Went to get dress pants tailored and received exactly what I had pictured. They seamstress Veronica made exactly what I explained !!!

They do good work but $90 for nine shirts, one sweater and one pair of pants is pretty darn steep.

Wow, talk about customer service! Very shocked to see some mixed reviews. I submitted an online inquiry late on a Sunday night. Didn't hear anything for a few days and received both a personal email apologizing for the oversight - which was completely unnecessary in itself - and a 100% free first order. Um...unheard of. The order was for 3 couches worth of cushion covers, a few pillow covers, and 3 smaller couch cushions whose covers required being removed and sewn back on. All were velvet or linen (not a light order). I organized the service for my boss who is in the midst of a move and wanted clean furniture in the new house. Martinizing scored me MAJOR points with her and gained customers for life! Everything was cleaned and fixed perfectly, the team was very communicative and easy to talk to, the entire service was quick, efficient, and exactly as promised. It's the details that count with this place. There are a ton of dry cleaning/laundry places in every city but the attention to detail is what draws me back. I like how crisp everything comes out and they always have a friendly personality. System is quite easy, drop off and they text/email you when it's ready. The only drawback is they don't tell you the price at drop off. You can have them calculate it if you want but I found that a bit odd. Overall though, pricing is fine for me. I'm used to SF prices so this beats that for sure! Conveniently located next to other shops and grocery spots so it's an easy stop while running errands. read more

I'M VERY UPSET!!! This business charged me over $50 to burn and destroy my quality comforter! I will NEVER recommend this place as a respectable business... The staff is lazy and quality of work is terrible. When I arrived with my comforter, I waited for a couple minutes to be approached by staff as they chatted in the back and looked in my direction. When they did, I kindly asked if the comforter was a type of fabric that they could clean. The front desk person asked a manager in the back and said they could. When I asked for an estimate cost, the front desk person again had to ask a manager. They told me it would take 4 business days, so I assumed they would do quality work. They texted me back 2 days later saying it was ready. I wrongly assumed they were taking care of me, but later I realized that they rushed a bad job. When I arrived to pick up my comforter, I again politely waited a couple minutes to be attended by staff as they chatted in the back and looked in my direction. My comforter was returned in a plastic bag, so I again assumed they did a good job. Little did I know, I was getting wooed. When I brought the comforter home and felt it, it was absolutely fringed and in a worse condition than when I first brought it in. I wish they were honest up front and say that they could not clean it. I'm very disappointed and have zero shame in leaving a 1 star review! Charging me over $50 for some BS!! read more

Interacted with KJ who was very friendly and professional throughout the whole process. Dropped off the items on a Sunday, which is always nice to be open on the weekend if you have a busy schedule. Recently I had my wedding dress cleaned and preserved and the manager, Bob, talked me through the whole process and what was to be expected cost-wise so I was on board before they did any work which I really appreciated. Since I'm in Alameda at least twice a week for church, I always miscalculate my time to find ample leisure time. That's when I found this dry cleaning service when it first opened..a quite awhile ago! Then, they opened a branch closer to me in Oakland. However, I am loyal to this branch because of convenience to my schedule & because of parking options. I love their customer service..June, one of the staff, was as delightful on the phone as in person. She made certain that the seamstress didn't leave before I arrived to arrange what needs to be hemmed. I usually have my dry cleaning done here. Be warned: they heat set in labels for their own tracking purposes and do not tell their customers they are doing this. This ruins clothing and cannot be removed without leaving a residue. I am a costume rentals manager for a theater company that just got back several dozen pieces with this company's own labels on materials and covering our own barcode system we use to track our costume pieces. We did not personally choose this location, it was from a return of costumes. The only excuse I was given when I called to complain and explain that such a practice without informing their customers (I cannot find any mention on their website about this) is damaging and disruptive was that "this is what they're told to do." I did inform them that their practice can and will result in their customers being charged damage costs when rental houses see the additional labels. No amount of friendliness can make up for damaging several dozen pieces of clothing and costumes in the name of "tracking for their own purposes". Do not use this location unless you are okay having another company's barcode in your clothes and costumes. read more
