Out of curiosity, I called the doctor line, and they answered immediately. When I explained that I was trying to reach the pharmacy, I was told I would have to wait because I was not a doctor. To make matters worse, their lunch break is posted as 1:30 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., but they didn't reopen until about 2:10 p.m. By then, there was already a long line of customers waiting. It's frustrating to see different treatment depending on who is calling, and the delayed reopening only made the wait even longer. I expect better customer service and more respect for customers' time.

My goodness, even my son and niece (age 9/10) noticed her and said she looks like a barbie doll LOL! Yes thats not related to pharma but I need to give all credit where its due! But really Ive never met a more caring Pharmacist, she goes out of her way to address questions thoroughly and with all the customers she has I have no freakin idea how she remembers off the top of her head what meds I was on, waiting on, was backlogged from months ago or what not. So surprising and just goes to show how seriously she takes her job and her customers. I am GRATEFUL. Yes it can get busy, I usually go in the morning or early afternoon, as it can be a bit of a wait once school is out. I get my meds promptly and feel like the staff cares and has my best interest at heart, thats all that matters! Thank you CVS pharma team!

This time was not a good experience. The Hot Cheetos Bag was $5.19. The Baked Hot Cheetos was $2.99. We bought 2 Hot Cheetos and 3 Baked Hot Cheetos. I understand the price difference isn't that big, but it's how the situation was handled. My sister and I noticed how he scanned the baked Hot Cheetos and it came out to be $2.99. He immediately got rid of it and started to do a quantity of 5 for the normal Hot Cheetos (instead of paying $2.99, I paid for $5.19 for all of my items). I even noticed on the receipt that he did it for all the items. I politely asked him if he can do a price check and he wouldn't want to. And then his coworker came by to also tell us that it was the same price. Their attitude and how they were belittling me was what got me to write this review. I understand if they were having a bad day or whatever was happening, but for them to pretty much scam us, was not okay. Unfortunately, this means I will not be going here no more and remember that this is a lesson for everyone to check your receipts!!!

People were squeezing by and double parking to get into the mini mart. Got to see the mini mart. Employee was excellent. Very friendly.

Of course this was in the past like a decade to years ago to last week. but anyway I was made aware on my Amazon app that save mart locations had an Amazon returns drop box .. and I sometimes I'm too late outside the closing hours for the UPS store to do my return so I went here a couple times.. and I was looking for it but a customer pointed me in the right direction where to go. Simple drop box and instructions.. and a scanner.. but when I'm about to put in my return, a previous return rice cooker or crock pot was inside part of the way in the bin and not fully dropped in. I was returning something somewhat small in a padded envelope; it wouldn't close for a bit but after fiddling around I got them both to drop and closed the lid. Successfully got credited after a couple of days. And I've came here again another 2nd time.. of course no issue. Now of course the kiosk prompts "if I shopped for anything " either a yes or no question. It's been no each time. I don't know if they track that. So 3rd time tonight .. and this is like 8pm or a bit so the same times I've came here; it was "offline " and it said to see a clerk for assistance. I had something small as an envelope size. I walked around and asked an older gentleman if he can help and he sounded pretty irritated "buddy I don't know any of that stuff you gotta ask the ladies at the counter" and he pointed and one clerk that was free and two others like looked my direction .. so she asked and I pointed my small thing.. and she asked if it's full .. said yes according to the display and said to ask for an associate.. she replied "they left for today at 5... " soooo.. they can't help or don't want to.. and like two other girls looked my direction and bit annoyed .. I just walked away saying "ok whatever" and they just stared like annoyed. So... I think they really really really really really really really reallllllllllllllllllyyyyy really really don't like the Amazon return implementation especially when the customers start bugging for assistance.. like I mean REALLY. I don't know.. but I wanted to drop this off asap so I'm just rather going to cancel and reinstate my return for either staples or UPS retail store because this seems pretty inconvenient.
