Come here every morning on my way to work and never had an issue. Went by this morning g to grab breakfast for my family and the wait was slightly longer than normal because it's Sunday and all I hear through the drive through window is this manager walking around in circles telling her employees "you guys suck today. I'm gunna make a call and tell them how much the performance today sucked". DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE HUNGRY. Spent $25 and 30mins waiting for two combos and a kids meal. The worker girl gave my $25 order to someone who ordered a cheese burger. I went inside from the curbside pickup with my receipt to show them my order and the older ladies told the young girl that she gave my food away right in front of me. I asked for a refund and they remade my food (turns out they only remade the chicken, fries and burger were ice cold). My ice cream melted during my 30min wait. I asked for my receipt back and they said I left it on the counter so they threw it away. I left with no apology, cold food, melted ice scream, and receipt with holding. We came in here for a late dinner thanks to that horrible I-5 closure back in LA. This is one of the newer, swanky McD's. Tables were clean. Service was great. It turns out the food is made to order rather than sitting on the steam table until some poor soul claims it. They made my filet o fish and hand delivered it to me at my table. Either they hate selling salads with out meat (they do seem to charge much than other McDonalds for any salad) or they are insulting me. I was one of the few that would order this salad and I would complain that they weren't making it right. Other locations did a much better job while costing less. Visited this past Sunday; restaurant smelled of old burnt grease when I walked in the door. Placed our food order with 3 Mocha frappes (2sm, 1 large) 2 McDbls, 2 10 piece nuggets, 2 med fries, 2 fish filets; almost $30. It took 13 minutes from the time we received our food for our frappes to be brought to us- all we were offered was excuses. The fish actually was cooked in old burnt oil and tasted horrible; my wife complained to the manager and he gave her a refund but one of the women, not counter girl, said out loud to him " I told you the oil was old and needed changed", heard her say it to folks in the deep fryer area too. They willfully and knowingly put out an inferior product, expecting to get away with it. I feel sorry for the customers who bought fish filets to go and then found how awful they tated later. I was so disappointed and even angry but kept my cool. This was supposed to be our Sunday, after church dinner with our grandchildren. Awful service and awful food! read more

Came through on 8/23/2020 at 3pm with 3 hungry kids (and a hungry husband) after two other unsuccessful stops. We have a camper we're towing and are unable to go through the drive through. With Covid dining rooms are shut even for take out which we weren't planning on. We ordered through the app and after confirming it should that the curbside pick up was closed. This McDonald's was open until 1 a.m. and after driving 5 hours, my family and I were hungry for McDonald's. I like McDonald's, but this one is garbage. I ordered 2 Filet O Fishes and asked for extra tarter on the sandwiches. I also asked for one on the side since whenever I ask for extra, they put about a teaspoon worth. I'm watching the screen and notice they are charging me $0.99 FOR EXTRA TARTER SAUCE PER SANDWICH. They also charged me $0.50 for one on the side. Almost $2.50 just for a little bit of tarter sauce??? No other McDonald's has ever charged me for extra tarter sauce. When I asked the cashier about it, she said they were under new ownership and they charge for all sauces. I cancelled it. For some reason the communication is off, or their ability to correctly follow an order seems to be lacking in this store. The distance to the on-ramp/off-ramp is a little further than I would prefer, but I needed to pull over. At the time this facility was under construction. So there was a lot of unfinished work both on the inside and outside. There is a big dirt lot next to the main lot.
