Decided to stop by this McDonald's location today after seeing the adorable Hello Kitty x Godzilla happy meal toys! I was also really intrigued by the new Red Bull Dragonberry Energizer and just had to try it. I can't ever resist a brightly colored Red Bull drink! The drink tasted so good, but we honestly love any drink that has Red Bull in it. We also got two Happy Meals with two of the Hello Kitty toys. I never noticed that it gives you the option of adding an extra kids fry instead of apple slices until today. I was bummed that the Big Mac sauce cup wasn't available, but fingers crossed it's there the next time, it's SOO good! The only downside with this location is that it's so close to a traffic light, which can make entering and exiting a bit tricky during times of the day when traffic is congested. The employees here are super friendly compared to some of the other locations we've been to. We only order through the app, which makes ordering and picking up a breeze. We have never had an issue with the app, plus you can't forget about the rewards! I do love grabbing the sausage burrito during their breakfast hours too. Just don't forget that they stop serving breakfast at 10:59am :) Overall, this is one of our go to McDonald's locations! read more

It's McDonald's. Lobby was clean. The bathrooms have codes but apparently you only need to push the door open I learned when I asked a staff for help and she seemed a bit annoyed. Just order on the tablet screens as no smiles around here. Staff seemed very unfriendly being honest. The food was warm and came out quick so can't complain on that. The sausage burritos are sadly a lot smaller than what I remembered years ago so I was happy I ordered more than 1 being honest. Standard McDonald's. read more

Okay, regular ranch and the spicy snack wrap were amazing. I custom ordered it so that I could get lettuce on the side - that way the lettuce doesn't get soggy from the hot chicken plus you know they'll make it fresh. They gave me two boxes of a ton of lettuce. Which was a great surprise. McDonald's, you're awesome for bringing back the snack wrap and even more awesome for making my snack wrap hack a success. Stopped by this McDonald's on Bel-Red Rd for breakfast since Panera next door was unexpectedly closed. The space is clean and pretty roomy for a fast food chain, with easy parking and a customer-accessible soda machine. I appreciated the mobile app deals as it was definitely a good way to save. What really put a damper on the visit was the staff interaction. The way my question was answered came off as rude, almost like I was being scolded. Waited in a long line which I get, will never complain about that but then when I get the 2nd window I waited another 13 minutes while they did I don't know what. After those 13 minutes, they give up and send me to the parking spot for 20 minutes before I eventually went inside to see what was going on. McDonalds, like most Fast-food restaurants, they get a bad rap, especially on Yelp. Of course, they have to be taken on a case-by-case basis so let's take a closer look at this one I haven't been to a Mickey D's in a while so I guess I was due. I wanted something cheap...and a gigantic Sweet Tea. I actually wanted to do the breakfast menu but of course they had to take away 'All Day Breakfast', again. So, you either, love like or hate Mcdonalds. Usually, I love it, but I stay away because you know...eat healthier and all that. Not today. Today I got down with a Spicy Chicken sandwich, fries, nuggets and of course that Sweet, 'Sweet' Tea. Everything was as you'd expect from a McD's. Chicken Sandwich was similar to Wendy's, they're about equal. The real deal is the Popeye's Chicken sandwich though, so this is definitely a budget one. This McDonalds is CLEAN. After every wave of customers, a staff would come out and wipe the tables. It looks well run. Manager was doing his thing and even brought out food to a couple tables. This McDonalds was good. Service was great. I ordered through app and tried curbside pickup. Delivery timing was pretty efficient. Food wise: Ordered a couple of Big Macs and a cheeseburger with extra pickles. Whoever got my order read the ticket wrong and omitted all pickles lol. But pickle issue aside, their food in general was old, dry and rather flavorless. There's something really artificial about their hamburger buns too. And it was busy dinner time when I ordered, so I know I wasn't served old food. My food was brought to me for curbside pickup. The employee asked if I ordered X meal and I say no because it's not what I ordered. They give the food to the car beside me and walk away. Several minutes later they come out and ask for my specific order and then proceed to take the food back from the car next to me and try to give me the food. I said I wasn't comfortable with this. I would refuse a plate placed in front of another diner but this entire meal has been inside someone else's car for several minutes with signs of having been rummaged through. The employee would not take it back. I don't really critic the quality of food much at fast food joints but now I can't expect common decency either? I refuse to think that this is also too much to ask for at a fast food joint. Don't serve me food that has been out of your hands for several minutes. Restaurant has spacious parking that does not get blocked up by long drive-thru lines, and the inside of the restaurant is clean with comfortable and clean seating areas. The employees were really helpful and went above and beyond to help accommodate my needs. The food came out hot and fresh. The chicken nuggets were crispy and hot, and the french fries were soft yet crispy. As far as McDonald's locations go, this one is good! read more

I am disabled and I placed an order through the app today. I have a home healthworker who comes twice a week and today she was picking up my order for me. I took a screenshot of the order showing the location, order, paid and the amount with the unique number. When she tried to pick up the order Raul refused to give it to her saying he did not have the order. She called me and I told her to show the receipt which is a proof of purchase and he still refused. I then went onto my credit card app and took a screenshot of the pending amount and he still refused. I asked to speak to his manager and he said they'll be in tomorrow. I explained to him the situation that I am disabled and this is my home healthcare worker and she won't be here with me tomorrow plus McDonald's already took my money. Raul absolutely refused to give the food and my home healthworker was there about 30 minutes trying to get the food. Raul shouldn't work in customer service. He said it wasn't his problem that McDonald's took money from me and refused to give me my food except he was the reason I couldn't get the food therefore he is the problem. Now I have to call and dispute the charge, everyone lost time, my home healthworker lost gas, and we have to plan something else for dinner all because Raul cockblocked my food. WTF. This McDonald's isn't bad, but it isn't great either. I think my biggest complaint about this location is that it's consistently slow. There's two drive in lands that merge into one (be careful with the impatient aggressive drivers). It takes a while to get your food (10 minutes when it's a busy time or 8 p.m. at night?!). Fed up with the slow drive-thru experience, I now park and walk inside, which isn't much better. I've been there at lunchtime, and there's been one cashier and a line to the door. If you park closer to the drive-in, be prepared to get potentially blocked in by the long line. Hectic place, and the quality of the food is what you'd expect at a McDonald's--cheap. read more

Ridiculous, ordered curbside pickup and credit card was charged, waited for 25min with no staff coming out. I have to go to the drive through to see what happened, only found out that my order was not made and now passed the breakfast time and they didn't bother to make my order. The lady yield at me over the tele-order system thinking I am pranking with her, wtf??? The staff and the manager don't feel sorry for what happened despite they finally found my order waited for more than 30min... and yes the breakfast time was over by then and they are done making breakfast, great service, thank you very much. Jayden who is a mcdonalds employee who works at the cash register helped me out so well, I have a stutter so it was hard for me to order but Jayden helped me out so well. He was patient with me the whole way and even gave me some recommendations like the chicken sandwich which is now a top 3 thing to get. Another time an elderly women had trouble carrying her food out to her car, with NO hesitation he saved the day and helped her cross what a gentleman am i right? Not sure why the overall star number is low. Grabbed a quick bite here for a small lunch after renting a car. The order was correct, and the manager was training someone in the drive thru. The trainee did a good job. Generally visiting a McDonald's you don't recieve ketchup and the burger might be rubber. This location, all of the food was hot and very good. This McDonald's location is a hit or miss. I like to use mobile order to order my food and you'd think they'd be accustomed to the system by now, but no, they seem to always have issues every time I place a mobile order. They have in the past not received my mobile order and require me to replace my order there and they have given me the wrong order on multiple occasions, just to name a few of the complaints I have with this McDonald's. Additionally, they either serve you really fresh items or really old items (and I mean cold, soggy, and almost tastes stale/inedible). I'm not sure whose fault these issues should fall on, but they do need to reevaluate their operations and improve a lot of their processes if they want customers to come back. read more

A few days ago, I was having my car serviced. Rather than head home, I decided to stay in the area and work until my car was ready. I was expecting it to take 3 hours at most, but it stretched to nearly 6. I found myself jumping from coffee shop to coffee shop in that time. The problem with this plan is that this area of Bellevue doesn't have many coffee shops with free wi-fi. And it is pretty much a Starbucks monopoly zone. I recalled my visit to a McDonald's in Hawaii being somewhat pleasant for working from, so I decided to give this location a try. I was surprised by the look of the restaurant. It doesn't have the McDonald's design of old which made it clear that it was a fast food burger joint. The layout of this McD's feels like a mish mash burger joint and cafe. You have the usual fast food sort of tables, but they also have cafe type furniture with TVs in the seating area. Although I thought it was going to be weird working from a McDonald's, it turned out to be not so bad. I kind of went into a zone and did my thing. Didn't have any wi-fi issues. The connection was good. Being a fast food joint, the noise level in the restaurant especially at lunch time was high. If you are looking for a quieter dining/working environment, Starbucks is the way to go. Though if you need to work through your lunch, then McDonald's is good for that reason as the meal options at Starbucks are a bit lacking. Not to mention the coffee drink prices are more affordable. read more

I am going to give actual feedback about this specific McD's, then I am going to talk about McD's in general. First, every time I go to this location it is in the morning, and there is one lady that takes my order, and she is incredible. NICEST PERSON EVER. Never messes up my order, and lets me customize to my order however I want. The food at this location is a great, I've only had one over-cooked hashbrown, and that was an isolated event. Other than that, I have never had an issue. Now, if you happen to read this, you may be wondering, "why in the world is this clown giving McD's a 5-star review?" And that is a fair question, so I am going to tell you. Anyone that says they don't like McD's breakfast, is lying. There has become a strange culture of hating on McDonald's, probably from "Super-size Me" and that weird video that came out recently showing, allegedly, how chicken nuggets are made. It has become popular to make fun of those that eat there, and the establishment itself. But in this "clown's" opinion, McDonald's is the pinnacle of civilization. Whenever I travel abroad, there is a sense of home, and safety when you come across a location. I love this establishment, and no one will ever be able to convince me otherwise. read more
