I have been here many times..my fiancé and his team come here after every game. There was a hair on the bacon in the Bloody Mary and who I assume was the manager was completely neglectful with making sure it was rectified. She acted like I was a jerk for saying something. Disgusting. Took 10 minutes to bring a new one. She has glasses and dark hair...to the owner find a new one. Never been treated so rudely with a mess up of theirs. After too many restaurants trying to make it in this location, I think Mason's is a winner, and a lot less tacky than the Tilted Kilt was (the last place here). Ambiance is fantastic, decor has a nice modern industrial feel. Music is good, sometimes they have some live performances. The food is great though slightly pricey. Drinks are quality though also slightly pricey. However, if you are trying to have a work holiday party here, DO IT. The price and options are fantastic for a decent sized party. read more

Absolutely love Masons. Food is amazing and large variety of beer which is great!! Only thing i would complain about was that our server did not have a mask when taking our order and while serving and checking in. We think it's very critical for servers to constantly wear masks for the safety or costumers and them. Would absolutely go back if masks are reinforced more. read more

I ordered the Cuban sandwich, which was pretty good. The fries were bland, though, and tasted slightly of fish. They must use the same fryer for everything. The place wasn't even half full, but was so loud we had a hard time talking across our table. Waitress was pleasant enough, but we probably won't go back. Sooooooo, I don't know if it's just some kindd of thing tht folows me around or I just have bad luck. I visited Mason's today with my girl friend, the food was awesome my waitress was cordial and help out good. Yet, i ordered dessert to go and didn't pay attention to my dessert until I goT home to eat it. The dessert was cotton candy. First off, i can go to the movies and get way more than what was givin to me in my bag for less money. Two before i even got the bag open it smelled as if something was burnt. I brought it to my girlfriends attention (the smell). She took some out and ate some, frowned and spit out the remainder of what she ate. I didn't even want to try it, but I did and it was horrible. She called back and were told that they could make some more or get a refund for the cotton candy. We were told when it would be given a gift card form, instead of money which was given. Love this place! Used to come here many times before I moved. Came back last night after two years and didn't remember it, but I was pleasantly surprised. Very clean and aesthetically pleasing interior. I love how with burgers you can substitute it for grilled chicken or a veggie burger, and they put all toppings (besides cheese and sauce) on the side. Worse than the Tilted Kilt. They have the same décor, okay. The food is really worse. I had fish and chips. The fish was crusty on the outside with missing breading and dark. The inside was rubbery and inedible. The chips were potato chips with so much salt I wanted to gag!!! They did give me a cup of corned beef and cabbage soup. This was a disappointment as well...raw-ish corned beef pieces and watered down soup base. But the worst thing? THE LOUD T.V.'S!!! I MEAN LOUD !!! We need to get OSHA in there loud. read more

Not the best food, i went 2x, both times it was disappointing. The fish and chips was greasy, the Salmon was fishy, the shaved prime rib sandwich was bad (as per my son's opinion). My husband and I went today. He had the Cuban Sandwich and I had the Southern Fried Chicken with the Cream of Chicken Rice Soup and for appetizer we had the Mozzarella Sticks and Chili. The sticks were more on the line of Cheese Curds, I hate Cheese Curds. The outside breading was NOT of your typical Mozzarella Sticks. The soup was watery, again what I would not consider a typical Cream of Chicken Rice Soup. What I hated the most was that they brought the Chili and Soup right when they brought our meals. People please, bring those before the dinner is served. Also, with the Fried Chicken Dinner provide corn not a mix vegetable. As someone who lived down in Dixie I have never had someone provide a mix veggie with a chicken meal. read more

Would never return, and have already told everyone not to bother! Pros: 1.Waitress was friendly. 2. Garlic fries were edible. Cons: 1. Food overpriced- $2 for each add in to mac n cheese even onion!? Ridiculous. Had chicken added in, it was basically chicken bits. Could not be seen in the dish. 2. Gross Food- mac n cheese tasted like a block of cream cheese was mixed in and maybe sprinkled with some cheddar. The veggie taco was cut up veggie patty in a tortilla. Gross. 3. Time to get food was absurd. If we hadn't ordered an appetizer that we had to pay for, we would have left. It took us 1.5 hours to get our food. Not an exaggeration at all. 4. Tableware- the plates we were served on looked like the plates that may have been there for all of the previous 6 restaurants that have been there. They were chipped and dingy. Not impressed. I have never written a review for a restaurant but I was so dissatisfied with our experience, I felt it necessary. First time customer.. I sat at the bar and ordered the steak salad. Bartenders were friendly and service was great! The salad was awesome- A generous bed of fresh greens, steak was tender and cooked to a perfect medium/medium well, as ordered. The carmelized onions and blue cheese crumbles were the perfect topping. Very comfortable atmosphere. I plan on visiting again. I'm gonna try their mussels next time. Had our 50 Year Reunion Get-Together at Masons last night, September 8, 2017. It was amazing. The food was excellent, the wait staff was very efficient. The room and accommodations were great, with no additional charge for the use of the room Would highly recommend holding future events at Masons. Place was clean and busy. Food was fresh tasting and very good. Pretzel Sticks were fresh baked and served with a beer cheese dip that was quite tasty. I had the three pigs burger, but swapped the burger for a chicken breast. This sandwich was amazing, ham, pulled pork and bacon on top of a fresh chicken breast with BBQ sauce. The wife had the meatloaf, and said it was also incredible. The closest thing to a negative I can think of was that they give you more food than most could finish. I would absolutely recommend for a casual meal and drinks or a GameDay destination. read more

I saw that this was a new restaurant and decided to stop in and pick up some takeout. Got home and my order was incorrect. I called back to tell them about the error. They asked if I wanted to come back and get the correct items. I told them no. They did not offer anything else. I suggested they could put my name down so they could give me be correct items when I come back in. They reluctantly agreed. Seems like it could be w nice place with live music on some nights. Although the food was delicious service was very slow. We were there for 1 hour and 45 min and it only took us 15 mins to eat. Some of the time spent waiting was due to a kitchen error. A chicken taco was ordered but they made a fish taco. They remade this causing other food to get cold. Overall the price is not worth what we received. read more

I went in on a Friday night at 8pm, sat at the bar, and was ignored. Eventually, I was able to order a beer that the bartender couldn't find in the coolers. I ordered a different one and got it. No glass or anything to pour it into though. More ignoring ensued, despite the fact that there was a menu right next to me that I was clearly done looking at, and that the people sitting right next to me were getting service. Eventually, a bartender asked how I was doing. I told her I was being ignored and would like to pay for my beer & leave. She apologized and I said it wasn't her fault; that had been the first time I'd seen her. I paid for my $8(!!) bottle of Old Rasputin and left. When I got home, I looked up their site & sent an email detailing my experience. The next day I get a smug, dismissive, & condescending reply. Wow. When we walked in, hosts were quick to greet us. But when we asked for a booth we were told we would "have to wait a long time" and then asked again if a table was okay. We said fine and we sat at a table and watched the booth next to us be cleaned not even 10 seconds later. Our server Angelique was attentive and welcoming. We go to Masons about once a month. We've always had good food and service at a fair price. We just had a party there and they were also great for that. Plenty of food, reasonable cost and the staff was very attentive to everyone. They were constantly on the ball checking to see if we needed anything. I would definitely have other parties there in the future. read more

Food was ok. We ordered delivery through Grubhub. Mason's ignored our special requests for the salad dressing on the side and no veggies on the chicken sandwich. The delivery driver took off before we had a chance to verify the order. Definitely not a good place for delivery unless you want every item exactly as it appears on the menu. read more

They have big screen tvs all over so it's a good place to watch any game. They have a 2 for 1 happy hour Monday through Friday which is one of the best deals in the area. Masons is a good place for lunch or dinner but I would not recommend this place for breakfast. Stopped yesterday morning. Place was half full maybe. Our server got us two cups of coffee. One sip and it went back. Ice cold. Now if you're going serve breakfast having hot coffee is pretty essential. Second cup came and again luke warm. Third times a charm finally semi warm. Ordered basic breakfast. Wife had two eggs bacon and frozen hash browns. Hash browns are easy. Not hard to be fresh. I had a skillet. Food was decent but certainly not worth the price. Breakfast is easy n shouldn't be expensive. But they are. Again we've had good meals for dinner but never again for breakfast. Places that try to do to much never succeed. Stick to lunch n dinner n leave breakfast to the places that are good at it. read more
