Parking is either street parking or they have a small parking lot reserved for Maz Cafe at the corner (it's only 4 spaces). Inside is very spacious with plenty of seating available. You order via the kiosk and I got the Maz Latte (sweet and nutty flavors of mazapan peanut candy, rich hazelnut, and decadent chocolate). The drink was not too sweet, but once I got to the bottom of the drink, it was sweet. So I think I didn't mix it well enough. The drink was pretty good and love the unique flavors blended. A lovely coffee shop with such cute interior! You place orders yourself onto the screen upon arrival which has a variety of drinks to choose from. I tried the Horchata Latte which was a little too sweet for my liking but it was good! I think you can adjust the sweetness upon ordering. There is an array of Taurani syrups which they use for their drinks. It wasn't busy at all when I went which allowed me to get in some work done. There are a few outlets available and wifi is available to guests. Restroom is also available and it is super clean! Parking was easy for me since it was slow. There were signs of 2 hour parking limit outside of the structure but Im sure if you can find street parking you can stay for longer. read more

Stopped by to the coffee shop after an early game for some cafe de olla. The place is cute and welcoming. There were kids hanging out but I assume it's the owners kids since they kept to themselves and were very quiet. Also, noticed it's a great place for students since there was one person studying. It was not busy but they do take some time to make the drinks. We waited maybe 10mins? And it was just two drinks and no lines nor other people waiting. Doesn't seem busy but then again it was on a Sunday at around 9/10am ? The service was great. They were sweet and helpful ladies. They drinks were good just as described on the menu. It's an iced mocha latte combined with cinnamon. As someone who enjoys sweet coffee I didn't make any adjustments and thought it was perfect. The mocha was rich and there was a good amount of cinnamon without it feeling overpowering. The smallest size came out to $6.42 which I thought was slightly on the pricier side. The service was top notch! The two ladies working were welcoming and since it was my first time there they gave me a run down of the menu! My drink was delivered to me while I was studying at one of the tables. For ordering, they can either take your order or there is a self serve kiosk. My drink came out fairly fast! There is plenty of seating, free password protected wifi, and the ac was blasting (bring a jacket if you get cold easily). There is a parking structure but street parking was easier. This place is amazing, great frappes many options to choose from. The parking is behind the building, but there's also street parking. Little food sides, like pizza, bagels, etc. Not actual food, but it will satisfy you. Very tasty, affordable prices. The place has a few scenes with tables and chairs, couches, it has a booth collection antique phone, free photo booth with a nice background when you take pics they send them to you for free. Came here one day trying to find coffee/matcha spot in Santa Ana! We decided to try the Horchata Latte and Dirty Matcha Latte! The Horchata Latte was great! It had a very nice mix between caffeine and horchata. The drink wasn't too sweet to us, but rather just right! Would recommend! For me, the bumped down rating was due to the Dirty Matcha Latte. I felt like where the Horchata Latte was nice and sweet with a good mix, the Dirty Matcha Latte was bland and super milky. I'm not sure if maybe they just forgot to put a pump of sweetener in mine or if it's just like that. However, both the Horchata Latte and Dirty Matcha Latte were ordered as the same sugar levels which was regular sugar. Cute little women owned coffee shop! We enjoyed our time there, we parked on the street but I believe there is a parking structure or lot by it. The drinks were good and unique, and the atmosphere/decorations were very picturesque.. definitely something social media would go gaga for. It felt nice to just sit in there and have coffee and a snack.. there were sofas, chairs, games, and again.. so many photo opportunities! Even the bathroom was cute! I'm so glad we were able to make it in today right before they closed since we had tried going a few months back and they were closed for some reason that day. The aesthetic of the cafe is beautiful and well-decorated. Love their plush armchairs and barstools, leather sofas, cute wooden chairs and lantern lights with greenery. I had the mazapan latte, which has delicious crushed peanuts that blend so well with the hazelnut and chocolate at the bottom. Soooo delicious! I didn't notice that they had a skinny Maz that doesn't have espresso and I'd get that version next time. My husband had The Goat coffee which has sea salt caramel at the bottom. He enjoyed his coffee as well. I would love to go back again and try other lattes on their menu, like the coconut dulce de leche, horchata latte, pistachio latte, black sesame latte. MAZ Cafe con Leche is a cute cafe that was at one time a coworking cafe. These efforts are on halt due to the pandemic but I imagine they will continue those efforts again. There are 4 small parking spots available to the side of the cafe or plenty of street parking. As I approached there was a lot of outdoor seating with umbrella coverings and the interior is extremely cute with nice separated seating areas with plenty of tables. They specialize in Hispanic drinks so I decided to try their large iced Horchata Latte ($5.25). I was also a bit hungry so I also ordered an Avocado Toast ($7.99). Before letting me complete my order, the cashier mentioned she would have to check on the avocados because there are days where they avocados aren't good. Luckily I came on a day the avocados were good. Given I was the only person here and there was no one before or after me during my visit to distract the staff, it took an incredible amount of time to get my order ready. With the long wait I expected a lovely artistic creation but I was surprised by the avocado toast that I received. The presentation was awkward with a slice of toast, oddly sliced avocadoes, a stripe of bacon broken in two and then on the right was a weird arugula salad ish with tomatoes and a boiled egg. It was surprisingly unpleasant looking compared to the cuteness the cafe has to offer esthetically. I basically had to rearrange all the items on the plate to reshuffle into a more coherent avocado salad. And yet it was still awfully bland. On the bright side the horchata latte was much better. It was absolutely tasty. I think in the future if I come back I'll stick to their lattes. I can see this being an instagram trap with cute backdrops and photo taking opportunities. The interior of this place is warm, cozy, spacious, nicely decorated and has plenty of comfortable seating making it a great place to catch up with friends. They offer interesting drinks here including the Coconut Dulce De Leche Latte and Horchata Latte. I ordered the Maz Latte with oat milk which consists of Mazapan candy, chocolate, hazelnut and espresso. It was creamy but the flavor was a bit light and was barely sweet. The drink would've been great if the flavor was more intense and sweetened more. Customer service was ok here and it didn't take too long to receive my order. There is limited parking behind the shop and plenty of street parking available closeby within walking distance. I will definitely come again to try their other unique drinks! read more

Love the ethic music playing as well. They pre-bill you a 15% tip so that's convenient; it's not mentioned in advance, so be aware. I really enjoyed the marzipan cheesecake a ton. Went here to study with a friend. Aesthetically very cute and the baristas were nice. We went midday on a weekday so it wasn't very busy and very easy to find seating. Connected to wifi easily and had no issues with it. I would say the place had a nice ambience overall! However most seating doesn't seem to be near an outlet. So you may need to move around to search for one. I got an iced matcha, not the best I had and my friend got the mazapán drink. She was surprised at what seemed to be chunks of bread in the drink? We were unsure (but probably missed the description in the menu?) But overall, not her favorite as well. A single bathroom is available.
