I talked to the chef and told him to give me his best dish. He served me curry chicken, rice and beans, sweet plantains, and cabbage. I have to say -- it was the best curry chicken I've ever had. The chicken was tender, cut perfectly, and shredded apart in my mouth. It fell right off the bone, and the curry had just the right amount of spice so you could still enjoy the full flavor of the meal.
