I was on a time crunch, so I decided to ask for a refund instead. Anthony, the manager, genuinely tried to help even though he was clearly juggling a lot. Unfortunately, they couldn't get the register drawer open at the time, so I had to leave. I appreciated that he still took the time to try, especially with everything else going on. Today I came back and was helped by Rashika. She didn't make the process difficult at all. She didn't ask for a receipt or give me any pushback. She simply listened to what happened, apologized for the inconvenience, and immediately made it right by giving me two Five Guys gift cards to cover the shakes. That kind of customer service goes a long way. Rashika made me feel like my time and business mattered, and Anthony deserves credit as well for doing everything he could during a stressful shift. Mistakes happen, but it's how they're handled afterward that really stands out. Thank you both for turning a frustrating situation into a positive one. I'll definitely be back.

The trash cans inside the dining room were overflowing, which really stood out to me. I've been to many In-N-Out locations throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County, and I've honestly never seen one this messy. The women's restroom was clean, but my brother-in-law said the men's restroom was in pretty rough shape. The food was good as always, but my cheeseburger was disappointing. The lettuce was so pale yellow it was almost white, and it looked far from fresh. I've never had an In-N-Out burger with lettuce like that before, so I ended up removing it. Maybe it was because we visited around 11:00 p.m., or maybe it's just this particular location, but the overall experience didn't meet the high standards I've always associated with In-N-Out. The food itself was still good, but the cleanliness, restroom conditions, and lack of attention to detail really missed the mark. Because of those issues, I'm giving this location 2 stars. I hope this was just an off night, because In-N-Out is usually known for much better hospitality and consistency.

One girl fixing her braid and applying lip gloss, two girls dressing one of the young men with a salty vest to go out to drive thru, another girl completely combing her fingers through another girl's hair to put it up in a clip. First nugget I bit into had a very stale texture, the temperature of the food was off and mind you I live down the street from this location and went straight home to eat after drive thru order.
