Beef slow cooked with love, crispy tacos with perfectly balanced additions love the pickled red onions on the side. Acid plays a critical role in overall balance of any food. A lot of vendors missed this important staple. The consume was spot on. Great flavor and body without being overly salty and there was just enough oil to add to the over body and flavor without over powering it and turning it into a greasy mess. Very well done! What I didn't appreciate was, when I paid and the screen gave me the usual tipping options, the suggested tip STARTED at 25%! The options were 25%, 30%, 35%, and 40%. I mean, the service was good, but 40%?!?! Seemed quite over-the-top and honestly it was a little offensive (and I consider myself a pretty good tipper, usually tipping at least 20-25%). Maybe it's a minor detail, but it's still stuck in my head. I'd probably go back here again if I was in the area; but would try something different to eat.

I love Tacos, and on the rare occasion that I eat fast food, well, I like Taco Time. I had a terrible experience at this store, and a good one. The terrible one was about 6 months ago, when I went through the drive through, and ordered tacos, then got to the window, and ASKED if they could leave off the tomatoes. The kid looked at me like I ruined his day, turned around, and said: "he wants you to leave off the tomatoes." The kid making the tacos looked up with similar disdain and said "WHAT?" At that point, I said, you know forget it, and drove on. About 1 month ago, I went through the drive through again with my family, and placed a big order. The attendants were friendly, the food was nicely prepared, and nicely packed. It was a good experience. I think they may have gotten their act together! Will let you know next time we go! read more
