices. I've been many times for both eat in and pizza for take out AND attended a catered event here and they really get everything right all the time. See you there!

We looked up Italian food options, and while there weren't too many choices in the area, this place's pizza looked really good--so we decided to give it a try. You walk in and the space feels much larger than expected--high ceilings with some familiar décor I've seen in other Italian restaurants, like small statues, vines, and painted scenery. You could also tell that this is a popular local spot, since it seemed like the staff knew several of the guests personally. We ordered a medium Margherita pie and a Penne alla Vodka--both simple and safe choices. The pasta dish came with a side salad (choice of house or Caesar), which was perfect. Note: if you prefer a small amount of dressing, you may want to ask for it on the side. We did make that request, but unfortunately, the server seemed to have forgotten, and our salad came drenched. We didn't mention it, though, because we weren't that hungry and just ate what we could before moving on. That said, the pizza and penne were both excellent. The pizza had that great brick oven flavor, fresh mozzarella, and a robust tomato sauce. The Penne alla Vodka was also flavorful and nicely seasoned. If you're ever in the area and in the mood for Italian food, definitely check this place out.

For $0.25 I could get a slice and a soda, yes those days are gone for sure. When I saw Brooklyn style pizza I decided I'd take a ride and give it a try. Upon entering the restaurant I noticed that there was a lot of nostalgia from Brooklyn including subway signs and pictures of the "Wonder Wheel " from Coney Island setting a nice atmosphere for the restaurant. The young man behind the counter took our order and when the pizza was ready delivered it to our table. We ordered a sausage pizza and I'll tell you they aren't afraid of using cheese, Plenty of it and sausage. The pizza was very tasty, but not exactly what I remember from my childhood. Now this is just my personal opinion so please make sure to give them a try, everyone has different taste buds. Personally I would prefer a thinner and more crusty dough, and less cheese. This DOES NOT mean I didn't enjoy it, just my personal preference. Also, there are lots of other dishes on their menu besides pizza! Give them a try, you won't be disappointed!

We explained it to her.She quoted a price $8 higher than what the website said ($25 verses $33 using round numbers.) When we arrived and told her the disparity on price, she said well this is what the computer says. We showed her one of their menus which said the Toscana costs $27. We were fine with that. She went and got the 'chef' and he took the menu from us and said the higher price was it. We opened another menu and showed them the lower price again. They weren't going to budge. When I said we were going to leave without the pizza, they reluctantly have us the price that their own menu stated! Not one apology, just attitude. I understand that prices change and maybe new menus weren't re-ordered yet to reflect that. But I know how easy it is to change prices on a website. Horrible customer service. Entitled 20 somethings. Pizza was good, but we will never go back there again. Sticking with LaBella's who knows how to treat customers.

He raved about the pizza, but since he's been known to eat (and like) $1 hot dogs, I had to judge for myself. We got takeout, so I cannot comment on ambiance, but service was as expected. That is, the order was ready in a reasonable amount of time and packed well so it arrived at my home hot and intact. Though I was very tempted by the Italian sausage and hot honey option, I decided to go with my usual (white pizza base, tomato, basil, black olive, extra cheese) to keep my opinion unbiased. Oh. My. Goodness. The flavor. The crust. The CRUST. crispy and chewy and everything a pizza crust should be. Even if you have to cross the river, it's worth the drive. I will go back for the Italian and hot honey. Yum!

One thing that's helped us like it more is asking for half the amount of cheese. Otherwise it's too much, like a lot of mediocre places that are not in pizza towns. The people are pleasant, although they do step right outside the kitchen and smoke, which can make the outside tables uncomfortable. There are a couple games inside, not a full arcade, but a happy diversion for some people, and a cozy stove (pellet or gas, i can't remember) which is really warm in winter.
