They have the best hand soaps!

I came on a weeknight around 7pm and it was not too crowded in line at the check out counter. Found hand soap (Marshall's is our go-to for hand soap with amazing scents for prices below $5) and socks! Love their big selection of hand soaps and other items. The cashier was soo friendly and welcoming. He was very energetic and complimenting. I definitely will come back when I need to get other household items.

The store itself is very clean 10/10 customer service : employees go above and beyond to help customers ! Everything is stocked up so much to look at . Prices are reasonable!

It's December 1st and the store is packed! Sooo many gift sets and coats!! There is so much stuff to choose from and there is still many holiday decorations to choose from. I do think that the store is too stuffed with merchandise. Hooks are exploding with stuff. It is difficult to get around but that may be something you prefer because there is so much to choose from. The store has moved some things around to accommodate the long lines. Parking is intense. This location is located in a big shopping center. There's a Walmart and a Ross on both sides of the Marshals. So please keep in mind that parking can be an issue. Also, cars pass by the stores extremely fast because people are constantly crossing that they are trying to avoid people and also intimidate pedestrians. Please be careful! Keep children near!

I have been a regular Marshalls customer for 10+years and I always enjoy huge savings on my purchases. I truly enjoy the Marshall's large clothing selection some of my favorite brands. I recently visited Marshalls in the Eastland Center and had a "Five Star" experience. This store is spacious and there are many sections to aisle shop. The dressing rooms are clean and very private. There are restrooms too. I found 4 great quality mens pants and paid only $88--easily saving over a hundred bucks. The pants fit and look great. They go perfect with some jackets I bought. On the racks I found many great deals. The Marshall's cashier was super friendly and handled my purchase perfectly. Five Stars for the cashier and Marshalls!! There is plenty of free parking in front of the store.

I walked in the store and tried to do a non-receipt return. (Non-receipt return is accepted by Burlington as the company outlines it in its return policies) however the store supervisor, Erika Ramirez, said otherwise. She kept asking for the receipt to scan so she can refund me the correct amount. She said she cannot do a non-receipt return. I pointed out the policy on the check out table and asked if she read that. She said she does know that but she still refused to accept the return. On top of that, she called the security in front to escort me out. This all happened on 11/4/2025 around 7:30 pm . I walked out disappointed and upset. I ended up returned the merchandise in the San Dimas location without any issue. If this supervisor, Erika Ramirez, does not upholds the Burlington policies that she works for, she should be terminated due incompetent work performance as she can't understand simple English outline in the company's policy therefore unfit for the job. She also mentions that her manager wouldn't accept the return as well if I go in the next morning. Her manager should also be fired. She not only not uphold Burlington's policy but also humiliated me as a customer who has the right which is given by Burlington to return the merchandise without a receipt. I will also make a formal complaint to Burlington's corporate office.

This company has changed from Burlington Coat Factory to, simply, Burlington Store. They have a large inventory of clothing and shoes for all ages. The shelves were fully stocked and already decorated for Christmas. I naturally gravitated to the cosmetic section and found good deals. It was easy to find brand-name products, I made my selection and purchase. I will be returning when I have more time to browse.

I want to be clear-- I love this Walmart. The store itself is always well-stocked, and the staff throughout the rest of the location are consistently helpful and friendly. That's exactly why this stood out so much. I waited about two and a half hours for my oil change. The wait itself wasn't the issue, I understand these things take time. What I cannot excuse is the complete lack of communication from the Auto Service Center staff. No updates, no acknowledgment, nothing. A little transparency goes a long way. I eventually asked to speak with the manager Jeff . He was an absolute gentleman respectful, professional, and went above and beyond by personally working on my truck himself. That told me everything. The standard is there; the problem is the staff not meeting it. The workers in that Auto Service Center need to shape up. The manager showed exactly how it should be done. If he can lead by example like that, there's no excuse for the rest of the team to fall so short. Do better -- your customers deserve it.

experienced a lady I didn't catch her name , I believe she was a manager at pick up .. she didn't…read morereally know what she was doing when it came to me picking up two orders (that were combined into one) she took a long time to attend me at the register and told me that I was wrong because she scanned my barcode and that it said they were not accurate (she told me that one of the items didn't say there was proof or receipt) I showed her the receipt, and that both orders said picked up with the accurate time.. she argued back and forth with me and even called someone else for help.. at the end she said " I told you it was combined" as if I was suppose to know or I was her employee. I tried to tell her both orders said picked up with the same pick up time. However she wanted the last word and to make me seem wrong, that's okay. But respect should always be there no matter the situation... I had a bad taste in my mouth from this experience and I thought about leaving the store because of how negative the impact was , I felt she was frustrated with me because she didn't understand the technology, I didn't get her name.. but I'm sure if she reads this she'll know.. I hope she grows more patient and learns to be gentle with customers . However my favorite cashier at this store was there during that time, and she checked me out! Antonia is a great employee at target , you are so awesome and know how to turn someone's day around I'm thankful for a gentle and kind person!

I specifically chose Drive Up because I have three kids with me, and it seemed much easier than unloading everyone just to grab one item. At this point, I could have gone inside and been out in five minutes. My poor kids ended up falling asleep while we waited. I was trying to surprise them with a little treat, and now they've missed out because of the delay. Unfortunately, this experience has convinced me to start driving to a farther Target location instead.

At this…read moreBurlington location, customers are forced to enter and exit through a roped barrier system that immediately makes you feel confined. You cannot simply walk in or walk out. You are physically funneled into a controlled area, and in order to leave, you have to wait until a loss prevention employee notices you and opens the barrier. As shown in the photo, the employee wasn't even paying attention, and I had to actively get her attention just to be allowed to exit the store. That is not normal, and it is not okay. Walking in already felt wrong. I genuinely thought the store was closed because someone had to open the barrier for me to enter. That alone set off alarms. Walking out was worse. Standing there, blocked by a rope, waiting to be acknowledged so I could leave a public retail store felt degrading and uncomfortable. No customer should feel trapped, monitored, or controlled just to exit a store. Whether or not receipts are checked is irrelevant. The issue is the loss of basic autonomy. I should be able to come in and out freely, period. I am not blaming the employees personally. This is clearly a policy and leadership issue. But policies reflect the values of a business, and this setup says a lot. It communicates distrust, hostility, and a complete lack of respect for customers. I've shopped at Burlington for years and never experienced anything like this at older locations. This feels like a sharp decline in standards and customer dignity. This is not how a respectable business operates. The environment feels tense, unwelcoming, and frankly embarrassing for a retail brand. Being forced to wait for permission to leave made me feel lumped into a category I don't belong in, and I will not accept that treatment as a customer. This setup alone tells me everything I need to know about the direction of this store. People deserve to be warned. If you are okay with being herded into a barrier, waiting to be noticed, and feeling confined just to leave a store, then maybe this place won't bother you. For me, this experience was enough to make sure I don't come back. It's unacceptable, and it should seriously concern anyone who values being treated with basic respect. It's very unfortunate because like I said this Burlington in the old store was a staple growing up because of the selection and value. You can always find good deals.

After we completed our purchase, Tammy continued handing out new coupons to other customers but deliberately did not offer one to us. Feeling singled out, we went to the front desk to report the situation. The staff there reviewed the issue, honored our coupon, and provided us with the coupon that Tammy had refused to give us. We then approached Tammy and politely asked why she chose not to give us a coupon when she was giving them to everyone else. Her response was, "You already left." Of course, every customer leaves after paying, so that explanation made no sense. When we told her that we intended to report what we perceived as prejudicial and discriminatory treatment, she simply replied, "Go ahead." I was shocked by the rude and dismissive behavior. The front desk staff handled the situation professionally, but Tammy's conduct left a very negative impression. No customer should feel singled out or treated differently while simply trying to check out.

Everything just feels calmer and more put together than usual, which is saying a lot for TJ Maxx. TJ Maxx has definitely earned its spot as one of my favorite locations to pop into when I'm in the mood for a successful treasure hunt.
