I could not have been happier with the service provided by McCormick. From the start, Michael was a pleasure to work with and he was very responsive to all my inquiries throughout the entire installation process of the steel door that I had purchased from Home Depot. Not only did they pick up the door from the store for me, but they also notified me right away of some minor scratches on the frame from Home Depot shipping it and sent me pictures so I could get a discount. Carlos was very knowledgeable and he did an outstanding job installing the steel door/frame, which was a tight fit requiring additional adjustments to the rough opening. Moreover, Michael stood by his original price which was very reasonable compared to other quotes that I had received. Excellent customer service... We just had a slider door replaced at another one of our investment properties. Installers arrived on time, cleaned up debris, hauled away old doors and after I asked , gave me the existing doorknobs and double bolt on the broken door as they were in great shape. Window's installed ok service (bedroom window were measured incorrectly the wrong one's were delivered, but that's another story). My complaint is that during the rains my living room and bedroom windows leaked, by leaked I mean water was coming in quicker than I could clean up. Texted Michael and he said as soon as it was dry he would have someone come out. Well that was two weeks and my last communication with him was he was trying to firm up about Sat and get back to me.... still waiting for him to contact me..... the company has terrible communication, you need to keep bugging them to get anything done..... CSM is pricey. They redid my bath and instead of get it done quickly, they did it slowly. Contract said within 5 says of demo. More like 9 days which did not include weekends or holidays. Now there are cracks in the grout and a few other issues. Have not heard from them. read more
