I never have to even ask for it, they have it ready for us. I also bring my mother and my daughter here with me. Everyone is so kind and accomodating my 81 year old mother - she loves coming here. My 21 year old daughter, who gets a much more "now" dip mani also loves it here - she's far more adventurous with colors, shapes and designs. She was very patient as I picked a few colors to try before ultimately deciding which color I wanted which I am very happy with. She has lots of colors to choose from and she uses a liner on the pedicure bath tub for cleanliness. She uses a new bottle on the color you choose so the bottle you pick from the rack is not the bottle she will use even though the color will be the same. I have been to different nail salons but have not been happy for one reason or another. The reviews of nail salons in general are pretty horrific. So give Nina Nails in Medford (not the one in Revere) a try. She is located very close to the RT 93 off ramp making access quick and easy. Street parking was a breeze as well. Feel free to call initially and leave a message. She called me right back, and her hours of operation may be different than what is stated on yelp. She is very accommodating. Once you become a customer, you can just text her to set up an appointment.
