While Johnny is more of a classic "contact by phone guy" that I'm becoming along with many friends, Chris was exceptionally friendly, effective, and to the point about proper parts to get. Michael is efficient as well, but I cannot resist talking lobster fishing with Chris. We're undergoing a one year renovation and I'm disabled but serving as general contractor and do source the wrong parts now and then. This team has replaced another company we've used for decades. Case in point, we've had several people try to locate the mystery location of our 30 year old home's doorbell transformer though we insisted 2 places it likely was. He sincerely apologized to me and said he was so very sorry his technician did not perform his job on Friday. He stated Our appointment did include installing the new ceiling fan and the installer is fairly new with the company and he should have installed it that day. So after Stephan explained the situation I now know it was not the fault of the company. Sadly this new installer decided to make his own decision that hurt the company's reputation. I am willing to give O'Hagan Electric another chance. O'Hagan Electric wants to make up for what happened and gain my trust as a customer. Stephan immediately scheduled an appointment for Tuesday morning and also took $150 off my bill. I will update again after the work is complete. UPDATE#2 Tristynn arrived within 10 minutes of my 2 hour window for my appointment. He text me to say he was on his way. Tristynn explained the whole process of adding a ceiling fan in my family room. Him and his co-worker did a fantastic job!!! Super clean job and very thorough. It looks fantastic !! Pete came to my home to inspect and quote the job. He was so professional, considerate and kind. He looked over my panel and my homes electrical needs and he wondered why my insurance company would require this change. He didn't see a need for the upgrade under my current circumstances. After his visit, I contacted my insurance company and found they were misinformed about the type of panel I had and once this info was corrected....I no longer had to do an upgrade. Although I ended up not doing business with Pete's company, I am thankful for how he handled this. I never felt any pressure from him to do this job. Amazing!!!! A company so professional that they don't try to talk you into a rather expensive job. Five stars is NOT a high enough rating for this company.

This company has been an absolute nightmare to work with. I hired them for a main panel replacement…read moreand now Im hiring another electrician to finish the job they left half completed. 1. Trash Dumping: After they replaced my electrical panel they filled all my trash cans with the trash, including my recycling bin - with construction trash that would get rejected. I had to pull all of it out when I found it several days later and make them come back and get it 2. Communication / Coordination: After the panel replacement there was coordination required to get inspections and stucco done. I had to hound them, they were not responsive, dragged their feet. Every time you call you get a different person and they put a buffer between you and the project manager so you cant ever reach your project manager directly. 3. Work Quality: We had to run a new ground wire and install new ground rods. They did the bare minimum to make them code compliant, leaving me with sketchy metal spears sticking 5 inches out of the ground. I told them this did not work for us because we have young kids running around. I needed the GEC run below grade and the ground rods inside valve boxes. All of this was approved by the inspector. The way they moaned and groaned... They stopped returning my calls and sent me a $2000 f-off quote to change the ground wire. I have sketchy rods sticking out of my yard, open stucco around the panel, they dont take my calls and I have to hire someone else to come finish the job. Honestly up there with one of my worst experiences with a contractor.
