He had a rough past, but came to us healthy and needing to be neutered before he was available for adoption. The Rescue Alliance uses Healing Hearts Mobile Vet Unit, which services animals from rescue groups and in low income areas. After calling several times I was able to take our great dane to their Mobile Vet Unit when they were in the East Valley to get neutered. I brought him in around 9:00am to a staff of 4 friendly women! They made me feel at ease. I got a call several hours later, letting me know he was ready to be picked up at noon. They helped me load him up and gave me plenty of instruction on his post surgical care. I really appreciate people that are able to help animals in need - so 5 stars for Healing Hearts!

Everything is organized by category on shelves I makes it easy to locate things that you may need. Staff in the store are very friendly and will lend you a helping hand if needed. The tour guide Joseph was so kind and full of energy. The video you watch when you get there is a very heart felt explanation of the passion to continue this community. They own 800 acres and the property is built on 20 acres, it was built between 1971-1975 for the main spaces that are shared. 45 people live there but could range to 80. They show how the products and structure are made. I had no clue about silk casts and loved the hands on understanding and history. They have concerts, events, gatherings. Etc at the amphitheater. Check out the website. The cafe is closed. You can stay as a hotel guest overnight. They offer apprenticeship also.

Is appears to be a small artist community but we didn't see anything going on at the moment so couldn't tell if it id still active or they make everything south in Scottsdale at Cosanti. There is a gift shop where you can watch a brief video on the history and learn about their wind chime creations. Personally I've received many of the wind chimes over the last 20 years for housewarmings or Christmas gifts. Each is unique. The greeter in the gift shop was friendly and stated there is a tour available as well. We didn't have time for the tour but purchased a couple of small gifts. He suggested visiting the Scottsdale location as well which is called Cosanti. I had no idea it was located in Scott's well. Will check it out.

I witnessed two women being told they could not take anything from the tables, UNTIL it was time. Just to see their employees steal those items and load their cars. Another employee took all the plants that were out for the needy. FOUR BOXES. Then my friend was told he could only get 2 rolls of toilet paper. But one employee was able to shove TWENTY SEVEN rolls in the back of her SUV, before the needy were let inside. They are ALL stealing! So, when you donate to this so-called charity...DON'T, it will go only to the stealing employees. But what is great, is that now, they are being surveilled. Those loading their cars full of stolen items, will be shamed on social media. Time for this owner to WAKE UP and put cameras in ALL areas of the food bank. Only employees, will be the ones raving about this place, and we all know why.! You are all a disgrace. GOD TAKES CARE OF THE GREEDY!

Our server was super sweet and did an amazing job keeping coffee cups filled. I had The Usual and it was very good! They did egg whites only, which I loved. Their turkey bacon was tasty and the thin pancakes were different but delicious. My son got the pot pie and is still raving about it. My husband got the breakfast burrito and enjoyed it. Overall, a delicious breakfast to start our day exploring.
