It was mainly a dry rub style but seasoning was good. The catfish tasted like it should have been cooked another minute and the breading was extremely thin and odd taste to it, no flavor so used a lot of hot sauce. The jerk wings (wingettes) were very tasty and falling off bone but surprised at size as I'm used to jerk wings being whole wings. Got sides of fries and fried okra. The okra was done perfectly and the fries were good as freshly fried. The price is a bit higher than most bbq places and based on what I got probably won't be back. I was curious about the lamb since I love it but now afraid of how it'll come out.
