Bought 2014 Buick Lacrosse as a dealer special (New) car March(2015) Was told I would receive 'FREE' vehicle service for 2years or 24k miles .Service performed 10/7'2016 with car at 19k miles. I was forced to pay for Oil change and don't believe Marty's Buick did tire rotation. I feel cost to me should be reimbursed. Marty's has lost a customer over an inexpensive oil change. Very unsatisfied customer, will be going back to dealer to argue, Just not right!!! read more

My wife and I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned GMC Sierra from Sean Brennan. I usually dread the car buying process, however this was different. Sean was the anti-car salesman, salesman. He was knowledgeable about the truck we were interested in, but best of all Sean was a straight up guy without any nonsense over the top pushy sales tactics. Not only did I get the best deal on my new Sierra but they made the car buying experience a pleasant experience. Mary's GMC, I have had my Denali in Marty's 2 times for the same problem the first time they charged me $150.00 to put it on a computer and an oil change. They told me there was nothing wrong with my vehicle even though tbe SERVICE STABILTRACK LIGHT COBTINED TO COME ON I WAITED 2 AND 1/2 HOURS THE FIRST TIME I BROUGHT IT IN. The second time I brought it in for the same reason Friday Jan. 13 2017 I was there for less then 5 minutes and they told me it was in 4 high and sent me on my way. I no sooner got on the highway and the service STABILTRACK light came back on. I called them up and told them that the STABILTRAK light came back on they told me to bring it back. I have become very fustrated at this point and decided to go above there service department. I would not reccomed tbere service department to anyone. This is not only costing me time out of work but money. Please think twice before choosing Marty's for servicing your vehicle. I believe what they are doing to me is called pass the buck read more

I liked the sales agent, Donald. He was very patient, professional, and a pleasure to work with. He stayed hours passed closing to help me even though I wasn't sure if I was going to buy the car. Bought new Acadia. One of main reasons for buying new vehicle was for hands free calling. Informed after the fact, because I didn't buy Denali package that my radio wouldn't work hands free. This was extraordinarily disappointing. This is clearly just a software upgrade to radio. Won't pair with music player also. My $30.00 Ryobi radio pairs with player??? Really. GMC and Marty's need to get act together. This is 2016. Will be selling vehicle at first opportunity. read more

They inflate the prices on their vehicles and will low ball you on your trade-in. Purchased a used GMC Terrain from Marty's back in 2013 and the salesman was friendly but slightly over aggressive to get the sale, understandably. I never went to Marty's for service, so I cannot comment on the pricing or quality. I can, however, comment on how poor the customer service was after I went back a year and a half later to get a prorated refund on my EasyCare warranty plan. I drove in to have them scan my documents and sign papers saying that I agreed to the transaction, etc. I was told that it "wasn't the quickest process" to get a check in the mail, and that it took "about 4 weeks before you'll see anything in the mail." After about 6 weeks, I tried to get in touch with anyone from the finance department, but they were always "busy." I had left voicemails and even had the front desk clerk personally leave my information so I could get a call back. I received two return calls between the first time I called and the last. Both calls were to tell me that they were "working on it." It has been 9 weeks, and after multiple attempts to get a response regarding the whereabouts of my check, I finally got in touch with Bill (finance manager) and the check is ready to be mailed. When I asked if I could have it priority mailed (since it's been over twice the amount of time I was told I'd receive the check) he plainly stated "No. Regular mail." Instead of waiting for them to mail it out, I'm going to drive down to Kingston to pick it up later today. In short, they will do what they need to in order to get your money to purchase a car, but when it comes time to return any money owed to you, they couldn't care less. I will never purchase another vehicle from Marty's, and hope that they can iron out their customer service for future clients. read more

I bought a 2018 Denali 2500 two weeks ago from Marty's in Kingston. I went to pick it up, the salesman showed me the truck, then we went inside to fill out the paperwork. While I was inside, someone hit my new truck in the parking lot. The truck had damage on its rear bumper and break light. They said they would repair the truck and I could pick it up at a later time. Two weeks later I picked up the truck and asked if they would be willing to give me something for the inconvenience, such as a free oil change, etc. I expected to have he truck two weeks earlier which was a huge inconvenience. They told me they would not give me anything and I didn't have to take the truck if I didn't want it. The salesman was very rude and did not apologize for the trouble they put me through. Do not take your business to this dealer they are unprofessional and have no customer service skills. I wish I took my business elsewhere. read more
