This is the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. I don't usually post bad reviews and noticed a lot of reviews were bad for this location, but thought to myself "How bad could it be?" I wish I went to a different location. I placed a mobile order, and it took over 10 minutes for them to make the order, which was just a caramel macchiato, one hash brown, and donut sticks. My sister also placed an order for a mocha. I watched as the employees walked aimlessly around, reading the orders out loud and literally doing NOTHING about it. Some sort of manager was there too and STILL nothing was getting done. After ages of waiting (and they weren't serving anyone else inside) I asked about my order, and they said they were still waiting on the donut sticks and macchiato. When my sister and I FINALLY got our stuff (we rushed to our car because we were so frustrated from the horrible service) and continued with our roadtrip, we both drank our macchiato and mocha to find out it was literally just coffee and milk. So after way too long of waiting and the ages it took them to make our coffees, THEY WERE MADE WRONG. The only reason I gave two stars instead of one is because my hash brown and donut sticks were nice and warm. This visit reinforces me going to Starbucks, their mobile order system and customer service is worth the extra money. This McDonalds desperately needs to train their staff better. read more

This location is off olive dr and it's the closest to my house. The drive thru service felt very robotic and not very friendly. I ordered thru the app to make it easier for everyone. The ambiance at the drive thru was damaged screens and lots a bees. The food, I ordered no pickles on one hamburger due to allergies and when I went to take a bite there were two pickles. I had to take some Benadryl before it got worse. This is a big deal for me. Staff needs to pay better attention to things like this. It could have sent me to the ER. Please double check orders for things like this. To top it all off I ordered a large fry and it wasn't even filled all the way. This meal was very disappointing and hazardous. read more

I've only been through the drive thru but my experience every single time is phenomenal. From the person that takes my order to the person giving me my food. I've usually only gone in the morning and I'm always met with happy employees. This is probably the nicest McDonald's when it comes to the staff. The morning staff are top tier and deserve to be recognized. read more

Mickey D's!! Not all McDonald's are the same. This particular location is one of the newer branches in town. The dining area looks fine, and it was fairly clean during my visit. Service was a bit slow, though, considering I was one of just two folks being served. Ordered me a Filet of Fish and their limited edition Strawberries and Cream Pie. Both tasted good. I don't know what is going on with the fast-food places here on Olive and 99 area. This McDonald's always screws up my order. They are either always missing something or they mess it up. Last few times I kept the order simple and yet they still screw it up. I am sorry to be the one to tell you workers, but it is your job working the window to double check orders and make sure they are correct. You guys are never too busy to take a few seconds and double check that the order is correct. If your managers don't want to do their job and make sure their employees do their jobs, then I will never be back to this location. Shout out to this Mc Donald's location! I had walked away from Mc D's for a long time but fell into the trap of quick and easy cholesterol bombs due to my work schedule. Thanks to the absolutely horrible drive through design, and the fact that a mouthbreather demanding 15 dollars an hour can't distinguish who is next, I am back to never eating Mc Donald's again. It was all cold, no pride in service here at this location, minimum wage is over 10 dollars per hour and nobody can do their job the way it should be done. I've been coming to this Mc Donalds for the last 3 years. I do enjoy the friendliness of the staff but the manager always have an attitude like she doesn't want to be there. This McDonalds very rarely has orange juice. When I asked why I was told probably because no one knew how to clean machine. It was early and I was looking for a fast breakfast and coffee before church. I pulled into the drive thru, no cars ahead of me, another car pulled in behind me. Would give zero stars. Placed mobile order. Arrived over 10 minutes later and order hadn't even been started. Still had to pull up to third window with literally one car behind me and wait for two McDoubles. Then, whoever put one of the sandwiches together literally missed the bun with the sauces and it was all over the wrapper to the point I couldn't even open and hold it while I drove. Front manager very rude, and the man in the grill area was whispering things under his breath while he remade my sandwich. Made sure to watch so I didn't get spit in my food. We walked into this McDonald's and there were only two tables with people sitting at them. The place was empty. We order our food and start to wait. Eight minutes later no food and now the place is starting to get busy as it's almost lunch time. After 10 minutes, I walk up to the counter and all of the food is sitting under the warmer. The man sees me and gets the food like he's going to bring it out to us. I say that's my food and take it. When I get to the table, Maxx's fries are ice cold, Chris' burger was cold, and my chicken sandwich was cold. Chris and I ate our sandwiches, but we had to take the fries back.
