This place was GREAT! It was my birthday so I decided to go here! Everyone was friendly and the service was the best! Everything was working, despite the strawberry milkshake flavor didn't work, they replaced my order with chocolate. They made sure we had everything in order and was respectful. Stopped for a quick bite while traveling back home. This McDonalds was filthy. Trash all over the floor. Trash bins overflowing. This was a McDonalds where you needed to use the kiosk to order, needed a table tent number, none were anywhere to be found. I have to say, I love getting me some mcchickens or big Mac's. The ONLY thing this place hasn't messed up is the sweet tea. The service is poor, always a broody and annoyed approach. This was a newer McDonald's with a clean, modern interior. The newer McDonald's have a more appealing look to them. This particular McDonald's met all my requirements for a good fast food restaurant. It had easy access off and on the interstate; the staff was pleasant and efficient; the restrooms and restaurant were clean and the food was served fast and hot. I decided to come inside because the lines were super long in the drive through and all I needed was a large drink. After ordering I was just handed a ticket... after 5 minutes i asked if someone could simply give me a cup I'd get it myself. The sweet tea containers had the tops pulled off and open tea bags were left inside. Not sanitary at all especially for the amount of time it had obviously been left open to customers and anything else to come into contact with. The kids were 60 percent unstocked and the whole drink and condiment area looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite awhile. If this is any indication to how the rest of the restaurant is kept up definitely be aware of what you order. read more

Our seniors group has been meeting there for breakfast for over a year and sitting at the same tables. on this day management chose to yell from behind the counter across the floor at one of our guys and told him he could not sit where he was sitting due to it was for children. Go to grocery store and buy meat, buns, condiments, potatoes, oil, and go home and make your own. Paint your living room, now the lawn, then come back here and get your next meal. It's one of the largest franchise businesses in the entire world, how some locations still manage to fuck literally everything up is mind-blowing. You purchase the franchise license and virtually every business decision is set out, you just need low wage workers. This location recently went through a snail's pace renovation that makes road construction look efficient, but that didn't change the terrible service and quality - seriously, how do you mess this up? My most recent visit, the straw that broke the camel's back, if you will, was an early morning around 5AM and all I wanted was a McMuffin and an OJ. There was a delivery truck in the parking lot, and I roll up to the drive through and they're closed to stock the kitchen from the truck delivery. So much for 24 hour service. On a grander scale, the way this McDonald's is operates is terribly parallel to Bowling Green as a whole. read more

Well the food was good. Hot and fresh the way Mc Donald's should be. After reading the recent Yelp reviews we decided to come in and order instead of drive through. We ordered 5 various meals. After our three kids ordered we attempted to have the girl repeat the order back (there's no screen to double check at the register). After the third time asking her to slow down and repeat it the shift manager came over. She re-read it to us and taught the girl how combine the drinks and orders to make them meals- shame on me for assuming when someone orders a breakfast with a drink and has brown that the person would automatically combine it for you into a cheaper meal version. We thought we were set. My husband and I sat and re-read the receipt- nope, wrong. How she changed a sausage egg Mc muffin into an egg white delight I'll never know. And my kids speak very clearly- they are teens- somehow she misses two of the three kids ordering a hash brown with their meals. So back to the register we go so we can switch the sandwich and add two hash browns. The shift manager was very nice, the food was fresh, but this was SO frustrating!! And btw the drive through line was at least 10 cars, no line inside. read more

I went through the drive-thru yesterday after grabbing a movie from the redbox. First, I was sitting in line and reading a sign posted in the parking lot which had rules for being in the parking lot. They made sense except one which said no backing into curbs, I still can't understand why that would prevent someone from being a "good neighbor". I'm still not sure if I understand what it means. If I back into a parking spot am no longer a good neighbor? Who are these neighbors that are offended? The sign aside, I ordered a nugget meal after the annoying, garbled, pre-recorded greeting which asks if you want to try something that has a good food cost to sales price ratio. I move to the first window and pay then pull forward to the second window where the guy opens the window holds my food and drink out and looks at me without saying a word. I grab my order and he shuts the window without saying anything or asking if I needed anything. I figure that he probably didn't speak English or maybe was a mute and moved on. When I get home and put in the movie and get ready to eat I realize that I didn't get any sauce for the nuggets. Now I'm wondering if maybe not speaking to customers allows them to save money on sauces. I normally avoid McDonald's but figured since I was there I would grab something. From now on I will get something from one of the other 10 other restaurants within a tenth of a mile when I visit this redbox. read more

We stopped here for a quick meal and a "restroom" break for four adults and three kids. The bathrooms were clean (thumbs up) but the line was slooooooow. We were the only ones in line at first, but then a bunch of people came up after us. They seemed to be getting their food a lot faster than we were. Also, some lady took my stuff thinking it was hers (she didn't check her receipt) and then came back in about 30 seconds later saying she got the wrong stuff. The McD's did offer to make my stuff again, which was cool, but we had already been waiting over ten minutes for our "fast" food at that point, so we declined. read more

Worst McDonald's ever! I was staying at the Hotel beside it and decided to go get a coke and ice cream and a cookie. As I was waiting in line a guy walked past me and he had just got his coffee after 40 minutes of waiting. The crew as a whole was extremely unorganized and not putting out orders hardly at all. The screen was full of orders but they weren't busy. After 15 to 20 minutes the girl up front walked by and I asked what I was waiting on because she served her friends that came in before anyone else. She looked at me and asked what I had. I told her ice cream and a cookie. I confronted her about serving people before me and she got flustered and walked off. She came back after a while and went ahead and made my cones. She then told me she would have to check on cookies and determined they would have to make some. After a total of 20 minutes and my ice cream melting we finally had our food. They need some definite leadership here. read more

VERY BAD chicken biscuit. Tasted like it had been sitting for a few hours. When I took a bite all the breading just slid off. What was under the breading was a grey greasy piece of meat. Terrible, one bite made me SICK. It was 10:30am and the lot was empty, should have knew better than to stop here and get food at the drive thru, I got on interstate before I knew how bad the chicken was. I contacted McDonalds and they just said the store that sold it would contact me. But its been almost a week and no contact. DONT EAT HERE, they do not stand behind their food. read more
