The worst foot massage E V E R. If you like your BONES MASSAGE, this is the place for you. The place I usually go to was booked so I thought I try this place. I got a lady who would only MASSAGES YOUR BONES! She likes to use her knuckles to give you bone on bone action. She bruised my shins, ankles bones, top and around my foot, my big toe joint and tendons on my foot. She barely touched my calves, heel or the ball of my foot other than to put lotion on it. The second I got off the table, I can feel heat and tingling pain sensations. By the time I got home, which was a 15min drive ..I was in a lot of pain when I walked, I had to slide my feet so the foot tendons wouldn't stretch. Stupid me for not saying anything. She looks to be in a bad mood already and I didn't want to piss her off. I was hoping it would get better. Guess she didn't get the hints when I was huffing or jerking my legs when it was hurting. I love foot massages and never in my life had I have an bad one. This was beyond bad it was awful. read more

Had the same guy I've had before years ago. Glad he's still around. A no nonsense firm massage full body. They used to years ago soak your feet and spend more time on feet and also stretching the arms and legs sort of Thai style. There must have been complaints. They don't do those special stretches anymore. Still like this place though. You can get a full massage with the 50 minute foot and back massage. They will try to talk you into paying for the $50 version but it basically the same as the cheaper foot plus massage. read more

I really thought I would be coming to this place a long time, but my last experience here was less than pleasant. I got the special massage which is $45. After my massage had ended, the masseuse walked me to the lobby and handed me a cup of water like usual. I then handed her a $10 tip. She snatched it from me, made a disgusted face, said something aggressively to the receptionist and literally stormed away. I was dumbfounded, what had just happened? Then the receptionist comes to me and says "10 dollar tip is minimum, but when the massage is really good you give more". EXCUSE ME?! First of all, even though it is customary, I am by no means REQUIRED or OBLIGATED to give a tip. Second of all, 10 bucks is already more than 20% honey so what more are you looking for? It was my first time here and I took my niece and mom. The woman that was massaging me did cough and I was worried maybe it could be covid. We were all tested positive after a few days and had side effect symptoms. I am not saying that this place caused it, but it's possible. Their website does say all staff vaccinated, but you can still can get a breakthrough if you still are vaccinated. Simply Terrible!! I went in for a 60 minute foot massage. The masseuse was sleeping for the most of the time while massaging my feet. I saw her dozing off multiple times. So I finally spoke up and said "I think you are sleeping". She quickly jumped up and started rubbing my feet so hard that it hurt me. I told her it was too hard. She seemed attentive for some time, but yet again fell asleep while massaging my other foot. The back/shoulder massage was just as bad. On the plus side, she didn't fall asleep during that part. She just applied unnecessary pressure and mushed my skin as if she was just killing the time. She needs better training. I am genuinely afraid that she might hurt someone. read more

I've been coming here for years and never have I walked out disappointed. I get massages regularly and have tried several other businesses, but this is the one place I always come back to. The quality of masseurs, comfort and cleanliness is incomparable for this price point. You'd except that paying more somewhere else would get you a better massage but in my experience that is usually far from the truth. While there are not private rooms, there are partitions for plenty of privacy. Music helps to drown out noises from other guests, however, you rarely hear any noise at all. I hesitate to share his name, only to selfishly ensure he is always available when I visit, but George is my go to guy. He is pure strength, so if you don't prefer a strong massage then they have plenty other great masseuses to choose from. I don't usually have to tell him what's bothering me bc he always figures it out. I can't praise him enough, he's the absolute best. read more

She also knew exactly what muscles were tight and worked on it. The full body 1hour price went up from $35 to $40 now. Located in the plaza where the CVS is. Great place to get a one-hour massage. The staff here are friendly and service is done legally and respectfully. I personally think that Snow and Lucy do the best job with me, so I ask for either of them. Just make sure that you keep your voice down to a whisper because each "room" is separated by a curtain. We hung up and I continued to Yelp local massage spots and my phone started ringing.... someone just became available and the guy was calling me back to let me know that... MAJOR plus! I arrived in less than 5 minutes and the gentleman at the front knew it was me immediately. He had me make payment then walked me to the back where I was told to disrobe and lay under a white sheet.. I didn't have to wait long at all... the lights were perfectly dimmed and the guy asked me how what pressure I would like. He was EXTREMELY good and worked out all my tension. To clarify: This is an asian inspired reflexology massage. Dont get confused with an american burke williams, massage envy etc. What I like about this place, staff is friendly, AC is on, and price is affordable. English is not fluent, some come prepared to point at your troubled areas. Come in, they you what package you like, you tell them what area needs help. They walk you to your room (sheer partition, which I like better then a echoing room) ask you to disrobe, face down, and place a sheet on your rear end, and the rest, they take care of. For my 35.00 package, it was 40 mins full body, and 20 mins reflexology. They work on the body first, then the foot last. The foot was a little bit ticklish, but felt great for someone wearing heels or discomfort shoes all day. I like the old school asian walking on your back massage. They do it here, and Ill host a picture of it. Little 85-95lbs walking on our back is delightful for me. Be aware, that in the asian culture, a massage has some soft hitting at the end, which moves the blood flow. So dont think that they are beating you up :). Make sure you leave a nice tip for them, and ask for a returning card. After 10 visits, you get a free massage. Comes in handy. 35.00 is a steal, and again, this place is nice and clean. DO NOT COME TO THIS MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT IF YOU ARE A FEMALE. It is unfortunate that I have to write this review because my family and I have been coming to this business for a few years. My dad called ahead and requested 3 female masseuses (for my dad, mom, and myself) and 1 male masseur (for my brother). Upon arrival, we were all set up and everything was fine. At the beginning of my massage, I had a female masseuse. When it was time to change sides, I was half asleep and was shocked to find that a man was massaging me the whole time. I was furious. As soon as the massage was over, I quickly changed and spoke with the Manager at the front desk. I told him what happened and all he said was, "Oh they switched." I told the Manager that it was unacceptable to change massagers: 1. Without my consent and 2. While I was half asleep. The manager later called my dad and apologized to him, not to me. I am absolutely livid that the management thinks it's ok to conduct their business in this manner. I'm appalled by the Manager's behavior and their business practice. My family and I will never set foot in this business ever again. read more

I love this place! My mom and I are hair dressers and our bodies are in pain 95% of the time after work, and we drive the 15 or so minutes to here from San Clemente.. We prefer the male therapists because of the strength, and have the frequent visitor card. I honestly come out feeling so "massage drunk" and relaxed! In fact, we have appointments today, and I can't wait! We always get the $25 massage, that is an HOUR long and they do actually do do your full body, just with more focus on your feet, which is great for me. They also put your feet in warm water, or you can choose to have tea leaves in it. So nice! My only drawback of this is that newbies don't have much thought about others around them, talking loud and such, and sometimes you can hear the people in the lobby.. This massage place is a "No Frills" establishment but the massages and prices are Great! No rooms for the services only partitioned areas separated by floor to ceiling curtains, a hook on the wall and a plastic box on the floor for your stuff. The table is comfy and the sheets clean and crisp. The masseuses are very good and aim to please just make sure you let them know what you want specifically and if they go off track (softness/hardness) or anything else speak up and tell them. They take walk-ins, are extremely clean and polite. And make sure you TIP your masseuse because the fee goes to the business and the tip to the employee. read more

One of the best massages ever! The place is in a little strip mall a few blocks away from Laguna Hills Mall. It is very clean and the prices are very reasonable. I got a one hour hot stone massage for $40. Angela was one of the best masseuses I've ever had. She worked extra hard on the knots in my neck and had the perfect touch. She was very aware of my non verbal cues; if something was a bit too hard she could tell right away and would go softer. Very standard treatment of the reflexology massage places. The tables are semi private with hanging sheets between each "room." If you want something with actual rooms for services, this may not be the place for you. Walked in with a migraine. Walked out feeling refreshed and loose. Id come back if I was local.
