And our son's brisket plate with his choice of mac & cheese and garlic butter toast. My beef ribs were as tender as any I've ever eaten! And with huge cuts of meat; the two that come in an order are equivalent to at least four you'd usually get most other places. No joke! With only one complaint of the sauce not being the most satisfying. Rather weak flavor wise. So a little Sweet Baby Rays added is recommended. Or any favorite choice you may desire. But these ribs were so well grilled they can stand the test of no sauce required. Now as for my fries, sort of meh after the short trip home. And the garlic butter toast could really use more garlic. But those ribs! Hats off to the kitchen! My wife enjoyed her brisket sandwich, but our son has yet to chime in. A definite future return visit is in the cards.

There's an obvious lack of monitoring employees by the afternoon shift manager at this location.
