This store does not even earn a YAYNAY (not a yay nor a nay). It rates a plain ole NAY. First of all the carts outside in front of the store are piled full of empty shoe boxes, food bags and trash. I wondered if some gals that frequent Gordon Bierch went in, bought shoes and clothes and changed right there before they ventured out. Once inside the store I couldn't even maneuver the cart down the aisles since the aisles are only about 2 feet wide. By the way....to the lady that just stood there with her hand on her hip while tapping her foot loudly trying to hurry me up let me say to you "there is no way you wear a size 2". Once down the aisle the wheels on my cart had picked up every piece of merchandise that had landed on the floor. A few more things I noticed: 1.A designer purse at Marshalls should not be clearanced at $299.99. 2. I realize this is a clearance store but does anyone clean up the aisles when a milkshake is spilled throughout. 3. PLEASE make sure if you buy something the PRICE is located on the item. If not, you will be waiting forever at the checkout counter while a price is found. Last but not least I got all the way home and tried on a dress I had purchased. Well! isn't that just swell....the bottom had the security bar still attached. AARGH! If you are going to shop Marshalls I would try somewhere else. I know they all aren't this disorganized. never in my life have i been more humiliated and embarrassed after being followed around marshall's for damn near about an hour i finally approached one of the workers and ask why they were following and although they claim they weren't they really couldn't of made it more obvious despite the whispers and laughter that they made loud enough to make sure i heard and knew what they were doing they thought it was a joke so i asked to speak with the manager and that fat hefer b*+^! by the name of "KAT" with shirt orange hair must have had to be the rudest manager i've even met in my life she didn't apologize she wasn't empathetic she flat out said if u look like ur trying to take something the you will be followed to ensure u don't leave without paying for your purchSe .i honestly could not believe she had no problem saying these things to me and in the rudest unprofessional manner so if u go to MARSHALLS MISSIIN VALLEY. BE PREPARED TO BE STEREO TYPED AND FOLLOWED LIKE A FLY ON SH&$?! if u for there so called "DESCRIPTION" i will be calling corporate this was in a sense a form of harassment and stereo tying who knows mYbe it's because i'm hispanic but this was the worst experience i've ever had to deal with and i still made a big purchase as i left smh !!! read more

toys and kids deparment are mix everything is on the floor not organized when you walk down the aisles you cnt even go throught everything is hidden in under the shelfs most racks clothes are left outside if its hard to walk imagine those big racks on the way i cant even take a cart because instead of the cart carrying my clothes i have to carry the cart thats how much room we have to look around oooooooooo and you cant even ask to go to the bathroom because they look at you all mean one lady told me i get paid to work not to be opening bathroom i dont know whos the manager but is obvious their not doing their jod how its suppose to be can thel atlest clean out aisles. msybe their no manager o yes another thing the workers are supposed to be working not on the all day you cant even get customer servise up in dat place. dont like that store at all marshalls hasnt been like that the last few years in fact i would ALWAYS shop their........... i dont know what happened this year????? read more

I rarely care enough to right reviews. But I have to let everyone who is not white to beware of this store because this cashier was a COMPLETE RACIST. My husband bought a suitcase there and was overcharged because of an error in the cash register. He went back the next day with the receipt and the tag with the error. And, the cashier accused him of being in the store the day before to "scam them" versus being the store the day before to purchase something and being in there the next day to point out an error in that purchase. My husband and I were moving out of the area and had packed the suitcase. But instead of hearing my husband out, the cashier called the manager and tried to get my husband in some type of trouble. As a black family, this is the BULLSHIT that our daily nightmares are made of. F*** Marshalls and San Diego... truly. read more

Usually have a good experience here but wish you could find someone to unlock the dressing room doors or ask questions. This last trip I made I found out they have no public bathrooms any more. I was so disappointed I just had to leave because I had my 5 yr old grand child. They did not care. Most times I come there I spend some time finding my stuff but more time standing in line. I feel they need a bathroom. But customers need to take care of the place as well. read more

BEST SHOE SELECTION THERE IS!!!! this store is a "mega shoe shop" so it's filled with rows and rows of nice designer shoes for super cheap! they have stock lots of Dolce Vitas, and i bought a pair i saw on Neiman Marcus, here for $49 when they were supposed to be $100 at Neiman marcus. :] read more
