Cute dress and no I didn't buy it

My girlfriend and I decided to go shopping here. I ended up buying a Hello Kitty sweatshirt and some sponges for my makeup. I love shopping here for stuff. Usually I don't find anything but I guess today I did. The store was fairly organized and clean. They seemed limited on things since it's a smaller store. I definitely like the items here. Good selection. The vale was fair and store was descent. I would definitely come back.

I think I've been in Marshlls five times this month. Love the store. Love that it's clean and organized. I love all the new workers there. They're all super friendly and kind. People walk the floor and asked to help. I needed some help looking for some gifts. And Someone walks me around to give me some ideas. Everyone seems happy to work there. I've asked a few people how they liked working there cause I was thinking about my niece that needs a job and everyone gave me good feedback. And that's what it's all about.

Stress free shopping. Received a $50 gift card for this and 2 other stores. Perfect cuz I found fun items I needed. The biggest one was a covered plastic carry away container to keep my 2024 paid bills. I found a cute dressy evening bag for an upcoming cruise. Hubs found a small wire brush to take when we visit the graves to keep it free of bird deposits. I added another green felt bunny in another pose. The last item was a hair leave in conditioner for my recently rainbow colored dye job. Uncluttered, not crowded, it's a pleasure to drive out here to shop.

I'm a retail exploring lover and this place is truly a treasure! Not the larger store on the island but is stunningly bright and organized place that has just the right amount of everything displayed so nice and easy to shop for. Unless I'm on a time constraint I will always stop at this Kapolei Commons location with convenient ample parking just steps away as you'll never know what you'll find here as I always have a list of things I'm in search for and in fear of missing out on a deal lol!!! They do have so many brands I do use it's only here I found a yoga knee pad that's super cushy and like two inch thick my mom uses as she had double knee surgery and has problems whenever she needs to get low to the ground, I've been searching for a back up since it's the only thing she loves, that and much more so it's just a matter of timing a quick check and I'm happy. Fitting rooms are open and so many friendly staff available don't let this little place fool you and pass on by as they do have unique items found here only. Thank you!

Looking for DEALAGES??? Gangies, let Bruddah Fran give you a tip...... If Ross Dress for Less is your goto spot for discount dealages, sometimes ya gotta think outside da box and check out other discount joints, and this is where Marshalls comes into play! There are not a lot of Marshalls stores on Oahu, but if you happen to be in the Kapolei neighborhood, there is a HUMONGOUS Marshalls store here. I drove all the way from town to check out this Marshalls Kapolei location, and I must say that this Marshalls store sure feels like it's 10 times larger, and better well stocked than the Marshalls store in the Ala Moana Shopping Center. I basically popped into this Marshalls to look around for some warm clothing, and I ended up with a University of Hawaii sweater! "GO Warriors!", Or should I say "GO BOWS!" Lol! I remembered back in the early 90's, Marshall's used to be one of my all time favorite discount clothing stores, as I remembered Marshalls entering the 808 community back in October 1993. After being in business for a few years, Marshalls & TJ Maxx decided to pull out of the islands somewhere in the late 90's. Lucky for us, both Marshalls & TJ Maxx decided it was the wrong move, and came back to the islands! Good to have competition ya know! :D Located at the Kapolei Commons, you can't miss the Marshalls store when you come here! Lots of free parking, so access to Marshalls is pretty easy. Check 'em out gang.........get plenty DEALAGES!!!

Looking for a place to browse for something specific or something you never knew existed or that you needed for a decent price this is a good place to go for a relaxing shopping experience.

Piss stains and toilet tissue on the ground

Love this store but the only problem is the men's restroom it's always filthy looks like no one cleans the males restrooms

Hand sanitizer at the door, someone greeting you and taking occupancy counts. Someone wiping down the handles of carts as you take them. Limited inventory, it seems they have a little bit of everything. A few scarce or bare shelves here and there but I was able to find the brand name hair products at 40%off.

Finally! The first Marshall's to reopen since 1996, and in the second city of Oahu, Kapolei. Located in the Kapolei Commons area. Closer to Ross and Down to Earth side. Right next door to Ulta! A sister store to TJ Maxx, both offer similar merch. The official grand opening was yesterday 5/30/19. It got pretty hectic during my visit the day after the grand opening and apparently I came during a time where the staff was running around like chickens without heads trying to restock the empty shelves & racks. At least I got checked on..eventually! It was a miss for me but my boys were able to shop around and get some stuff. To my surprise, I walked out empty handed other than purchasing their items. I'm sure I'll be back sooner than later though! Can't go wrong with marked down name brands instead of paying full price! The line wasn't too bad to check out. My only complaint is that they do not have a maternity section. Boo! Use your TJ Maxx credit card if you have one to rack up points for future discount.

What a great store! For us Hawaii residents easiest way to explain it in my opinion is Ross is to Walmart like Marshall is to Target. A slightly more expensive nicer Ross. Big store lots of parking, just watch because that's a pretty busy street to be walking infront of oncoming cars Prices were very decent for the quality of products in there Staff was amazing up and down each aisle cleaning up constantly Loved our purchases!!

    When will they reopen?

It's going to be a while. They're doing East coast pilot locations to ensure processes before moving into the now recently opened retail markets. I'd anticipate 2-4 weeks best case.

Target is not usually my first choice for grocery shopping but I do love it for the home goods section! I've found such amazing home decor finds but have yet to commit to bringing them home with me. Magnolia Table is the most charming brand! I also love Target fashion and absolutely adore the new western collection clothing Target has in stock. The bathing suits are also so cute! I've been looking for a place where I can comfortably look around for plus size clothes that offer 3x-4x options. However, this place is more for regular sizes to 2x. A New Day and Ava and Viv are such cute, classy brands. So, I find myself window shopping here more than actually committing to the products. The clearance section in the back definitely needs some attention and tidying up as some of the clothing have ended up on the floor. What I do like to enjoy from this Target is the occasional Starbucks splurge, the dollar spot section, and I LOVE THE Ulta section. Some of my purchases today were a restock of my soda stream flavors. I chose the peach mango today. I also got a roll of dog food for only $22. My dog Scrappy is bougie and loves fresh food. He is not a kibble kinda guy. At least if he can help it. 9:08 pm - Someone really needs to maintain the bathroom every 30 minutes. There is trash all over the floor and there is not toilet paper in most stalls and the whole place smells like urine.

Sometimes online shopping is hit or miss, and shipping can take longer than expected. This headset was just under $200. YIKES! It better be a good one! I always enjoy looking at the electronic section and the music section. Once upon a time, I used to collect CDs. And something in me is wanting to collect vinyls but that is such an expensive hobby and my heart is still telling me to save for a new car so window shopping it is. I also love going to Walmart's Tumbler section. There are so many beautiful ways to decorate your Tumbler nowadays. I cant keep up! I also went to the sewing section and fell in love with the fabrics, and it made me want to sew a pillow! Walmart is just a better version of Hobby Lobby because it sells food. That's what makes it dangerous!!! I did finally get my partner's shoes we've been procrastinating to get for months so I'm proud of that. Unfortunately, I didn't have much luck finding a pair of women's size 11 TredSafe work shoes today, which was a little frustrating. But that's okay, I'll try again tomorrow when I have a bit more energy. To make things more interesting, I was dealing with an asthma attack during my shopping trip tonight. Thank goodness for those motorized shopping carts up front, they truly saved the day and made it possible for me to finish my errands. With that, my errands for the day are officially complete. Overall, it was a very productive Wednesday, and I'm calling that a win.

"Sometimes good enough is a better option than wasting resources trying to find an optimal…read moresolution". - Herbert Simon Walmart has pros and cons like most places that we all choose to shop at. I like the convenience of knowing that they open at 6am-ish... Most times it opens up around 6:04 to 6:05 depending upon who's in charge of that area. The store is typical of Wal Mart's layout. Rows and aisles of clothing, food, household goods, etc. Most employees are nice and some you can tell are just trying to make it until break time, which is okay because we all have "days". My biggest issue is having to navigate through aisles that are riddled with pallets and merch needing to be shelved. Sometimes they'll be multiple employees in one aisle with their merch carts crammed against each other try to stock shelves. They're focused and most often won't move for you to get your shopping cart through, let alone get what you need off of the shelf. There are (2) restrooms, one is located in the back near the fabric area and one across the cash registers next to the eyeglass shop. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked. Again, it's a toss up between speaking with a nice, cordial employee and an employee who's just going through it. My recommendation is to have a plan if you're short on time. Especially for people who start work at 6:30am and the store is slow to open at 6am. Have a plan and be ready to do an audible in the event that the area you need items from are congested with merch carts and pallets.

I usually gravitate toward the travel section first, then make my way over to the body wash area which is always so nicely organized. Their purses and bag charms are the cutest, and I can't resist checking out the clearance section. You can seriously hit the jackpot and find things for like $3. I also love browsing their HomeGoods section. They always have the best seasonal décor, and I try not to leave without grabbing a toy for my dog. Their selection of tough toys is actually really solid for aggressive chewers. Today's haul was actually a win. I walked out with a hand lotion, two body washes, a hair clip, a dog toy, two bags of dried dragon fruit, and a few extra accessories all for $67. I'm proud of myself because normally I'm dropping $200 to $300 without even thinking. Sometimes I really have to tell myself to just stay home or at least sit in the car a little longer before going in lol. Because once I'm inside, it's dangerous. If I want it, I got it. The only downside for me is that as a plus size girl it can be a little hard to find good options in the 3X to 4X range. Overall it's still one of my favorite places to shop. Some of the workers have no clue about the promo, others say it's only good on the weekends and yet another said the promo expired. Foodland get your act together. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Don Don Donki. After spending a significant amount of money in the store and at the food court, I was stopped, detained, and escorted back to the checkout area against my wishes despite having paid for every item in my possession. One of the items I purchased even required an employee to remove a security hard tag during checkout, clearly demonstrating that the merchandise had been properly paid for. I am extremely concerned by the conduct of your security personnel during the incident in question. The video evidence clearly demonstrates that I did not voluntarily consent to returning to the store. Instead, I was directed and escorted back inside by Security Officer Siemens despite my expressed desire to leave the premises. At that time, all merchandise in my possession had already been lawfully purchased and paid for. More troubling is the fact that even after proof of purchase was produced and verified by store employees, Security Officer Siemens continued to retain control over my property and refused to return it immediately. Despite confirmation that all items had been properly paid for, I was treated as though I had committed a criminal act and was escorted from the store in a manner that was humiliating, intimidating, and highly embarrassing. As a paying customer who made multiple purchases at your establishment, including supporting one of your concession vendors, I find this treatment unacceptable. Customers should not be subjected to detention, public humiliation, or interference with their personal property simply because store procedures are inadequately staffed or managed. If receipt verification procedures are causing operational challenges due to a lack of manpower, that burden should not be shifted onto customers who have already completed lawful purchases. Operational shortcomings do not justify the detention of customers, the withholding of personal property, or conduct that may constitute false imprisonment and wrongful interference with personal property rights. I respectfully request a written explanation as to why I was detained, why my property was withheld after proof of purchase was presented, and what corrective actions will be taken to ensure that other customers are not subjected to similar treatment in the future. This incident has caused significant distress, embarrassment, and anxiety, and remains deeply disappointing given the manner in which I was treated despite being a legitimate paying customer What a shame, Don Don Donki. What a shame!

And let's talk about all the food and fun: Cheesecake Factory, Taqueria Ranchero, and the movies?! Such a good mix of everything. Also... I'm happy to report there's a bathroom nearby by Olive Garden (which is honestly a BIG deal when you're out shopping all day in Hawai'i ). Overall, I love this place and can't wait to come back and explore more!

Rarely do I venture outside the "Honolulu" district (Hawaii Kai to Salt Lake is my radius ring) unless a special occasion calls for it. I blame gas prices but really, it's laziness. I love the array of shops and restaurants! Kapolei in general is bustling with so many shopping centers, you can make a day out of it! I grabbed a shirt from Spencer's, fashion jewelry at Lovisa, and even checked out the movies that day. Will check this place out again with my husband and young boys. There's a bubble play area and a big grassy lawn for active kids. Part two to be continued!
