Horrible....mobile ordered so I might save time....took about 19 minutes after I arrived to get the order...what's the point?...awful

This review is only about my last two bad experience visits here. One visit I was served the most disgusting " Bacon-Egg-Cheese Biscuit" where the biscuit was literally as hard as trying to eat a piece of wood and had to be discarded. The bacon tasted rancid and that permeated into the egg, rendering the my breakfast inedible, where I just ate half the egg and tossed the rest into the trash bin. I didn't ask for another sandwich or refund, but did complain to the manager on the way out so they would be more careful in selling egg sandwiches that have probably sitting under the heat lamps for hours and then re-heated in the microwave to turn the biscuit into a brick!!! The mangager apologized and said on my next visit a breakfast sandwich would be on the house. Well she never even remembered me or just ignored me after only a few days when I went back to order another safer and healthier Egg Mcmuffin! NO BIGGIE, I just learn from my mistakes on what not to order EVER again!!! My other complaint has nothing to do with this Mcdonald's at all (I would have to guess), but the NEWLY introduced 1/4 pounder burgers that now uses fresh beef vs. frozen, I guess to compete with Wendy's!!! What and Absolutely Disgusting burger for $5 plus change! The beef flavor tasted off putting and was slightly grainy where I started to get that wheezy feeling and tossed half of that into the trash bin when I realized that the money was not that important over getting sick. Even the cheese on it couldn't hide that horrible off putting beef flavor!! And these new burgers are cooked fresh to order - LOL!!! A total McDonald's FAIL on the new 1/4 pounders with the fresh beef patties!!!!! Frozen or Fresh; if it's crappy beef it will taste like crappy beef. I have to stick with Wendy's for now on which so far has seemed like a best bet. Even the Burger King across the street is horrible most times. This place is ALWAYS empty and when you walk inside (recommended to see what goes on with you food) to this empty Chester Franchise and order, they take your burger (that must have been sitting piled up with everything else in that warming bin for hours), slap it onto a bun (that sits in an open bag and becomes stale) with a slice of cheese and condiments! What you get is yet another crappy "Chester" Burger King sandwich. I now always just waste the gas and drive to Goshen where it's always busy and their is a line, and you are getting freshly made burgers (or fresher that maybe have only been in the warming bins for a few minutes) and I never had a bad experience at this Burger King!! Wow, just went to McDonald's on my way from an appointment to work and grabbed a #10 for breakfast. It's a Sausage McGriddle, one home fry, and a medium coffee. I upcharged it to a large iced coffee and was floored with the cost! Holy cow $7.01!! I could have just gone to my local Monroe McDonald's and the cost for the same thing there would have been $4.62!! Different franchise owner.....different prices. They are uping their prices in anticipation of the wage hike, but geez. Chester, NY McDonald's, if I could have given you zero stars I would have! read more

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. I ordered a cheesburger, small fries, diet coke. The cheeseburger must have been sitting there a long time. The roll was hard on the bottom and had greasy fingerprints on the top. The meat was COLD, DRY, HARD, and very SALTY. The fries were cold, limp, almost raw, and too salty to eat. Consistently great Big Macs! I rarely write reviews of restaurants let alone McDonald's, but I felt compelled to give kudos to the folks at my local Mickey D's for paying attention to the original Big Mac recipe! YUM! Well done folks. If you are ever in the mood for a Big Mac as you remember it go here! I decided to try our "new and improved" McDonald's and was completely disappointed. I first tried the "dual" drive up window, which was so busy, 9-10 cars in front of me were in a complete stand still. I waited for about 3-5 minutes on the drive-thru line wondering how they can serve drivers on a fair basis. How do they keep track of who pulled up first, second, etc. So I decide okay it will be faster to walk in and get food ordered. Well, I entered the new futuristic building and had to ask other customers how to order. Was it required to use the automatic ordering kiosk or can we still order the "old school" way. The customer said I could order at the counter. Stood at the counter watching about 8+ people too busy to even notice I walked up. One worker just kept filling the ice cream machine and never checked to see if any new faces arrived to take an order. Waited for 3-5 minutes without acknowledgement, and LEFT!!! Don't think I will be trying this place any time soon. All this before the real grand opening? Better iron out your kinks and get your workers on their game. Even with all your automation, it is still humans that are buying your product. Please respect that! read more
