I was very happy with the Buffalo wings and grilled chicken salad ordered. What I appreciated was being greeted with a hello as soon as we walked in the door. Customer service goes along way with me and to feel like my business was appreciated did not go unnoticed. The place is small but has a window ledge if you wanted to stand up and enjoy your food indoors or grab a seat at one of the tables outside along the street. My partner and I stopped in here to pick up a quick lunch after a visit to the nearby IKEA. I wanted a balance of junk and healthy so the Buffalo wings and grilled chicken salad did it for me. My partner ordered barbecue wings and cheese fries and he enjoyed his food tremendously. Having moved the country's cheesesteak capital, I make it a point to try one every once and while as I roam the Philly suburbs. I am very glad I stopped at Masterpeace Grill. It is small and decorated with that free floating love from decades ago. The crew is very friendly and happy to serve you. The restaurant is very very clean. I immediately liked it because you pick your sandwich and get to add whatever toppings you want without paying extra. They offer a lot of options.. a sandwich lovers dream. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak with provolone, fried onions, hot peppers and lettuce along with a side of house made chips. It was ready in just minutes. The cheesesteak was missing the lettuce but I did not miss it. The bun was oh so soft, the chicken moist rather than dry like many places and the peppers made the sandwich great! What can you say about a place that serves lightning fast food that is fresh and piping hot! The cheesesteak is incredible (I consider John's roast Pork to be top for your reference point)... I'm from MD and my kids had a sports tournament down the road. I searched Google Maps for a good place to get food before the drive home and lucked out finding MasterPeace Grill. First, Mike (the owner, who also takes orders) was the friendliest person you could ask for. He was patient with the kids odering and even helped them with their orders. He guided my wife and me on what was best on the menu, in his opinion. Second, the food. My goodness the food was so good. We all got something different and everyone agreed that it was fantastic. I ordered a cheesesteak, obviously, and I'd put this one up against any other cheesesteak I've had. No reason to go into the Philadelphia city limits for the best, it's in Conshohocken. Masterpeace is locally owned and operated, and I love how much they appreciate their customers (especially in the horrible year of our lord, 2020). Perfectly chopped steak and mixed in ingredients. If they didn't have calories, I would eat them all the time. Real grilled chicken and other fresh proteins, melty cheeses, and awesome Liscios rolls make this so much better than Wawa you guys. Haha! Oh, and don't sleep on their homemade chips. Really good and only $1 for a big portion. They do have online ordering, and delivery options to make things super convenient. But just last week, my guy and I walked in on a Sunday afternoon and ordered in person. We walked out with 2 made to order hoagies in just 5 minutes. So good. Loved It - Service Takes it to Five Stars Visited for lunch in early August. We obviously had to order the cheesesteak after all the signs of winning Conshy's best year after year. While the cheesesteak was very good, it's not quite the legendary level of some classic Philly places. I would totally have it again and probably before any others in the area but when comparing it to Philly, it's just not quite there. This is not meant to be an insult. However, we showed up with my toddler son and wanted to dine in (or I guess outside at their tables to be more specific). They didn't have a high chair, but they did run next door to Brunch Everyday to secure one for us. A lot of places would probably just say "sorry, we don't have one." Instead, they let us enjoy a rare lunch out with our child - who actually ended up fully seated for his meal and enjoying his grilled cheese (he's typically an energizer bunny who finishes eating and then wants to run around). I was in the area and decided to try this place based on the Yelp reviews. I wanted something different so I got a fried chicken sandwich and onion rings. My friend got a chicken cheesesteak sub with fries. My food was just okay. My friend said that his sub was good. What didn't I like about my sandwich - well, the chicken was a bit dry and fried way too hard. If you think it's on the level of Chick-Fil-A, then you would be highly disappointed. I wasn't looking for Chick-Fil-A status but at least a moist piece of chicken would've been great. My onion rings were just okay as well. I would love to stop in there again, if I'm ever back in that area. I want to give them another try. Maybe next time I'll try a cheesesteak sub and fries, since that seema to be their signature dish. read more
