We all have been going to McDonalds for many years and have always known Deluxe breakfast to provide 2 bacon strips. Twice this place only gave 1 strip of bacon and I went back to cashier and they apologized & provided another strip on both visits. Today, I finally asked a supervisor and he said "It's only 1 strip of bacon" I said it's always been 2 strips of bacon and the menu also says 2 Full strips of bacon. Unbelievably, he said "Yes, you cut that 1 strip of bacon to make 2 bacon" I honestly could not believe he said that. The wait for two chicken sandwiches for carry out was 25 minutes today. I asked for extra pickles but got none and the chicken patty was served on a burnt bun with nothing else on it. The crispy chicken should be called soggy chicken. I felt bad for the counter clerk, he said the restaurant was overwhelmed because there were only five people working the lunch shift. There are issues and obstacles for restaurants to hire people based on the state giving such a generous unemployment benefits. However a national chain like McDonald's should be able to overcome this obstacle. This place is awful! If they don't have the ice cream and shake machine working, then they get your order wrong. It's always one thing or another. Recent example is I ordered a Quarter Pounder with Cheese with Extra pickles at the drive thru. The receipt showed my request but when I got home and opened the bag, I got a Quarter Pounder with cheese, ketchup only. See the picture I took. Please, please, please get it together. I had mobile order for curbside last night, and I was sitting in my car for more than 20 minutes after I checked in on the app. I finally decided to go inside and check with them. Noticed there's only 2 cars in the drive thru lane and no customers inside of the store when I walked in. I stood in front of the counter and all people looked "very busy". No one cared to greet me. Finally a young lady came and I told her what happened. She then looked at her co-worker and pointed a bag there said: I think that's hers. Wow. They messed up my order so bad. They burnt my wife's sandwich bun, for my 40 nuggets they did not give any sauce at all and for my sons happy meal toy they gave a "under 3 yr old toy". All this was specifically included in the app order. So disappointed. read more

I normally don't do this unless I'm trying to get coupons or deals. But this honestly was concerning. I ordered my burger around 1:35 pm today and took a bite chilln in my car. When I chewed a crunch in the most unpleasant way, hit my teeth. I then investigated and pulled out a small piece of metal that was cooked into my burger. I don't complain about food. I don't ever leave these kinds of comments. But when I tried to call the number to warn someone on duty so no one else got hurt, I ended up speaking to no one because no one is answering the phones after seven calls. I also tried the comments or concerns and they weren't answering either. I thought maybe it's my phone so I made a direct call which then worked so no it was not my phone. so warning to anyone who buys food today from this place there's metal in the burger meat for the order of the product. I don't know I don't work there. Just be careful. And the only reason I didn't put -5 stars is because there's no such button and they won't let me post unless I give at least one star. After having problems locating my mobile order, the teenage cashier at the 1st drive-thru window said to just proceed to the next window and that they had my order. At the 2nd window they still couldn't find my order and had no idea what the cashier from the 1st window was talking about. Then a manager at the 2nd window told me to go wait in the mobile order pickup spot and that they would bring my order to me. He left me there for at least 20 minutes and completely disregarded me and my order. When I called in to see what was going on, the guy on the phone started telling another employee to bring out another order to me, but I could hear that it wasn't mine. I clearly explained that to him but apparently he just said ok and ignored what I told him. After waiting another 10 minutes I walked inside and passed what I correctly guessed was an employee bringing out the wrong order to my car. I'm pretty frustrated at this point. I flagged down another employee, I believe her name was Carmen. She was the only employee that actually took the time to listen to my issue. She promptly had my order prepared and personally bagged it herself to make sure it was correct. She deserves a raise and a promotion, and should replace whichever incompetent people were walking around with their button-up shirts and ties that morning. All of the McD's in the area are owned by the same people, and the service at all of them can be pretty bad. It's not surprising to have a teenager be undertrained for his / her job, but the incompetence by the management staff is just inexcusable. I have dealt with the owner once, who resolved a previous issue satisfactorily after following up with me a few weeks after I complained through the app, but overall the quality of service at their 4 locations is awful. read more

I ordered a deluxe breakfast and LARGE iced caramel macchiato with no ice. They proceeded to give me a MEDIUM size cup filled to 60% volume and said because I requested no ice, that's how they come in. I said that's just ridiculous, but they insisted on that how it goes. I said then give me a large cup with easy ice. So instead of filling it to the top with proper amount of coffee, they just added some ice and poured the puny amount of coffee into a large cup and claimed that the machine does it, they have no control. I have ordered the same many times in the past and never ran into this issue. There were people behind me. I didn't want to hold up the line, and arguing with them for in reality is a small amount of drink is not worth it. This was my first visit to a McDonalds since shelter in started and I was really looking forward to it. We placed our order as a mobile order for curb side pick up. Normally I'm not a fan of curb side pick up but with COVID-19, I figured it would be safer. Plus, McDonalds has had ample time to adapt, so I thought it would work ohh well. Unfortunately I was wrong. Our order was given to the wrong car (as explained by a staff member about 20 minutes later). We waited and waited until we caught a staff members attention while she was delivering an order to another car. When are order finally came, we were missing fries, sauces, and our fillet'o fish. We had to go through the driver through to pick up our order. At the window, I asked if there were two fries, and the staff said yes. As we started to drive away, we noticed there was only one order of fries. So again we went through the drive through. This time we were meant with skepticism. They made us drive our to the the drive through reserve spot and made us wait another 3 minutes before we got our fries. With over 7 people working at the location, it is very disappointing that service and attitude were this subpar. read more

This McDonald's is AWFUL. I never really cared for it because it's always been slow but today was my last time going there. I did a mobile order because my son can't hang ordering inside or sitting in the drive thru and we sat for 30 minutes in the car waiting for a freaking happy meal. I went in and waited another 15 minutes and my kid lost it. I saw my order sitting on the counter and I'm assuming it had been there for awhile because the ice cream was melted.
