The delivery agent at the window was sweeping the floor as we pulled in through the drive thru, he puts the garbage in bare hands, pushes it to make more space.. notices us, he heads over to the counter picks up our burger, fills up coke in the same bare hands and delivers it. Very rude aggressive manager that works there named Erica that doesn't not were a mask when preparing your food. I placed the order yesterday through the drive-through around 7:34 PM.I did a pretty big order,As I was waiting for them to get my food they forgot my drink,so I told the gentleman helping me,hey looks like I'm missing a drink.The lady behind him got really upset saying that I didn't order a drink which I clearly did through the drive-through,but whatever it was probably a mistake they didn't hear me.Then she start going on about that I'm not gonna get a free drink and I have to pay for it very rude!I asked to speak to the manager and she was the manager. We was trying to explain to her that I did order a drink through the drive-through it's not my fault that they didn't hear it but I will be happy to pay for it,but I don't know why you are accusing me of trying to get a free drink that cost $1.00,when I just spend $40 on a order. One of the employees that took my order down actually split my order into two separate transactions,and he came to explain to her I did order a drink,She got even more mad. Once I came home all our order was incorrect and my kids are allergic to certain things. I am vegetarian and try to do my best even though I know macdonlads isn't the best option. I ordered a hash brown, egg mcmuffin with no Canadian bacon and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with no sausage. The mcmuffin was fine and had no Canadian bacon, but my busy it had sausage. I told the woman and she said we will fix this, the lady in the back made a new one and I watched her put sausage on it then the cashier told her no sausage and she took it off and finished the sandhwich. It's a McDonalds. Fairly nice interior, double-lane drive-thru, etc. Only trouble is that it's popular, especially around breakfast-time (and even more-so now that there's the big coffee thing). I wonder how hard it is to understand "Four, not one, FOUR hot fudge sundae". We ordered four hot fudge sundae via drive thru but sure enough, when we get to the window, we got one sundae. We waited and waited and finally got all 4 but one of the sundaes was only half full. I still remember the last time I ordered hot fudge sundae at this place and got less than a teaspoon of hot fudge in my sundae. I gave the guy a questioning look but obviously he thought I only deserved tiny little bit of hot fudge coz he just ignored me and went to the back of the store. Be warned! Don't get anything here that's not portion standardized...they can't really serve you half a burger, but they can and will definitely serve you half a sundae! read more

Bad service!!! I saw a long line for drive thru so decided to just go in and order. Well when I got there there was a customer that came from the drive thru and wanted her money back because her food took too long and she politely asked for her money back. And they just told her to wait. So she just left because she was running late she didn't get her food or money back. I was standing there for about a good 8 minutes. And there was nobody in line but me. Seemed like they were unorganized and messed up a lot on peoples order through drive thru. This establishment leaves much to be desired. Came for the first time today to this location. No ketcup in the dispenser, no ice in the machine for soft drinks, dirty floors with food and napkins etc on the floor, ALL trash bins overflowing, dirty tables. Awful. 4 stars for the nice girl at the counter (even though she was in street clothes and not a uniform). 1.5 stars overall. Lots of McDs to eat at. Skip THIS one. read more

We don't usually eat fast food but we thought they changed their menu to be a bit healthy. We ordered salad with a free happy meal off a coupon. Wow it was slow food and nobody wanted to serve us! Was it because of the coupon? They were all running left and right asking each other to serve me. It was about 7pm and we had to wait 15 minutes to get our cold and soggy food! They also gave us a toy that doesn't work and refused to exchange it. Zero stars for rotten attitude, poor work ethics, and slowness. Every time we use their drive through, something goes wrong. Sometimes it's almost nothing, like the wrong sauce for the nuggets, sometimes it's more annoying, like once I got a second toy instead of fries on my daughter's meal. Also, it is most definitely not a "fast" food, since we usually have to wait a while in the drive-through lane. And my worst experience their would be today : I only went there because I saw that there was no one in line, it was just a few minute before 8. So I thought I could get something fast. But no one was speaking in the inter-phone, and when I tried to talk I've just been asked to wait a minute. So I did. Then one car came and went on the other lane. Then a second one. So I tried the inter-phone again, but still no one to take my order. So the car that was just behind me changed lane and finally someone took my order. Then of course I had to wait after the three cars that passed in front of me. All the while with a toddler asking for her fries and a sleeping infant who finally woke up and starting crying after being in a non-moving car for too long. So I was already quite pissed with the whole experience... When it's my turn I take the bags and leave, trusting that at least the content would be right. But at home we realized that they forgot my husband's big mac. So I put my baby to sleep and go back there, quite upset by the whole adventure, and they just gave me my bicmac, not caring on bit that I had to drive all the way back there to get it. I bought a 2 Bacon Clubhouse QTR at this location. I was watching Pablo (name of person who prepared my food ) who prepared my 2 sandwiches. At first he was doing fine with gloves on then suddenly he went and touch a dirty wiping cloth on his left hand and a floor cleaning mop on his right hand and put it away next to the floor cleaning mop squeezer, then he went back to my sandwich and continue preparing it WITHOUT changing his gloves. This is unsanitary food preparation and since I saw what happened, I told to James (manager that night) what happened and to tell Pablo ( the man who prepared my sandwich) to change his dirty gloves. James apologize but still gave me the dirty sandwich. I took the sandwich and threw it in my garbage bin when I got home. I don't want to eat any sandwich that is been prepared unsanitary. This is unacceptable and Mcdonalds need to train more employee who is assigned to prepare food. I will never buy any food from that store with lack of employee training. FYI: I went and buy SUBWAY sandwich instead since they change clean gloves when preparing customers food. read more

I don't know what reason they have, but this location is absolutely horrific in regards to accuracy. Literally every time I go there they mess up my order in some way. One time they put the condiments on the SIDE instead of ON my burger (WHO DOES THAT?!?), one time I specified that I wanted a breakfast MEAL and did not get a hash brown. I ordered an extra side of bacon and they didn't give me the sausage that was supposed to already be with the meal. This wouldn't be such a problem except that they CHARGE me for these screw ups. One is the least stars I could give, otherwise I'd give less. Stopped here to get a coffee but needed to use the bathroom first. Poop splattered everywhere in two of the three (handicapped was occupied) stalls!!! Conveniently there was a worker in the bathroom at this time so I told her... she just nodded and continued to fix her hair in the mirror. I immediately reported the bathroom to the front counter and the woman replied with "oh ok, I'll let them know." I still had to use the restroom so I stood in the lobby until the handicapped occupant came out. After five minutes the worker came out, I figured she'd go get cleaning supplies or at least tell someone to but nope! She sat down at a table and continued on with her apparent break. Five more minutes go by and the bathroom occupant finally comes out so I can use the restroom. By the time I leave, WITHOUT my coffee because I'm disgusted at this point, still no one had came to clean the bathroom 15+ minutes later. Poop sprayed behind, around and on both toilets, no paper toilet covers, no paper towels, sinks covered in hair and who knows what else that was, no garbage bag in the can.. and this was only at 10am!!!!!! read more

I've never received such consistently terrible service anywhere in my life. In the past month I have received 3 stale sandwiches that were stale (the English muffin was so stale it was too difficult to chew) and a couple of those times I decided to say something and they were kind enough to fix it. However why does that keep happening? Do you just leave out the breakfast items all day? You're also constantly out of diet sodas. But what really tops the whole awful experience is that today, while trying to find my money in my coat pocket (it was tucked behind my keys) I apologized. She then looked at me and asked "Girl, what are you doing with your life..?" I casually laughed it off and left, but it got me thinking: You don't even know me, you don't know if my mother died recently, if I was just in a minor car accident, or that I was starving from being too busy at work to eat lunch today. This place gives bad costumer service I come here because its the closest to my house but now that there is going to be a new McDonald's in crossroads I rather go their. Iam tired of always being pushed to give my order fast at the drive thru and to top it off they always I mean always forget something or get something wrong why rush it if you Caint do your job!? I go to this McDonalds on a regular basis. Today they did not have it together. Food was late. All napkin bin was empty (long after another customer told the front desk) - had to use my sleeves. Lines were long. Everything thing was late and behind. The clerk who took my order had major BO. Workers seemed to be chaotic and confused. I could not tell who was in charge so that I could complain in person. Hope they can figure out the management thing before its too late. read more

This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. I work at a local business and every time I've come here has been nothing short of a mishap, but today more of a disaster. I understand the employees can only do so much, but most are standoffish and rude. One employee has ever said anything close to "you're welcome" when I thank them for handing me my order. Most don't even acknowledge the customer. Management needs a total overhaul. Embarrassingly understaffed. I waited for my meal totally not even $7 for twenty minutes. That's unacceptable for a "fast food" business. I've heard employees telling the customer they ordered the wrong thing when said customer got the wrong item. "I read it back to you and you said that's what you wanted." Working in customer service myself, I don't see how it's a big deal for the employee to just say "ok" and put in an order for the correct item. I'm done. Go to Wibbley's. Yes it's more expensive, but the headache isn't worth the price of the $1, $2, $3 menu if it cuts into my bottom line. If you read this and still go to this location, imagine me telling you I warned you.
