I stopped there last nite spent$28.00 the food tasted like it had been cooking for quite a while while th sign posted says it was open till 11;00 it's dine in was indeed closed at 9;45 and they were cleaning up to close we got one napkin for three of us and no straw for drink if this is the best they can do they should close my meal number is 1303 if any management checks these sites. worst service ever went back through drive in to get straw and girl had the nerve to have attitude!!!!! read more

This McDonald's is the biggest joke of an establishment I have ever encountered. Every time I go to this place it is to get a shake and cookies for a member of my family, and/or food for us. We ALWAYS end up driving away. I was sitting in line one night and asked for a milkshake they told me they didn't have any milkshakes; the manager happened to be standing outside and said "did they just tell you they didn't have any shakes?" And I said "yes" and he said "they do this all the time, I'll get you a milkshake." I received the milkshake, every time since I have gone and attempted (about 5x) they tell us, they don't have fresh fries, there milkshake machine is down, the frappe machine needs servicing, they don't have cookies, and they were all out of breakfast items. The customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional. I have worked in the service industry, I have had bad days, I have been the product of people's anger when we have ran out of things. Except, it was so RARE, this is unacceptable. At a certain point in the evening you can not just stop working, and decide you're done for the day. If that's the case, you're better off closing so you don't have to pay people to do absolutely nothing. read more

Worst McDonald's EVER. They always seem to get my order wrong, and yesterday I ordered a grilled chicken wrap through the drive-thru. I was informed it would take a while and to go and park in the parking lot and my food was to be brought out to me. After waiting 15 minutes I went into the restaurant and they didn't even have my order prepared (I had already paid). There was another disgruntled customer with me who had been waiting for a double cheeseburger with extra pickles for over 20 minutes and she was actually so upset that she was cancelling her order and getting her $ back. At NO point did ANYONE apologize to myself, or the other woman who's order wasn't ready. Instead they made US feel bad. At this point I feel as if the meals should have been complimentary, but NONE of the staff seemed to care. Sadly, I'll likely return as this is close to my gym and I get awfully hangry after my work-outs and enjoy the McDonald's Ranch Grilled Chicken wrap. read more

The employees there are very rude and unprofessional they don't have any manners, they don't talk to you through the window all they do is hand you your food. The employees there need training. As far as McDonalds go, this place is.. Another McDonalds. I think it's safe to say we all know what's on the menu. The inside is way cleaner here than it was back in the day. The staff isn't rude. It's pretty much what most McDonalds run like. Tried the McFish bites. This will be my go to snack here from now on when I get desperate for food while I'm driving again. Sorry, body. The owner of this location should be EMBARRASSED with the behavior of the employees here! I do not recommend this location - it should actually be shut down. After waiting 20 minutes for a curbside order, we received the wrong food and when I asked what happened with our food, the worker replied with giving me the middle finger. I don't understand why McDonalds continues to hire criminals or those that can't fulfill the bare minimum of the job. smh The "manager" was not helpful AT ALL. Omg! I should have looked at these reviews before coming here. We pull up and a man walks out the establishment and begins to one a cigarette. Not a big deal unless you get headaches like my fiancee when she smells nicotine smoke and when I walk by smoke and it's everywhere on the air disgusts me. Anyways we think it's just a customer for sure. Turns out to be an employee. Gross. Go into the women's restroom. Two stalls, check the one that isn't occupied, and poop literally fesces is all over the toilet seat, completely covered. Go on to the next stall which was an Amazon employee who had just came out of that stall with her phone in her hand since she was talking while taking a dump and doesn't even wash her hands! She just kept walking on!! And passed me. Go inside her stall and of course feces inside the toilet indicating she had just taken a dump. Walk back outside and two other employees males walk out to have a smoke with the same employee who had had a smoke earlier!! Within 5 minutes of these events how many cigarettes did he need!!! This night was just not the night. The only amazing thing from visiting here today was a gentleman who bought dinner to a homeless man sitting inside the lobby. That was the nicest thing to witness a stranger taking care of another. Besides that I didn't order any McDonald's for myself. Our family had two transactions here. First, I asked if we could have a Happy Meal toy free with our order for our toddler. We didn't order a Happy Meal but had two adult orders. The young cashier keyed in the toy as free and we completed our transaction. I opened the toy. Then the manager approached us and said we had to pay $1.59 for the toy. Had I known this, I would have returned it unopened. We paid for the toy. Next, my daughter wanted to order only a drink and fries. (This receipt) She had to wait while the cashier, manager and three different customers before her haggled about their orders. This McDonalds is by my house, so I stop in here fairly frequently when I'm in the mood for such fare. I find the food to be fine, standard Mickey D's but the service leaves a LOT to be desired! Numerous screw-ups with my food order. I've been shorted food, wrong orders, I've even been given someone else's order! I'm not sure why this has happened but it's not just at busy times but when I've been the only one in the drive-thru. I ALWAYS check my bag before leaving the window. On the plus side, the inside is very nicely kept clean and the decor is well-done. But all that is secondary to getting the food you've ordered right. I'll probably still keep going here since it's so close but they have some issues to work on. read more
