I got lucky and got a very honest employee who told me that if I brought it to their location in North Hollywood, it might be a full week, but if I were to drive out to the Glendale Main store l, one could usually get items back within 24 hours if requested. The extra 20 minutes was well worth it - sure enough, they turned everything around within 24 hours... Everything smelled great, was super clean, nicely packaged and sanitized... And I even got a discount as a first time customer which I didn't even know was a possibility - they simply offered it up. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Especially for high-end blankets, towels, upholstery, and other bedding items that need a good fresh deep clean. Thank you.
