Last week I went through the drive-thru and ordered four Happy Meals. The lady hands me four drinks but three happy meals. So I told her you owe me one more Happy Meal. She started to argue and say no you only ordered 3. I showed her my receipt and tell her you just gave me four drinks I need another Happy Meal. She goes back and makes another Happy Meal. I opened it once I get home and realized it's not even what we had ordered. Then just this morning I go through the drive-thru and order a fruit and yogurt parfait. I open the parfait and noticed a foul odor. I flip over the cup and realized the parfait expired 2 days ago. Needless to say I'm never going back there again and they need to get their stuff together. read more

The McDonalds in Calimesa is filthy, you always have to wait to place your order & then it takes forever to get your food, short on staff. The only employee that enjoys her job is Marla. The crew at this place are amazing. I am a regular customer at least go once a week. The employees at this restaurant work hard and are very respectful to the customers. This location is extremely busy and when the place is very busy it can get chaotic, mistakes can be made but that is human nature. I have noticed at night they are shortstaffed but they try to do their work as fast as they can and with a smile on their face. No need to be rude to them because they are just employees they are not the managers who do the schedule. Just be patient and respect them they are working as fast as they can. I take my granddaughter to McDonalds once a week for a Happy Meal. It irritates me to no end when I'm asked, "is it for a girl or a boy". Is this 1950?!?! Girls can play with trucks and boys can play with My Little Pony. Toys don't have a gender. Our school bus broke down in their parking lot. Sixty three people, mostly children were invited in and welcomed by the manager and employees. They have water and ice cream to the children. The employees are lazy all the way down to the management, except for a LITERAL few staff members. They have poor etiquette, poor customer service and are completely unprofessional. Time and time again they prepare your food including your drinks poorly, mean while this is what you're spending your hard earned money on so you would think that it's only fair that your $9 burger meal actually looks like a $9 burger meal, BUT when it doesn't and it isn't made properly to add insult to injury they down play the situation and rather than doing better they expect you to take your poor excuse of a meal and go on about your day AND! when you decide not to take what's given their entire demeanor changes especially when you ask for your order to be remade, new or fresh. Okay, I am so curious... What time does this restaurant close? It was closed about 11:15PM (Friday - 9/18/20), but your website says: 1:00AM? Could you let us know? Geez this place with elderly mafia, There all these great work spaces provided here at this location but only two power outlets in the ENTIRE dinning area of which one of them is ALWAYS taken by the same group of old ladies that seem to be sitting by it nearly every one of the 5am to 11pm dining room hours. Not sure if they're homeless or something. And they protect the outlet and two adjoining booths like it's their own personal living area. They're almost as bad as MS13 but in support top pantyhose. I'm all about Brand loyalty, but Com'on folks! If McDonald's trying to foster a Starbucks type atmosphere here and get folks to come in and eat and work (spend time and order more food/drinks), there has to be more outlets for us to use to do work on our laptops and/or other devices. Also, on a side note... The McNuggets tasted a bit old and chewy. Normally they are crispy and flaky. And the WiFi is right about 1.5Mbps with nearly no upload bandwidth if any. read more

Rude, rude, rude. I work in emergency medicine so I drive to work very early in the morning. I came here yesterday at 610 am, they were open because I've been here before at 545 am and they were open; I sat at the speaker for 6 minutes without anyone coming on and saying, "hi, can I help you?" Nothing, so I drove out and as I drove past the drive they window to exit the 2 fatties working the drive they waved at me and were laughing. I rarely go here but I have officially stopped. First when I got there, I wanted a McRib because every McDonald's is advertising the Mcrib meal and get another McRib for a dollar. But they said they are not doing that. So I got something else. Then after my food I wanted a milk shake so when I went to order one they said the ice cream machine was down, so I proceeded to instead order 2 apple pies because every McDonald's on the face of the earth has 2 pies for a dollar, but not this one, they were 96 cents each. I'm from Loa Angeles and was staying at the hotel next door decided I wanted a late night snack. All McDonald's I've come acrossed are pretty basic but there was something about this one that stuck out....THE SERVICE...FRIENDLY SERVICE ACTUALLY. I went through the drive through and the young woman who took my order was polite, outgoing, personable enough so that she made me ask her name when I got to the window...Suzanne was so unbelievably friendly and polite, very accomidating to my pup who insisted on yapping at her but she remained polite. Her co worker Casandra was extremely friendly as well. I'm so used to getting basic generic service at McDonald's I was blown away at the friendliness of these 2 employees. I'd return to this location just for the service alone. Thank you ladies for giving a burst of politness and bright smiling faces to McDonald's I wish they were all as friendly as you both. The girl at the drive through wanted my pin number to my debit card because she didn't know how to put it through as a credit card. Get to the window and get told, we are out of sweet tea. 3 out of the last 3 times I had them go to the dining room and get it. They are extremely slow and lazy, and the young girls are rude. So my husband tries to show me love by bringing me a Carmel Sunday after a stressful day. He calls me in the drive through as he's placing the order to see if I want anything. There were 8 cars in front of him after placing his order, a filet fish sandwich and my Carmel Sunday about 4 minutes goes by, he pays at the 1st window moves to the second waits about 5-6 minutes they give him a melted ice cream. Told him to wait in the waiting car spot so they aren't dinged for missing their fast food delivery time limit at the drive through. My husband n I are still on the phone and can see the time of our call ticking by from the order time. My husband refuses the room temperature ice cream and ask for a fresh one. He cleans the car of trash we talk about our tough day, twenty seven minutes and 57 seconds later they bring him a half filled Sunday for which he refused and asked them for compensation for waiting for 28 minutes. They finally brought out a fillet fish. No receipt, they charged it on our charge card and said that the cook didn't get the order so they never prepared the the sandwich. Two items, a filler fish and a Sunday, 28 minutes and 58 seconds to finally get the food, 3 fails on the Sunday at least the fish sandwich was fresh and hot. No napkins. No receipt. No apologies no compensation. Just praying that those workers didn't steel or charge our card for more than those two items. I think we will be making a call to corporate in the morning after contact our bank. Completely unacceptable. read more

I used your drive thru on Sunday, Dec 29, 2019. I ordered a Fish filet which had no tarter sauce, a Barbecue bacon burger which was a plain burger with bacon and barbecue sauce and fries which were cold and tasted old and a strawberry shake which I didn't get because the machine was broken. I waited 20 minutes in my car when they finally came out and gave me a smoothie. They said they were sorry and they were short staffed. Because of the 20 minute wait my food was cold when I got home. I only live 5 minutes away. The burger didn't look anything like what you advertise. I have to say this is the worst food I have ever had from this McDonald's. The quality has never been very good, but there is no excuse for this. I spent $18 and am not very satisfied. read more

The drive thru takes the longest of any restaurants that I have ever, ever visited. Then, not only have I waited more than 45 minutes, but then they have forgotten my food or pulled me forward to wait longer. This establishment really needs to take their customers time into consideration. It's not ok to wait too long and then have to return and wait again to get all of the food you ordered. For example... today they forgot to add some of my food, I started my drive thru order around 9:10. It's currently 9:57 and I'm still waiting in the parking lot to get my food. Yes.
