Since my husband and I were in the process of making decisions based on contractor bids, I later reached out and specifically asked if a written quote could be provided. After waiting without receiving anything, I followed up with Arturo by text and was told that he would send the quote later that day. Four days passed, and I still did not receive the written estimate or any update. I sent another follow-up message and received no response at all. The only positive part of my experience was communicating with their staff, Abigail. The person responding to my texts, who I believe was Abigail, was responsive and helpful whenever I reached out to the company's main number. Unfortunately, despite her responsiveness, I still had difficulty getting the information I needed from the technician assigned to my project. I understand that delays can happen, but timely communication and following through on commitments are important. Based on my experience, I was disappointed by the lack of responsiveness and would encourage the company to improve communication between their technicians and potential customers.

The first message is very welcoming and they already tell you what packages they have with the prices and even extra services like termites and general pool inspection. I messaged back and her reply is almost immediate at a very strange time. I think I messaged her late at night. I just copied and pasted their message to my agent and there, appointment is set. We chose the platinum so the sewer inspection will be included and additional pool and termites. During the inspections, the 2 inspectors came on time. Home inspections took about 2 and a half hours which is really good coz it means they check every detail. They delivered the findings verbally and the written report was sent to my agent and me the next day. I don't even know how to share to you the result because there's a lot. I saw that he read my text message but he did not reply back. The next day I texted him again that I will be informing his office of my interaction with him. He texted back right away that he is out of town for training and he apologized for the late response. I told him that I will not be using his company for my repair/replacement due to his lack of care and commitment. He texted me by the name of Trina and Angela, although all he had to do was scroll up on the text messages for my name. If it's this difficult to get a hold of this company to give them money for their service, it might be impossible to get a hold of them once they have your money.

Almost a week later, after DAYS of rain, living with a tarp on my floor, moving furniture, and waiting for Monday, they call to cancel. I received a call today, a few days before the appointment, that we are out of their service area and it wouldn't be cost effective for them to come. First of all, this is extremely unprofessional....even a little restaurant or pizza place would determine if you are in their delivery area. They had my address at the time I made the appointment and it was included on my confirmation email. This would seem like a basic business practice to see if I am in their area and at the very least I would expect a call immediately to cancel and not after almost a week of waiting. At this point, I thought I had an appointment and someone would be able to repair my roof soon. If I had known they wouldn't do so I would have been calling other companies during this week if downpour. I feel that this is their fault/oversight and they should have honored the appointment and done some staff training for whomever answers the phone. I guess I probably dodged a bullet if they are only focused on how much money they are going to make and don't actually care about their customers.

Also the shingle deliverers asked us permission on how to best deliver the shingles given our driveway so they and King Roofing also worked that out by laying protective plywood down also to support weight of all shingles on the delivery truck!
