Love their tea and have been back since my first visit. Definitely a favorite stop!

Not going to lie this place has the best boba tea. I'm not the biggest fan of boba but this is the only place where I love them. Me and a few friends come here during to lunch and I have to say very nice place. And even though there's usually one person working they are quick and still maintain good service for us. The place is kept clean and it's really cute inside. They offer a lot of flavors and my favorite is the chai tea boba. Anyways keep up the great work! read more

I consider myself a boba enthusiast :P When I heard that Master Tea had authentic Taiwanese boba... I couldn't contain my excitement. I really love master tea! I have tried their black, green and master milk teas and my favorite is the green milk tea with soy milk. I love that their teas are brewed fresh. The boba is soft and chewy. Great place to grab a delicious tea drink! They have awesome milk teas, bobas, etc. Tried the master milk tea (oolong) and it was amazing; especially since I asked for it to be not so sweet and they made it with the perfect amount of sweetness! Most places add way to much sugar/honey to tea drinks. Only thing is that I wish they sold loose leaf tea! They only had 1 option for tea to buy and it was a great deal (Assam 3lbs for $10!). I love Master Tea! The staff there are amazing and they always make my drink perfectly and quickly. I love the environment as well! They have great taste in music and it's setup like a cafe with FREE WIFI so I can sit down and study if I wanted to. They have a great selection of authentic bubble tea and the toppings (jellies, pudding, boba, etc) and for an affordable price! It's location is also amazing as it's right next to the Pacific Ocean Marketplace so that you can do your grocery shopping in the same trip. read more

The boba tea here is terrific! Get it with Oolong, it's very delicious. The straws are big enough to let you have a little tapioca snack with your tea. This place is pretty tolerant toward newbies (like me), so if you've never tried bubble tea / boba tea, give it a try. read more

Being from New York, I have pretty high standards in regards to bubble tea. There are literally hundreds of bubble tea shops in the city so I'm picky with how a bubble tea should taste. Luckily Master Tea has 'mastered' the drinks they make at their shop and their prices aren't bad either. The bubble milk tea I had tasted good and not watered down. The bubbles were also chewy and fresh, but the most important thing is the fact that they use quality tea here which is very important. I'd like to see them carry herbal jelly here because when I came I didn't see it on the menu sadly. Otherwise, thumbs up! read more

I probably had the worst service coming to Master Tea for some boba. I stood in line for a few minutes while a young man behind the corner walked back and forth checking his texts. His phone was right next to the register and not once did he look up to ask if I am ready or simply a "hello". Not until he came back to check his phone for the third times that he finally acknowledge me with a "stare". I kindly asked if I can order my milk tea and while ordering the second order, I felt rushed. Hence there was only one other customer who is already sitting down drinking his tea and no one behind me! He's definitely not the nicest employee I have encountered, perhaps even the worst! Although the tea is decent, I have to give this a one star for its service! Without a good service, customers will not feel like they are welcome to come back. I will not be back! read more

This place was good when they first opened a while back but now it's really not that great. I LOVE MASTER TEA! Usually i'm really picky about my boba, which means I always get half boba in other boba places... But! This place got it right and I always get extra boba. Its soft and chewy also the sweetness of it is addictive. I usually get the black milk tea but if you like more of a sweeter tea, i'd go for the master milk tea. I doubt you could go wrong with any of their teas tho.. The only reason I dont give this a full 5 star is because sometimes their boba is undercooked, which is an unfortunate inconsistency but overall its an A+ for me read more

Coming from the OC in Cali, I'm pretty spoiled and picky when it comes to boba. I was sorely disappointed when I tried 2 other places but here? Wasn't that bad. The boba is sweet and slightly chewy. Service was quick. It's not memorable but if I lived in CO, i would go out of my way to get boba here. Yeah! I really like this place. I've been here a few times and it is always very chill and the flavors super refreshing! I feel happy to go to Master Tea. The exploding boba balls are awesome. I don't get boba very often at other locations very often. But I really enjoy this specific spot. I've had good experiences having staff explain the combos and what may taste good. And they are fast! I also have an excuse to go into Pacific Ocean Marketplace as well, so I will continue to frequent all of the places inside the building. :) read more

Master Tea ...not so much. I consider myself a boba tea connoisseur and this is subpar at best. They have 4 flavors of milk tea. You can not adjust the sweetness or type of milk used. The tea did not taste freshly brewed, the boba was ok but pretty chewy, and there is zero atmosphere and a general lack of caring by the staff. I have had boba tea all over the country and Master Tea needs to take another look at how they are doing things if they are going to be added back onto my good list. Was in Colorado for the week to visit some family and we wanted to check this place out! The store had a very friendly environment and they had these cups with little cute drawlings on them! We ordered their most popular drink (which was the master milk tea) and it was actually pretty good! I recommend their ice teas with a flavor in them as they are very sweet and refreshing. The staffs were very friendly and seem to have fun working there! There was a boy there who was very energetic and kept singing very out loud lol. read more

I love their boba tea! I always get the green milk tea which is a jasmine milk tea .. 1/2 sweet!!! It's perfect. Sometimes I get way too much ice and very little drink so I've started asking for light ice also. Their boba has the most perfect consistency and the drinks are so smooth. read more

Master Tea is the best in Colorado! Nobody makes boba better than them - fresh, soft, chewy and just right! The master tea is just like those in Taiwan and now it saves me a trip to fly to Taiwan. :-) My family and I come here a few times a week. Sometimes we try out new drinks. Lately I am addicted to the red bean milk tea. I also like the mango green iced-tea, cold and refreshing especially on a hot summer day. My husband likes the Thai milk tea and my daughter likes the lychee jelly. So many different varieties to try out. To make my drink healthier, sometimes I ask for almond milk so I won't feel so guilty. I enjoy spending time here and read the Chinese books they provide. It's a great place to spend an afternoon and catch-up with friends. I wish Yelp allows me to give 6-stars. :-) read more

There is only one size which I don't mind, as I bring my own boba tumblr which they will fill for you so you don't use a plastic cup! A wonderful and spacious store with a very clean feel. I love this place. I've been here countless times and have ordered a wide variety of teas and flavored milks and have never been disappointed. I am pretty picky about my Boba teas but this place is as about as good as they come. I was especially happy to find this place among so many good Vietnamese restaurants in the area. This place is always a hit or miss for me. Whether I like my tea or not really depends on who's making it and the time I go in. I don't recommend buying drinks with boba in them right at opening or right after they finished a new batch. The boba is flavorless and hard, it takes a while for the boba to soak and get sweet and I totally understand that but in a coffee shop setting it should be ready well in advance without having to have the customer wait. The sweetness of the drinks varies by whoever's making it. The guy with orange glasses makes it just the way I like it ( haven't seen him in awhile though), there's one girl who always makes it a little too sweet, but recently with the new workers they have hired, it just tastes like water mixed with milk. Improve consistency and train the new workers better. I would also like to see the menu expand a little bit (possibly add pudding), but I'd rather have the current employees master the current menu they have before adding anything new. UPDATE: I recently went back here and ordered my usual drink. It seems like the employees are finally finding their groove. It's still not the best boba I've ever had but it's good for it's location. read more

Very excited to finally have a boba place near me (or in CO in general for that matter)! Master Tea is in a great and convenient location right next to Pacific Ocean Marketplace, and I think this business caters very well to the patrons of the whole shopping plaza. I love that there are tables to sit around and chat or do work too. These reasons alone make me want to become a regular here. As for the boba tea itself--it's good! Their green milk tea actually tastes like green tea! As a self-proclaimed boba snob that has been deprived of boba in CO for so long, I will absolutely be back for more Master Tea...mark my words! :) read more
