Omg guys McDonalds is best ever. I went there having a very bad day and Jennifer this nice coworker lady person was like "omg this shiz bussy hard" then she caressed my face and said "Honey you look so good in those jeans" I cried cause boyfriend had just called me ugly and said it was because of my jeans she asked my I was crying and I explained it to her and then she invited me over to thanksgiving and we stared dating. Just went through the drive thru and order a 6 piece nugget, fries and a cheeseburger. I should have checked the bag before I left because I end up with a 4 piece nugget box with just sauce in it? The staff are extremely rude. made an online order and got to the business and the staff had decided to close early. 8:55 pm. Time after time I here this guy bringing people's order to them and time after time he greet them with a positive tone. Illiteracy must run rampant in Angels Camp. We walked in yesterday and had a simple order. 2 sodas and two apple pies. We got the sodas fine because we poured them ourselves. The pies? We ended up with 2strawberry pies. One in an 'Apple Pie' box and the other in a 'Special' box. Okay, so this is another McDonald's location that I was able to try. To be honest it was a bit better than the first stop I went to because the customer service was amazing and they had really nice decorations. The food tasted way better. I don't usually get McDonald's but it was just a quick lunch break with my family. The person taking my order was so energetic and gave off such positive vibes. The food was fresh and still hot and mm mm mm I really loved it. My family loved it also and everything was cleaned. When I used my card they did clean it after I used it and I found that really amazing. Usually, some fast-food chains don't even give two sh**s about cleaning the equipment after a person uses it. I would probably go back and take another lunch break. I would give this location a 9/10 because they usually have long lines during the lunch rush. I went inside because the drive-thru was packed. The manager rudely told me I had to wear a mask. There was plexiglass completely covering the registers and you are not allowed to use the kiosks. There were people 15 feet away from me eating without masks and no one else in the McDonalds. So, how does this even make sense? The manager was wearing the kind of cheap medical mask, you know the kind that has the warning that it does not protect you from Covid, so it was useless. I pulled out my mask and put it on. The Angels Camp McDonald's is not clean and the employees are not very helpful. I went up to the counter to make my order and would expect "Hello, how may I help you?" Instead I verieved a slightly attitudish "Yah?" The floor in the kitchen area was littered with trash and french fries, was wet and nasty. I almost pulled the plug there but decided hey I'm not eating off of the floor. then some rude kids were being loud throwing their trash at eachother (and hit me accidently) they did appologize and that can't really blamed on the resturaunt employees. But overall it was a bad experience. The kid working the counter pulled out his phone several times and just checked out. First and foremost, I'm writing this review with the assumption that we have all been to some form of a McDonald's at some point in our lives. My rating of 2/5 is based solely on this McDonald's performance compared to other McDonald's. That said, there are a few things I'd like to mention about this restaurant. The first is that the food tastes amazing (albeit gives you diabetes in record time), and you can get a lot of food for a decent price. Of course, this can be said about all McDonald's, so I don't consider it too much of a plus for this specific one. However, this is the reason my rating is 2/5 instead of 1/5. Now on to the bad stuff. Keep in mind this review is entirely objective and not intended to "flame" McDonald's. The service at this McDonald's could not be worse. The last four times I have been in there (I eat there frequently because I love their food), they have forgotten my order. I walk in, place an order, and ten minutes later when my food still isn't ready I ask them about it and they haven't even started it because they forgot. Often times I am one of the only customers in there too! The last time I went there I ordered two McChickens and a large drink, it was 9pm and my friend and I were the only ones there, and they still managed to forget my order. How this is even possible beats me. Furthermore, watch out for an employee named Jared. He has short hair and often wears a tie in lieu of a name tag. I was able to find out his name from other employees and also that he has a particularly bad reputation for messing with customers. I've heard that he spits in food a lot, so I always watch out for that whenever I get food and he's on shift. Whether or not that's true, he IS definitely rude. I can attest personally to this. He treats customers like garbage, and 3 of the last 4 times I have gone to McDonald's he has been on shift. When he forgot my order, he pretended like nothing happened and when he finally give me my food he said "Here, take it." I could go on and on about this place, but overall you get the idea. If you're in town and looking for a place to eat, go to Taco Bell or BK. You won't have to put up with the crap at McDonald's. Thanks for reading, and have a nice day. read more

Went in there to try their new burgers and I was a little surprised that they switch this setup where they're now delivering to the table. I thought that was was awesome. When we ordered our food we ordered it from a manager who gave me no smile whatsoever and when I said Thank you didn't even acknowledge it. I thought to myself next time I'm going to order from the machine I think it will be better. They shouldn't have a manager in there that has no customer service skills whatsoever. She was a blond. Then we sit at the table and our food comes and I asked for ketchup. Apparently there's no ketchup in the house. He offers me Ranch. So I took that kind of dumbfounded. I have french fries and a hamburger that needs ketchup. So I threw some ranch on my burger thinking it might do , took a bite and it just wasn't going to work for me. So I went up to the counter to ask if there really wasn't any catch up to the manager. Magically they were able to find me some ketchup. Then I asked if they would remake my burger because I had put Ranch. On it and the dumbass boy asked me why I put Ranch on my burger. I put Ranch on my freaking Burger because you didn't have any ketchup you dumbass. I did not say that but I felt like it. I did throw a little attitude and was instantly yelled at by the blonde manager. I then brought my food up and asked for a complete refund. I don't need to spend almost $20 for crappy ass McDonald's food and get thrown attitude and not get any ketchup. This place sucks and their management sucks. read more

This Mc Donald's has always been a let down, poor customer service, unfriendly staff, wrong food in the drive through every time and I am not exaggerating. I have gone in every time because of mistakes as was last night again. So I went through the drive through, ordered two Big Breakfasts to go and the staff member says what is that? I said the big breakfast please. She again said what is that? So I said the breakfast that has, eggs, sausage, pancakes, muffin, and hash brown. She says to me, Ohhh, you mean the Big Breakfast with the hot cakes????? I just sat there for a few seconds as the car erupted in laughter from my kids. I said yes, that one, lol. She then asks me if I want round eggs??? What the heck are round eggs? Do you mean poached eggs? The answer was round eggs again, I just said okay. Then we drove around to the other side of the restaurant to wait for the order, because it was a big one including my kids. Finally the staff member comes out with the food, I inspect it and the hash browns are missing, he says it will take 10 minutes for those. Really? I just said forget it! Drove off. I get home to eat my meal and what do I find in my eggs, fiber, that I was not looking for. Egg shells throughout both orders of eggs on both platters. Honestly, I am a complete sucker for their hot cakes and that's why I keep going back to them a couple times a month, but I've come to realize that this restaurant is in complete disarray and is requiring some training by people who know how to really do the job. Of course that would have to happen between staff, texting in between orders on their phones. I have never seen a business let employees do this, crazy. Well, maybe At&t or Verizon obviously. Five stars, because it's a McDonalds and they are doing a 5/5 job at being a McDonalds. Nothing more, nothing less. I've been here at least 20 times and one time they gave me a mocha iced coffee instead of a vanilla iced coffee. Makes no difference to me, I drank it and was happy anyway. The employees here were awesome. We had a group of us on motorcycles and we were running past closing time. We were more than willing to go through the drive through but The supervisor met us outside 10 min after they closed and told us he wanted us to come inside to eat because we were on bikes. Once again I paid for two deluxe beef quarter pounder meals for a total of $16.07 in the drive through and they could not get my order right. Once to my location I opened my burger box that stated it was a deluxe quarter pounder, it was not, it was a regular quarter pounder, their regular mystery meat, ketchup, and a couple pickles, no real beef, lettuce and tomatoes. The guy handing me my food, looked like he could have even been the manager started making rude remarks about me being a Giants fan, since he said he was a Dodger fan. I would give 0 stars if I could but unfortunately that is not possible. I don't normally write reviews but they sure are going to hear from me right now. I had ordered my food and everything seemed to go smoothly, I stood by the little counter where the cookies are to wait for my food. This also happens to be the spot where you have a clear shot of the employees making the food in the grill area. I glanced over and noticed that they had been making what looked like my food.....with no gloves on. I made sure to quickly get somebody's attention and insisted my food be made again but with the proper protection this time. The manager shot back a snarky response and gave me some attitude about it but nonetheless i watched as they started to put gloves on and redo my order.
