After getting seated, I noticed on our receipt that the Sweet Potato Fries was regular size, instead of the large we normally order. I should have noticed this before paying so I went back to the register to see if I could get this changed and pay the difference. After explaining the mistake to the team member, he immediately went to the kitchen to let them know. He then said that there wouldn't be a charge. He also delivered our food, making sure that everything was correct. It was all prepared perfectly! Notably excellent service during a peak dining period!

With only one complaint of the sauce not being the most satisfying. Rather weak flavor wise. So a little Sweet Baby Rays added is recommended. Or any favorite choice you may desire. But these ribs were so well grilled they can stand the test of no sauce required. Now as for my fries, sort of meh after the short trip home. And the garlic butter toast could really use more garlic. Signs are already ordered. It will be called bullpen barbecue and taphouse so hopefully a little bit more barbecue items and it will keep that sports bar feel. Then gave me my food with NO thank you, no smile, as a matter of fact, a grimace face the whole time! I remained there after she walked away, since I decided to get ranch dressing too. When she came back to the window, she acting annoyed that I was still there, I said "I'd like some ranch dressing, please". She replied, "75 cents" ". I said, "sure no problem" & gave her the .75 cents. She then gave me the dressing without thanking me again. She had three opportunities to thank me but elected not to do so. She didn't smile once, and remained listening to her headset. Call it a sticking point BUT leaving restaurant establishments feeling neglected and miss treated is NOT ACCEPTABLE! There's an obvious lack of monitoring employees by the afternoon shift manager at this location. I felt her poor attitude and even anger. shift Managers need to be watching their employees consistently & provide real - time customer service training, with consequences for not providing it. I left there so annoyed! After two days, I'm still annoyed enough to write this review. She was rude and I found this unacceptable in a service business. I probably won't go to that location again. She lost my business for them.

If i could give no stars i would!!!!! One of the worst Mcdonalds i have ever been too!!! Restrooms where bad and uncleaned, The service was rude, managers where even more rude!! The worst part of all this as i was walking towards my car with my kids, and a couple of employees where smoking weed around a tree!!! Now they can smoke all they want at home but not to a place where i take my kids and where i eat my food!!! what was even worse it looked like a manager was involved in all this!! This is a place of family!! THE OWNERS SHOULD DO A DRUG TEST ON ALL "EMPLOYEES" EVEN MANAGERS!!! This place is a hole, took 35 minutes to get a happy meal and fish sandwich from the drive thru, and they still put ketchup and pickles on my daughters cheeseburger. Communicating with the staff is like talking to monkey, can't understand them I'm sure they can't understand me. I wouldn't let my kid at this play place if somebody paid me. I finally worked my way into the pick up line (without ordering) and left the drive thru. I never did order but sat there 20 minutes. Pick somewhere else to get a soda. At first I began to think that the cheeseburgers were getting smaller, but I found myself getting really full toward my last two bites of my burger. So it definitely was enough to fill me up. In-n-out really is quality you can taste. The buns, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, everything tastes so fresh. Unpopular opinion, but I'm not mad at the fries either (especially with a side of spread). The drink to ice ratio was also enough to get me through the meal without leaving me wanting a refill. I enjoy going to this location because the employees are always friendly, and it's a good price for a quality burger!
