I ordered at the kiosk. The first problem was that the kiosk didn't print a receipt, even though I asked for one. I am always worried when I don't have a receipt, because what if I have a problem with my order? We have given our lives and control over to the corporations, can't I just have a receipt lol. The second problem was that they didn't bring my food over, even though I entered a table/locator number at the kiosk. They just called my order number and left the food at the front counter. I waited it out and they eventually brought my food over. The food was great, but from my experience ordering at the kiosk, this location probably has service issues. read more

This restaurant is located off the freeway Hwy 99, We saw the billboard that said the exit and that they had clean restrooms. For a McDonald's to be so clean including the restrooms with a super friendly staff I had to comment on it. During Covid everything has been shut down especially places with restrooms. Maybe I caught them on a bad day or a bad time, but I came away thinking this was the WORST McDonald's I had ever been to. Yikes. First off, they had one - and only one - person working their three registers (with four people in line), and she looked like she'd rather be anywhere but there. Passive, bored, not engaging whatsoever, and (no offense) just not very bright. Not the type of person that should be the "face" of your establishment. Manager ignored one worker that acknowledged me when I asked if another register could be opened. Nice! And the only reason I waited 5+ minutes in line to order from her was because the "self-serve" kiosks weren't working. Even if they did, there were no "number tents" that would have corresponded to my order. Finally, after ordering, I found that there was 1) no ice in either of their drink machines 2) no lids for drinks and 3) no ketchup in their dispensers. Waited for my food, only to find the fries cold. At this point, I just scarfed them down and got the hell out. At least by then they had drink lids. Yay! Nice, clean McDonald's, and right off the freeway! Extremely convenient and was the classiest McDonald's I have ever been to. The detail that this location puts into their decoration is amazing and I've never seen any McDonald's do this. They had store bought salt and pepper shakers on each table along with fresh cut flowers in vases with water. Each table was freshly wiped down and clean, and they even had an interactive table for children to play at. In addition, they had self serve kiosks in the event the lines were too long so you can order at 2-3 kiosks! The fries were fresh and so were the chicken nuggets (my go-to!). The only downside to this location is that the restrooms were not as clean as I had hoped. They could really upgrade the bathroom. There was also one stall out of commission and they only covered the seat with a yellow caution sign, but the door was completely open. Didn't look very nice. I always order my food from the mobile app never really have a problem well today must have been the day so I was outside waiting for my food and order never went through got down showing the manager on my phone what I ordered and asked if they can just charge me there was not asking for nothing free was not asking for no discounts just to be able to honor what I had ordered on my phone and this so-called manager's answer was well we're not in charge of the app so we can't do nothing about it. You can't really say anything bad about McDonald's. The food is great value and tasty. I haven't tried to create my burger yet but will soon . I love the chocolate chip frappe. This is the second time this location has 'blown me off' regarding the highly advertised 'Get your Food in 60 seconds- Monday-Friday from 12 Noon - 1pm' promotion. It took more than four (4) minutes for me to move up in line after paying, much less receive my food. When I asked at the delivery window, I was told 'Oh, we're not doing that today...' yet more than five (5) signs/banners were displayed indicating that they WERE doing the promotion today. I went in to discuss the problem with the Manager, and he looked at me like he didn't understand English, no comment, no apology, no nothing. How greedy can an establishment be to try to steal money from you, refusing to refund the xtra money they charged you when they weren't supposed to. Time after time they continue to do this. My husband asked to please substitute meat for egg since he doesn't eat meat. Not only do they stay with the said meat patties but also charge him $4 xtra on top of that for 1 egg that he asked be added in substitution. It's so dang ill maddening and disgusting. This McDonalds has one of the lowest ratings I've seen, now I know why. I went there yesterday and was treated very rudely by the chunky worker who took our order. When the food was ready she placed it on the counter, but she didn't call a number. When I tried to get her attention to ask if it was order 317, she refused to turn around. When I yelled "HELLO", she turned her head slightly to look at me. When I asked if this was order 317, she rolled her eyes and said "there's no one else standing here. It's obviously yours". Then to add insult I called the store spoke with the manager Esmeralda who said to just bring in my receipt and they will refund my money, so I go in to the store and then they said in order to get a refund I had to bring in the old food so I not only wasted my time for lunch going to this establishment to then have horrible cold food with dry buns and nasty bad lettuce, then wasted more time going back to try and get a refund, and she did not even tell me on the phone to bring in the old food for a refund but it seems this was done intentionally, now that I am still hungry cause I did not eat the big mac and threw it out, i now have no more lunch time.... read more
