The food is mostly never fresh or hot. The service is beyond slow. Waiting in the outside space for over 30 minutes. Then when I go in I see my food sitting and the customer next to me says my food has been sitting for 10-15 minutes. I have never had bad fries from Mc Donald's. Today was a first! They were so disgusting, sauce couldn't even help them! No flavor at all. They tasted stale and old but they were warm. Very strange. My kids wouldn't even eat them. Also the women's restroom was awful! I am not sure if they were short staffed that day but it looked like the restrooms haven't been cleaned in ages! We went to eat here one day during a trip from Arizona. We ordered and ate the meal like nothing, but then after an hour my daughter's stomach started to hurt real bad. It was too much for her! I stopped yesterday June 18th 2024 at around 8:30 am....they had a long line going around the drive thru..for the longest they have the other line coned off , their display is broken due to an upset costumer breaking the digital display, I really understand why someone did that! So anyways yesterday I saw the long line to order, so I preferred to park and order inside, but the lobby was closed as I saw them turn away another customer. So I lined up and finally ordered my food, and I asked the cashier why they had the lobby closed, her response was, "because we have no staff!" So their remedy to the fix the mandate $20 minimum wage was to understaff??? McDonald's is a multi-billion dollar cooperation, I expect hire standards than this, and if with that state mandate they can't keep up , instead offer mediocre service to it's customers, than just shut done operations at this location! I've never had anyone be so rude in a restaurant or fast food drive thur ever.. all I wanted and asked for was a chicken nugget meal (10 piece) with med fry and med drink, what i got was a 6 piece chicken nugget meal ( didn't know they had 6) with a med fry half full and cold and a med drink that was watered down with like 3 ice cubes that were half melted. The lady didn't ask what size order, didn't repeat my order back, or did she tell me my total. I know they have it up on the menu but sometimes they don't finish typing in the order before you drive further up for the next person. I understand that drive-thru's can be tough to work, especially when you have folks working for minimum wage. But, when you're handling other people's food that people are spending their hard earned money on, then I believe there needs to be a little respect and consideration when preparing and giving someone a finished food item. During my most recent visit, I ordered the #1 Big Mac Meal. Probably, McDonald's #1 signature item. What I got was a complete embarrassment of a sandwich. Not only was my burger upside down, but the meat was falling off the bun, the cheese was folded on itself, there was hardly any sauce, the meat tasted like it's been sitting there all day, the bun was hard and it was all cold - not even room temperature, cold.
