Fast response time for an estimate and a very pleasant sales experience with Robert who explains everything and sells with little to no pressure, which I really appreciate. The estimate came in about $3,500.00 lower than the first estimate I received from another company who were equally responsive but use super high pressure and somewhat questionable sales tactics to create urgency. That never works!! Robert offered financing options through Green Sky (no pre-payment penalty) which makes this type of major purchase manageable for most people. The installation crew were David & Alex. Two lovely, professional, polite, efficient and knowledgeable young people. They worked ALL DAY in our very disagreeable desert temperatures (it was 108) and went above and beyond to get the job done. I am so grateful and super impressed. Reasonable pricing is important but the people make your company and every person I experienced in this process, including the office associates, is evidence of that. All Seasons Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Heating Inc. is the worst company that I have ever worked…read morewith and is extremely overpriced. Here are my experience with them. 1. Stole my Nest thermostat after they said it did not work and put in a cheap two wire thermostat because the control wire third wire was broken but did not tell me or property manager about wire. 2. Charge $313 dollars to install a warranty item even though I have the service plan. 3. "Performed" an assessment of my plumbing, I was presented with a list of items that needed to be address, and when I asked for a written estimate - ghosted me. 4. Performed the annual service inspection on my HVAC. Did not fix the installation of the refrigerant line. So much for "inspection" of my system that they installed.
