I was hit inside the car wash. When I exited and asked for a manager, he came over, no apologies or even an "are you ok?" He said fill out this form and we will get back to you in 5-7 days after reviewing footage. I let him know twice that the operator seemed erratic when pulling in and seemed to be starting and stopping the belt several times. I was told "no, he's worked here for 20 years." I received an email 2 days later that they reviewed footage and have no fault of theirs. When I called customer service because I believed that is incorrect, nor do I want to put a claim against my own insurance, I was told "my file will be noted." The operator said "the car behind you put his car into "drive" after being stopped. Which, I find hard to believe considering we were about 25-30% through the wash and not at the entrance. Again, nobody seemed to care or offer any type of apologies, let alone compensation or ownership of any type. I have heard this is common that they pass the liability off if there is any type of accident. Very unhappy with the situation and how it was handled and considering cancelling monthly membership.

That's why you're paying extra. Also, they only do a few things. An oil change, an air filter, wiper blades....They don't overhaul engines, they don't do AC repair, they don't sell tires. So when you go there to get an inspection, if something is going to fail, you know it's because it failed and not because they are trying to get more money out of you. (Not that all places do that, but you have piece of mind that it's not being done here.)

Isn't the whole point of valvoline to be able to pull in get your vehicle serviced and be out in a timely manner?
