We walked over from State Tire one morning while my car was getting new tires, [[HIGHLIGHT]]when you walk in to this hidden gem it's clean, everything seemed to have a spot where it belonged.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We were greeted by a young server w a smile and very friendly. Coffee was served right away hot and fresh with menus and the daily specials were on a white board w pricing visible. Our food was fresh and delicious

Coffee and Colorado omelet were fantastic. By far my new hole in the wall spot. Service was fantastic and friendly. I will be back.

The food was so so good. Not pictured here is that chili Colorado. The owner's son said his mom's recipe is used and let me tell you I have been dreaming about going back for more. Great service great servings of food and so delicious!

We stumbled upon this place just randomly which turned out to be quite a good experience. Location wise, it seemed to be in an area somewhat industrial and where trucks come to refuel. There was also a couple of food trucks nearby. A spot where you have to know about it. But beside that, everything was great. Restaurant itself it pretty small but packs a punch. Indoor seating as well as some outdoor patio seating. When we arrived, it seems more like the locals were here. Menu was quite impressive. Tons of breakfast option. Hours are limited, breakfast and lunch. As well as price, really reasonable. Potion of food was quite impressive, you'll get your moneys worth. They had fresh salsa available if needed for your meal. Overall, food was great. Price was reasonable, service was great. Friendly staff.

The Mess: scrambled eggs, diced sausage links, home fries (added onions) and topped with white gravy. Freshest biscuit ever!

I discovered Tommie's several years ago when staying at an Airbnb close by. I had breakfast here every morning. Now I usually have to travel quite a bit to eat here and look forward to every opportunity. The food is prepared fresh. The service staff is pleasant, friendly and above and beyond helpful. The extensive choices make it very difficult to choose. I always leave with leftovers!

Does this look like well done extra crispy hash browns? This place was a huge disappointment!

I saw all of the great pictures and reviews of the country chicken fried steak. But damn I got burned. The waitress was nice and I like her. But either she didn't tell the cook what I asked for or the cook told ignored her. I got a warmer upper of clothes coffee when I still had half a cup of coffee before breakfast was served - but no more coffee after I was served breakfast - so I had zero coffee with my meal. That's not good service and not all very nice and there were no other customers in there. I ordered two ala cart eggs at $1.99 each - I asked for them to have it on a plate - she told me they will get a clam container - but it was such a small portion of eggs and no way that was two eggs! I asked for well done extra crispy hash browns - they were not only not extra crispy - but barely even cooked. Not even as browned as the images that other people posted. Way to do the exact opposite of everything I asked for. I don't know why I tipped her - as far as I am concerned I got totally ripped off.

So if you may have over looked tommies it is possible. The outside you're like hmmm that place is super janky. There's a food truck in the front and behind there is a tire shop. and you may miss the parking entrance in a blink of an eye. I did, literally crashed into the curb trying to get in. Super small and narrow. Finally made it walked in side and you're shook from how cute it is compared from the outside. We ordered French toast- these were okay regular French toast. Sirloin streak m/r- This was just mehhhh, the meat wasn't very tender or flavorful. Came with side of country potatoes and the potatoes weren't cooked all the way. Side of biscuits and gravy- ehhhhh I'm okay the biscuit tasted store bought and the gravy was little gritty, some pieces couldn't chew. Side of French fries- the fries where thick cut but super sad looking and weren't cooked right. Overall food 2/5, they are family owned it seems and locals enjoy it maybe what we ordered wasn't great choices or the chef wasn't great. Customer service was good, was charged for an extra coffee and pointed it out. Because maybe they charge refills on coffee, but the server accommodated and fixed the wrong charge. So five stars for customer service. Just not a fan of the food.

    Table condiments, yay!

It's a great portion and has a good kick but not too spicy. The hubster enjoyed the green sauce chilaquiles and he added an egg to his. The ham and cheese empanadas were savory. The place has limited indoor seating and some outdoor seating. It's small and attracts a crowd for breakfast and brunch so there can be a bit of a wait. The decor inside is really cute. You order in the front and then find seating. They don't take your order at the table. Very big menu with lots of food options and drinks. Definitely a new go to for me.

We went on a Sunday around noon and since that is their busiest day, they don't take reservations. We originally had a party of 7 and were told it'd be an hour and a half for a table. While there were a few people waiting outside, when I went inside to use the restroom I noticed multiple open tables. Everyone bailed except my boyfriend and myself because I wanted to try it. We told the hostess and she said it'd be about 40 minute wait for first available. So we went to Starbucks for a drink and maybe 5-10 minutes after talking to the hostess, we got the text to return. We were going to be seated outside so I asked how long to wait for inside. She said 30 minutes. So we sat outside. A couple that had put their name in as we were seated got sat inside after waiting 5 minutes. We sat right next to the door so it was hard to miss. Kinda felt like a slap in the face but whatever, we were hungry. You have to order inside at the register which makes it feel more like quick service than a normal restaurant. So my boyfriend orders. He points at the item we want (chilaquiles). He asked for water , a side of poblano sauce. When the food comes out, after about 10 minutes (so pretty quick), it wasn't chilaquiles but an egg and potato dish. We explain this isn't what we ordered and the bus boy goes to get the women inside whom my boyfriend ordered from. She insists he ordered something different. He said 'I pointed at what I wanted which was the chilaquiles'. The lady agrees (it felt like reluctantly) to have it made with the red sauce it comes with. About 5 minutes later the chilaquiles come out with a green sauce. No water, no side of poblano sauce. I get up and go to ask what happened and the man at the register looked up our order. He Told us we didn't order chilaquiles and became argumentative. At this point I just want the side of sauce and will eat what they gave us because we were hungry and didn't want them to mess it up again. Silverware was also not at the table and had to be asked for. The green sauce is fine but not what is on the menu or what we ordered. The poblano sauce was tasty. The potatoes were mushy. Eggs cooked well but salad wilted. The order also came with an empanada. I got cheese and it was fine. Nothing to go back for. We also ordered a biscoff crepe. I'm sure if you've never had a Parisian crepe you'd think it was good however, the consistency was of it was like a flour tortilla. Not authentic at all. The biscoff sauce made it taste ok. My boyfriend noticed the table next to us also had an incorrect order. So, they lie about the wait times, don't get orders correctly then argue with the customer when you try to get it right, and the food tastes just ok. Is it good for IG, yes. Do you want a quality meal with good service? Don't come here. Perhaps mine was a one off experience but it was highly disappointing. Not worth the hype Also they thought I couldn't speak Spanish and when I went in, I heard them talking about us. Just because I'm white, doesn't mean I don't speak Spanish

We ordered the Flying Fried sandwich, avocado toast, and waffles with eggs. The "Fly Sauce" tasted like a basic spicy mayo, the eggs were dry, the brioche bun was dry as well, and the waffles tasted stale. The avocado toast was probably the biggest disappointment; it just wasn't enjoyable at all. I always try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but for the price point, the quality simply wasn't there. Nothing tasted fresh or memorable, and we left feeling underwhelmed. Based on our experience, I don't see what makes this place stand out in a city with so many breakfast options. On the positive side, the staff was kind and welcoming, which is why I'm giving credit where it's due. Maybe we caught them on an off day, but unfortunately, the food was very mediocre.

It seemed as though there were about 10-12 tables inside, and all the employees work with one another to wait on the tables. We showed up around 10:45am on a Saturday morning, and to our surprise there was no wait. We were sat immediately and ordered a cappuccino and Arnold Palmer to drink. Then, I ordered the Salmon Benny with home potatoes, while my partner ordered the Churro waffle combo. It did take about half an hour to get our food, but it was well worth how fresh everything tasted. My salmon benny came on an everything bagel with cream cheese, and the salmon was served cold (in a delicious/ good way, not like it was frozen. I just wanted to make a note of this because usually when eating a salmon benedict the salmon gets warm from the temperature of the english muffin and egg). Then, the home potatoes had onions, and bell peppers and I kept commenting on how fresh the bell peppers tasted. My partner had the churro waffle with eggs, sausage and bacon. They really nailed the churro flavor of the waffle. Both our plates were completely devoured with no leftovers to take home. For our two drinks, two entrees (and the added combo to the churro waffle) it ended up being $53, which we found to be extremely reasonable for the quality, portion size, and service provided. The only thing I would mention was the parking lot gets a little crowded. They share a parking lot with the other stores in the plaza, and there were several spots open only because there were a lot of bigger cars who were over the line. No fault to the restaurant itself, just something to be aware of.

I think from the entire visit took us about 20 minutes and we walked in at 1:30 pm and ordered a pretty large ish breakfast for 2 people. The eggs are fantastic, the bacon is crisp with no soggy bits, the French toast is thick and comes with some pretty cool toppings. The only thing that was a minor let down was the biscuits and gravy were a little lack luster but we chose to believe it was because they were closing soonish. Their coffee was incredible.
