Gave me my fries cold and with no salt, i was in a rush so i wasn't able to check my bag before i left . Never coming here again

this is the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. I've gone here twice and for both times I've spent about 15 minutes at drivethru for my meal plus another 10 minutes waiting while at the window. So about a week ago I had a really bad experience at this McDonald's. We ordered a Siracha burger and we had a coupon to get a free one. my boyfriend wanted it just like the picture on the coupon. And she said if we want to get plain and my boyfriend didn't think that they meant with out anything but the bun and patty (since when did they start doing that??) anyway we went home noticed a plain burger and drove all the way back to fix it and even though it was miscommunication and we had to drive back there were no complementary fries or a sorry. I live in bell gardens and I choose to drive outside my owe city because this place sucks. But drive thur is the worst everytime I give them another chance and go back they screw up my order. Than I have to go back to them so they can correct it. Today when I went back the food they gave the second time was still wrong. So I corrected them twice. Horrible service! I walked in the other night and it was almost closing time inside the restaurant. I wanted to order to go. I waited in line for about ten minutes and when the person in front of me finished ordering where I would be next to order the manager told me they were closed and said if I wanted to order to go through the drive thru. I drove from Norwalk to Bell Gardens to order from uber eats and get my free McDonald's Swag (as this was the closest restaurant to me participating). I ordered after 11am which is when the promo started. When my uber driver arrived he gave me a bag with my food and then left with my drink and I didn't get my swag. :( I called the McDonald's and talked to a guy who said they were almost out of swag gear but he did empathize with my situation. Long story short I was able to drive there, defeating the purpose of using uber eats, I was able to show him my receipt and he gave me a drink and McDonald's Swag that I never received. Worst McDonald's ever!!!! They can't take orders properly, and when you try to explain what it is you want they get mad. I wasn't asking for anything difficult, they just couldn't comprehend what i was saying because they were to interested in what the co workers were talking about, which had absolutely nothing to do with work, very unprofessional. When they finally got my order in they very rudly handed me my receipt. I wait for a good amount of time in this filthy dinning area before they call my number which is ridiculous being that it's lunch time and they know people need to get back to work. When I went over my food it wasn't even the right item and I went to speak with someone and they said oh went to grab my food, they didn't apologize or see what went wrong, barely even acknowledge me. As I'm about to leave I see the cashier talking and laughing again with her co workers which looks to be a manager again while people are in line waiting to order. I think after reading others reviews management or leads which ever it is at this location need to be looked over a lil more, either train them correctly or replace them with someone who actually cares and takes pride in their job, not like these girls here, because if they really did the place wouldn't look so dirty and unkempt, and sloppy workers. I will never be visiting this location again, and surely calling corporate on them because this is not the first time that I've visited and had such a horrible experience, I like to give them the benefit of maybe they are having a bad day but in this case they are just bad. read more

Overall, food gets to the customers and the place is satisfactory. The service is variable, depending on who is working at any given time. I have experienced chatty workers giving their backs to the customers while three lines are waiting at the registers... The drive-through is so badly laid out that traffic has been blocked at two entrances into the parking lot. Occasionally the indoor tables are not cleaned regularly (i.e. greasy tables, spills, are not uncommon). But, like I said, other times it runs very smoothly with great service. If I could give this McDonald's ZERO stars I would. They have the WORST service of any location I have been to. The drive thru is always impacted with cars because they are so damn slow. I go in for a regular coffee in the morning at rush-hour and there's only one cashier working. Then the employee filling the coffee cups is so slow. Instead of filling them and handing them out, the coffee just sits there. They go IN ORDER, so if the number in front of me ordered a large order and I just order a coffee I have to wait for their order to be filled and given out before I get my ONE coffee, even if my ONE coffee is sitting right there on the counter. Then today, two people behind me who also only ordered regular coffees, got theirs before me and I finally had to ask for mine. REDICULOUS. This place needs new management and new employees. If you can avoid this location. Go to the McDonald's in Maywood on Atlantic or in Downey. read more

WORST PLACE EVER!!!!!!!!! stay away from here I'm only giving them 1 star because u have to put a star. So I went last night to get a Mc rib there was only three cars in front of me in the drive thru line tell me why it took me 30mins to get to the main window. After getting their I still wait 10 more minutes then they tell me that they are all out and that I have to pull to the side and wait 10 more minutes. So I tell them no thank you I'll just take something else idc what it is im just hungry I'll pay the difference. I mean i was already 40 minutes in I don't even go to in-n-out for the same reason. I get my burger about to turn on to the main street when I decide to open itand find no bottom bun on the patty. I got pissed off I pullover go inside and asked for a refund The lady asked me why and I showed her my half ass burger. She quickly grabs it someone no one else can see then goes right to the guy who made it. And says Juan whats wrong how did you forget to put the bun on, the fact that I remember his name can tell you how mad I was. I didn't even get a refund they just all stared at me in shock like this never happens. Then they have the balls to say they deserve $20 an hour yeah right! My experience at this Mc Donalds location on Florence and Eastern was absolutely the worse experience I have ever had with any fast food chain. Based on the level of service provided I would have rather eaten out of a trash can. Employee's and managers are obviously trained to degrade people and treat them as non human. There is no professionalism or respect towards customers and they dont believe is making the customer happy. The customer is always right does not apply here. Not only will I obviously not re-visit this place but I will never give any McDonald's 1 cent of my money ever again and I will make sure every who is not of a certain race is aware that this place is one they should not visit. That is unless you would like to receieve horrible service, be inconveinced, be treated with no respect as a paying customer, not get what you went to the restaurant for, and leave with a below ground level experience. When I patronize other fast food chains I can tell right away that they have a level of training in etiquettes. They are taught to treat everyone with respect and provide excellent service to each and every customer regardless of race, orgin etc. I am always given grade A service at IN AND OUT, AND JACK IN BOX. THEY PRACTICE WHAT THEY PREACH AND ASSURE EMPLOYEES UNDERSTAND THE EFFECTS OF 1 BAD APPLE WILL SPOILS THE ENTIRE BUNCH.
