So my husband tries to show me love by bringing me a Carmel Sunday after a stressful day. He calls me in the drive through as he's placing the order to see if I want anything. There were 8 cars in front of him after placing his order, a filet fish sandwich and my Carmel Sunday about 4 minutes goes by, he pays at the 1st window moves to the second waits about 5-6 minutes they give him a melted ice cream. Told him to wait in the waiting car spot so they aren't dinged for missing their fast food delivery time limit at the drive through. My husband n I are still on the phone and can see the time of our call ticking by from the order time. My husband refuses the room temperature ice cream and ask for a fresh one. He cleans the car of trash we talk about our tough day, twenty seven minutes and 57 seconds later they bring him a half filled Sunday for which he refused and asked them for compensation for waiting for 28 minutes. They finally brought out a fillet fish. No receipt, they charged it on our charge card and said that the cook didn't get the order so they never prepared the the sandwich. Two items, a filler fish and a Sunday, 28 minutes and 58 seconds to finally get the food, 3 fails on the Sunday at least the fish sandwich was fresh and hot. No napkins. No receipt. No apologies no compensation. Just praying that those workers didn't steel or charge our card for more than those two items. I think we will be making a call to corporate in the morning after contact our bank. Completely unacceptable. read more

I used your drive thru on Sunday, Dec 29, 2019. I ordered a Fish filet which had no tarter sauce, a Barbecue bacon burger which was a plain burger with bacon and barbecue sauce and fries which were cold and tasted old and a strawberry shake which I didn't get because the machine was broken. I waited 20 minutes in my car when they finally came out and gave me a smoothie. They said they were sorry and they were short staffed. Because of the 20 minute wait my food was cold when I got home. I only live 5 minutes away. The burger didn't look anything like what you advertise. I have to say this is the worst food I have ever had from this McDonald's. The quality has never been very good, but there is no excuse for this. I spent $18 and am not very satisfied. read more

Pulled off the I-10 to grab my second breakfast, use the facilities, and take a break from driving. I had no more grabbed a napkin, than the order was up. It was so fast, I made sure to check that I had gotten what I ordered, since it was a special ordered sandwich. But yes, it was correct. My but I love those hash browns. I'm normally not prompted to write a Yelp review unless I feel very passionately about something. But, after a few attempts (which won't happen again), this establishment has lost my business. The drive thru takes the longest of any restaurants that I have ever, ever visited. Then, not only have I waited more than 45 minutes, but then they have forgotten my food or pulled me forward to wait longer. This establishment really needs to take their customers time into consideration. It's not ok to wait too long and then have to return and wait again to get all of the food you ordered. For example... today they forgot to add some of my food, I started my drive thru order around 9:10. It's currently 9:57 and I'm still waiting in the parking lot to get my food. Yes. We were greeted by the young gentleman manager on duty with a smile. He was nothing but above and beyond polite in taking our order and was quick in getting our order to us. I went to this location today about 2:30pm. I pulled up to the drive thru, ordered my order with a very upset lady, never greeted me, had to wait about 5 minutes to get a "what can I get you" was told the total but not which window to pay. I am used to Redlands loaction, and typically their first window is never in use. When pulling up to the first window there was no one there so I kept moving forward in the line, when I got to the front the rude little ass girl handed me my coffee and then proceed to walk to back where I just assumed she was getting my food then asking me to pay, but when she got back her with a nasty ass attitude said "and you didn't pay" like excuse me? I was waiting for you to ask bc there was no one at the first window, nor told what window I would be paying at, you could have nicely told me a total or "excuse me we need payment" I would have gladly given my form of payment. Not only did I feel disrespected, I was displeased with the tone of voice like I was being accused. To top it all off, they took my credit card out side of my view. Also felt like I couldn't enjoy my food so I tossed it in fear of these childern doing something to my food. I am displeased but what should I expect. read more

I've had a problem before with their breakfast, specifically the egg McMuffin. The bun was hard as a rock and burnt. I figured maybe they had an off day. We wanted to go to mc donald after our tournament.literally the WORST MC DONALD I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO first of all we went to order on the big screen and it says "2 mc rib is $7" like what the heck so i went to ask and all they said is "it should be there" so i just ordered normally. I use a buy one get one free burger coupon and they give me a cup???? Like.... we figured out that he probably thought it was a different coupon.we get our strawberry banana smoothie and was soooo disappointed. Normally you dont get the whole cup full but they literally let out about 2-3 inches down the cup so we go ask them and they say "thats just how our blender is" like i was shocked. We finally get our food and the fries were all yellow and overcooked. My burger's patty was a burned and squished to the box. Every single time that we stop at this Mcdonalds they are flat out rude. The workers are NEVER happy, they are very quick to cut you off and make you feel rushed when you are speaking to order and pretty much shove your food at you at the drive through window. The workers make you feel like it's a problem when you ask them simple questions, for example, "Can I please get some ketchup?".. One worker actually rolled her eyes at us and had the attitude that we were bothering her because we had asked her this question, and after huffing and puffing and then shoving ketchup at my husband, she slammed the drive through window. There are other complaints about this particular establishment that I could list as well but the serious lack of politeness at this place is my main concern. The workers at this location definitely need to be evaluated and educated on how to properly act in a customer service environment. read more

A rave review of McDonalds...Weird, I know. We visited here on our way to San Diego. The store was clean and our order came out quickly. The food was the standard McDonalds food that I was expecting. The really great thing about this place was Courtney. I am pretty sure she's a manager but either way she was AWESOME. Not only did she provide great customer service, but she said please and thank you to the other employees and told one of the young men that he was doing a great job and that she appreciated it. Even my husband, who is usually apathetic to the level of service he receives, commented on how nice she was. It's rare to see someone treat customers and employees with this high level of respect. If I had employees in my business I would try to steal her away. Thanks Courtney! You made our day. read more

Probably the worst fast food service I've ever had. Workers are rude and dirty. Just saw one of them cleaning their car out and dumping trash in the parking lot. Food always seems old and been sitting. Yes, I understand that the quality is not supposed to be high but this is on another level. I'm done giving this location chances. Sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Pretty funny to watch how people have no clue how to alternate between cars. This is the third time that I've had bad experiences with McDonald's. So sad to feel the need to write a review. My daughter wanted to go there to eat after I picked her up from work. She was hungry. There were only 4 cars ahead of me. She ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, 10 piece chicken nuggets, 2 fries, 1 Diet Coke and 1 McFlury shake for herself and her daughter. As we moved up toward the first window to pay, I took notice that the elderly folks in front of me had to pull up and park in pick up spot. When I got to the pick up window after paying, I was ordered to park in a designated spot to wait for my food because I ordered chicken nuggets. I asked the guy at the window how long would it take? He said 2 minutes. The next two cars behind me was ordered to park too and wait for them to bring their order to them. 15 minutes went by and the server with the food came out to deliver the food but with four cars waiting she couldn't figure out who got what. She went from car to car looking for the rightful owner of the order of food in her hands. Poor girl! After taking care of two of the four customers, I looked at my clock and noticed we were going on 25 minutes. We finally got our food but this poor girl had to make 3trips to complete my order. OK this is the last straw! normally I go to the Beaumont location every morning for 1 sausage muffin 1 hash brown and sm water. I stopped going there due to long waits in drive through. So I started to go to this Mc Donalds thinking that they may have their stuff together. Me thinks not! On one occasion I was given a burned I mean really burned muffin. 2nd occasion told to wait at drive through menu for 10min with nobody in front of me. 3rd they raised the prices of the hash brown to 1.99 which cost more then the muffin sandwich now. 4th most of the time my ice water is warmer then my hash browns. This last occasion today 3/28/19 at 6am said they were closed. I asked why. I got an attitude that "Registers are down so we are closed." this will be the last time I visit the franchised owned Mc Donalds in the area. This location has horrible food and equally bad service. I spent over $25 dollars and got food that must have been sitting out then re-fried to pass as fresh food. Called to complain after getting home to feed my family and was told by the on duty manager (or someone that said they were a manager) they would replace it on our next visit, just needed to hang onto my receipt, which I did. I returned today to replace my meal and they refused to replace it because I did not write down the managers name. This is the 2nd time I had an issue at this location. McDonald's has never been my first choice when picking up something fast and will definitely be completely off my list going forward. FYI, Mary Lou was the manager that refused to replace my meal. Ordered a double quarter pounder with no cheese, no pickles and the dehydrated onions. What I received had extra onions and extra cheese. The only thing right was no pickles. The burger wasn't even warm enough to melt the cheese. The fries and chicken nuggets were luke warm, almost cold. I returned the burger and got one that was warm and correct. When I asked about the luke warm fries and chicken I was told I'm sorry. I then told them I would never be back. Worst service I have ever received. read more
