Whenever I come here it's purely for the convenience, but then when I'm there it is always a long wait (15 minutes+ even with little to no line) so I guess it never really is convenient. I believe it's because they're generally understaffed or understocked whenever I decide to go. My last visit the first to-go window was completely dark meaning no one was working that section. No wonder it took more than 20 minutes to get my order! The service is hit or miss, but nothing too bad. This location definitely needs work, but it's not the worst I've been to. On a previous visit I ordered an iced coffee and it was bitter with no creamer. I hope this location improves because I can't confidently say I won't be going here anymore. read more

I have eaten here maybe a couple of hundred times already, both inside as well as drive thru. The quality of the food has always been between bad and just okay. today I think was the worst food I got. I ordered Combo 2c using drive-thru. I went home diectly and open up my bag of food after 3 minutes. When I bit on my hamburger, the patties were so cold like the sandwich was made about 30 minutes ago. Also, the bread was so stale and cold. I could not eat my sandwich and had to throw the whole thing away. I went to Jack in the Box instead. My family had an absolutely disgusting experience today at this McDonald's. We ordered and received RAW Crispy Chicken sandwiches after going through the drive-thru (see attached photos)! THIS IS A GROSS HEALTH VIOLATION. We occasionally went to this McDonald's even though our previous experiences weren't great due to the convenience of the location, but this incident is the last straw. We'll never go back. Disappointed and disgusted. My daughter was eating her breakfast burrito more than half way through she saw something black and looked close up, she found a nasty fly embedded in her breakfast burrito. She's now traumatized. When I approached the manager (the guy wearing a light blue shirt) all he said was "can I get you another one?" Well...Heck NO!!! After seeing bunch of flies infested the kitchen. We all feels grossed out. Make me want to barf...ewww! Service was slow, they keep on messing up people's orders. Since it's under new management, perhaps they all need more training. Not really open 24 hours. I went there at 12:20am on a Friday night, after working. There were cones in both drive-thrus but the door was open so I assumed I was allowed to order inside. I was able to flag down a person cleaning who said they were closed. When I asked about the drive-thrus they said those were closed too. I get it, working late isn't fun. I do the same thing. But when a location advertises as 24 hours, I don't think it's completely unreasonable to assume they're actually open 24 hours. Was asked to go to the parking lot to continue waiting after going through a practically empty drive thru, had to go inside because of how long it was taking and wasn't until after I asked for a refund was my food miraculously ready. I wouldn't be ordering late if my husband hadn't had to go in for his early shift and the man hadn't gotten a chance to eat from his 12 hour shift from yesterday so I ordered a 20 piece nugget, got 10. WORST MCDONALDS EVER! My most recent experience: I paid for a Medium pineapple mango smoothie and received a small. They refused to change it. When I get to work, I find that they egg mcmuffin (which I adamantly ordered with NO MEAT), has SAUSAGE. I have been a vegetarian for years, and could not eat that. So, in a nutshell, I paid for a medium smoothie and received a small, and I paid for an egg mcmuffin that was inedible. I know this must all just sound like #fatgirlproblems, but I swear it's more like #getmyfuckingorderRIGHTproblems. This is absolutely ridiculous. I basically gave this McDonalds $6 for NOTHING! Incompetency doesn't even begin to describe it. This little sticker that says "Double Checked for Accuracy" is a JOKE. My other experiences include bad food and largely, messed up orders. It's also very dirty, unsanitary and the workers seem to be all grumpy teenagers. I will NEVER go to this McDonalds again, even though it's very close to my work. read more

Took my coworker here for some coffee and an Egg McMuffin. Staff was surprisingly nice for it being 6:00 in the morning. They also have free wi-fi, plus 1 star for that. Moms can take advantage of the free wi-fi while the kids go crazy in the play area. It's close to Los Serranos Golf Course if you need a snack before your T-off in the morning ;o) read more

I stopped by this McDonalds this morning and I have to say Evelyn was awesome! I placed an order and kept changing my mind for what ever reason (please do not judge, I am pregnant hahaha) and then I tried using my McDonalds app but for some reason it would not open for me. I stood there for some time trying to get it to work and it was frustrating. I told myself that I would never be that person but here I am, being that person. Kudos to Evelyn for being so patient with me as I tried to place and pay for my order. Not only was she super nice and understanding but the girl can multitask like no other. I paid $5.20 for a buttermilk chicken sandwich and look at the size of this tomato.... ridiculous. This is my first time ever posting something on Yelp, so to get to this point has to mean something. The McDonalds location on Los Serranos is usually my "go to" location because it's conveniently located close to home. Every so often my husband and I crave a milkshake after dinner, and EVERYTIME I come to this location in the evening, there's always some excuse for not having milkshakes--i.e. the milkshake machine is broken or they're out of ice cream. I understand things like this happen, but it happens at this location ALL THE TIME. Also, decent customer service is hit or miss. Tonight, after they told me once again that they were out of ice cream, I went to the McDonalds location on Ramona (near Home Depot). They had milk shakes, and they were very friendly. I'm going to the Ramona location from now on, even if it's a bit of a longer drive. read more

Anytime I ever just go through the drive through, it's never to fail that they have me park on the side and takes at bare minimum 10-15 minutes to get my order. Also the times that I have gone to this location, there is maybe only 1 other car if even that. I don't understand how they never have anything and constantly "miss or forget" to put items in my bag and get home and find out I am missing multiple items. First time I went and it was the Slowest McDonald's drive thru I've ever been to. I spent nearly half an hour waiting in line as the pace was so slow. Not to mention the orange juice I got was so watered down I think their ok machine was broken. I told them this orange juice is not the orange juice since this is not how it's meant to taste like. Poor service & slow. bought a bunch of stuff and 2 coffees, One of those was a M size cappuccino, they give me a ice cold one in the hot cup. I ask for a exchange. And they did it, but then they give me half cup only. It wasn't full cup. I ask the guy if I can get a full cup, they exchanged again, and it was the same, half cup fill out with coffee and the rest just foam.
