It feels like the business is running on yesterday's good reviews while trying to figure out how to recreate the magic. The vibe has shifted from "we know BMWs and we'll take care of you" to "let's see what happens and hope nobody asks too many questions." When you're dealing with a car trust is everything. The reputation and the reality don't match anymore. Besides that, they do not cost any less than the dealership who is more likely to get the issue right the first time and provide you with a loaner car.
