The family recently sold to a local Sherman Oaks family who then franchised via the Tide brand. The only thing that has changed is they use Tide for their laundry. Can't wait to try it out! Initially, I thought this was the place you bought the really, really good laundry detergent from...the ultimate Tide source. But it's not. It's actually a really nice dry cleaners with a side section that does alterations. Soooo...I'm cheap, so I bought some brand new Elbeco police shirts at Goodwill for $6.99...so instead of spending $120 online to get the short sleeve versions for work, I had the cool guys at Tide alter both shirts for $25.99 ea. It took a couple weeks, but they did a great job. Nice people at the counters, too. I'd definitely go back and even recommend this place to you too. Kinda boring review, but hey, they did the job and nothing else happened, and if you know alteration services, they almost all have bad attitudes and screw your order up. read more

Great tailoring. When I was there another woman came in and said she drove all the way from Santa Barbara just to come to this tailor.

I paid $250 to have my gown cleaned and it was returned with multiple stains. The customer service was also rude and uninformed. I would not recommend this location read more

I am grateful that the staff from Flair Cleaners were carried over to the new Tide Cleaners. Why? They have always provided A+ level service and are never afraid to make sure that the quality matches. There have only been a couple of times where something wasn't properly cleaned, and there was ZERO hesitation to have them redo it until it was to my satisfaction. That level of customer service is what keeps me coming back. I come to the store frequently, and there has NEVER been a time where the staff wasn't friendly, courteous and helpful. I have been a loyal customer of Flair Cleaners for over 17 years. During that time, I never once had an issue and was always greeted warmly and treated with kindness and respect. Tide Cleaners took over ownership and many of the staff remain the same. I have had a few issues after the change of ownership, but mostly the staff has been friendly as always. During my most recent pickup, a brand-new dress was missing from my order. I called immediately and was told that after reviewing their cameras, they stated I had taken the dress with me, which I absolutely did not. I was invited to come in and view the camera footage, which I did. When I met with Raquel, I was met with an extremely rude and condescending attitude. She repeatedly insisted that I had taken the dress and essentially accused me of lying. The footage was unclear and certainly did not prove that the dress had been taken. She then told me I would need to return and speak with Diana, the manager. Later, when I called to speak with the manager, Raquel informed me that my dress had in fact been found. Unfortunately, when I asked for an apology for the way I had been treated, I was met with more dismissiveness and a complete lack of accountability. She continued with a "story" of why my dress had been missing which was inaccurate and unfounded. After 17 years as a loyal customer, I cannot express how disappointed I am in the way this situation was handled. The treatment I received was both disrespectful and unnecessary. Sadly, because of this experience, I will no longer be using this dry cleaner. read more

First time using Tide Cleaners and it'll be my last. I brought in a big batch of stuff from dress shirts to suit pants to sweaters to white suits. When I finally took everything out of the plastic at home, every single item had problems. Black shirts had white lines and hair fibers on them, white suits still had black marks, sweaters weren't properly cleaned. Some pieces even had little notes inside saying they couldn't get the stains out, but no one told me that when I picked up. They just charged me the full $325 anyway.
