We hired Saul of SG Roofing due to a leak we noticed that was dripping near our garage door. We had another company come out earlier that day that wanted to charge us $500 just to stick a piece of plastic in the location and then redo the tiles. Saul was called and right off the bat, was the kindest person you could talk to on the phone. He came out within an hour or so and had his guys put waterproofing paper down just to buy us some time to get through the rain at no charge. We decided to hire him almost immediately after he inspected the area and gave us his very competitive quote. His workers came out a week later and they were competent, courteous of our house and worked clean and fast. Their work was excellent and Saul took care of some minor issues that we noticed and corrected them. Saul and his lead workers speak excellent English and there is no lack of communication or misunderstandings evident. Had a leak in my garage attic from the recent rains. After it stopped raining, I paid a restoration company to dry out the attic. After that, I needed a roof repair right away because rains were returning, according to the forecast. Saul replied to a message I sent on Saturday night and was at my house for a free inspection and estimate the next day (Sunday). He was able to come by that Tuesday, a couple days before the rain, to do the repairs. Throughout my panic, Saul was very considerate of the need to get the repairs done before the rainy days. Very reliable guy and good work. Before Saul, I had contacted another roofer who in my opinion cheated me out of $200 for a "roof inspection" fee.
