I was told by Patrick, this was the executive chef's grandmother's recipe. Oh, was it really good! You all need to order this dessert as well as their pour over coffee. Smoothest coffee I've had in a long time. Parking can be difficult since it is street parking. Prices can be high depending on which entree you order. This place would be great for business meetings or treating out your special person. It is a casual place with a tropical theme. Overall this place deserves their Michelin recognition. I chose not to complain during the dinner because it was my daughter's 16th birthday, and I did not want to disrupt her special celebration. However, I was disappointed that the restaurant did not seem particularly accommodating or willing to work with us, especially considering that we were planning a milestone birthday celebration. She laid the two patties on the flat grill, and put a large searing tool on top for 2-3 mins. Then she dropped the fries in the fry vat. I asked for a burger with everything. Fries have a limited holding time of 7-10 mins. After that they become limp and soft. Eat those fries HOT, you will enjoy them more. The Double Cheeseburger was okay.
